Without getting into the controversy of the consumer society, ikea is the big winner if you have to move in, if you have to decorate, feed yourself thanks to the self-service on the floor with their new vegan dumpling ... all this at quite prices. correct considering the quality of the products. Otherwise there is absolutely everything. The ikea store in guipavas wants to be close to customers and the management and its employees succeed very well where the legendary brands have failed. Humble, polite, benevolent salespeople, I have never been disappointed. On the buyer side, we feel good, moreover, many go there to get ideas, imagine their home, ikea shares and it works. Well done to your ikea team. You are my favorite store.

Cooking to avoid: After the regulation of the kitchen, cardboard is available in the dropper, several passages to the store are necessary to recover the complete kitchen. I am disappointed when I did not even start I find myself blocked! After putting the kitchen design service on their site, it was impossible to validate the order! And above all impossible to reach anyone! Following the government announcement I decided to make an appointment to be able to do this live! Against all expectations no appointment available in ikea brest the only one elsewhere! What to do? !!!!

No doubt, the best quality that can be found at this price but for the customer experience, I am very dissatisfied. I put two stars because the situation between the covid and the snow was unusual, but still ... I have rarely had such a difficult experience as with Ikea Brest. Already on the phone when I called to postpone my order of almost 3,500 for more than 48 hours because of the weather conditions, I spent 1h15 waiting to finally hear that it was not possible while the ice and the snow blocked traffic throughout Brittany. I had to redo an order, which for this amount, I had spent nearly 4 hours online to do. Exasperating... Finally I received a call the next day to tell me that it was possible to postpone it from 72 hours under the circumstances. Relief... But when the order was picked up the real nightmare began. The order arrived at the withdrawal station in 7 cadis filled to the brim with the many small items I had ordered without a bag or box to wrap anything. Among the purchases, many glass jars, unpackaged or protected. When I asked for bags, I was told I had to order them online (with a processing time of at least 3 hours ...) and I had to pay an additional 5 for the order. A very bad joke. The ladies taking the orders, although annoyed by the ridiculousness of this situation, finally "broke" the procedure to give us without further delay the bags that we had to order online instead of being able to ask them directly. Between waiting for our order of bags, bagging our order, and loading, this nasty prank lasted over 1.5 hours in the cold and wind. For someone who had just placed an order for over $ 3,500, I kept them a little bit through their throats.

Good shop, lots of parking. Many choices in furniture and not very expensive depending on the model. The store is very well served by the exit of the expressway and public transport. However, I find the fact that we must go through the entire store to look for a small item very annoying but good as in all Ikea so good nothing will change. And also, fitting furniture can be a real disaster, so be careful

They post promotions to refuse them at the checkout. There were 3 towels purchased the 4th offered on beige, blue and gray tones. I took 4 blue duck towels and they kind of sent me around because the promotion was supposedly on the dark blue ones. But it was not specified on their panel that it was only on the dark blue. I was a client for a long time ... And I had benefited from this offer on the same towels 3 weeks ago without problems. I did not see ikea like that I am enormously disappointed.

This store is bright and bright. Same principle as in the other ikea but in this one you can buy the objects in exhibition just look if it is specified on the article and there are sometimes good discounts. No problem to park.
