Today 8/10, still nothing, I call back. I am told "the account has not validated your request !! I am relaunching for a refund next week at the latest!"
But what is this site which does not honor its orders and which takes weeks to reimburse? When other sites reimburse in 2 days ...
We have the impression of having gone back years.
