IKEA Brest Guipavas Reviews

I placed an order via the internet on 01/11/2020 for a reception of my products on 01/16/2020. Having no news, I called last Saturday. I am told that I will receive my products at the start of the week. It is 25/01/2020 and still nothing. No way to reach someone. My account has been debited but I have nothing. I am very angry. For me it's just theft.

It's ikea !!!! It's great thought in all areas, nothing to say, it's great!

Very disappointed ordering a kitchen + home delivery dated with a time slot between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. not honored with more than 5 calls including one with 30 min of waiting and when I manage to have someone I am assured that I am going to receive it even though I am reporting that I have not received an order confirmation, I am told that nothing more can be done yet I am in the delivery service? In the end I arrive home knowing that I have a 20-30 min drive because I do not live there yet I wait 2 hours no one has ever arrived I still call nothing I call again at 7:44 pm finally someone who answers ! But I was in the kitchen after sales service who could do nothing for me .... who told me to call back tomorrow luckily this lady was very kind and understanding compared to the other person I had before who really seemed to me not wanting to make more effort .. so really disappointed delivery service and after sales service to see for me.

Inadmissible.A shame
I am informed afterwards; the destruction of my credit card.
We could at least have had the delicacy of calling to warn ...
When we call the site nobody wants to put me in touch with a manager
After 1400 euros of purchase like a bitter taste, not about to come back

It s wide high tall ... in short, it takes time in front of you to have fun. For lack of time it is a misery of stress and scrambling for shallots. The choice is vast and innovative. sellers are pleasant for some and absent for others.
If the flea markets are in the rain ikea is there.

On the other hand if you are looking for something in particular, a tip: go see first on the site to know where this thing is placed in the store, it will save you spend hours looking for it;)

Far too much waiting to retrieve a package at the pickup area order. More than 1 / 2h for a sofa cover.
There was even someone waiting for more than 1 hour ...

Who does not know IKEA stores. You can go there to buy furniture, plant food or also to pick up tips. For my part there is a good value for money.

very large area you have to take your time to see everything

Having spent more than 3,000 in the store with my girlfriend since the beginning of the year, I also received a gift voucher of 80 from friends. The gift certificate is unusable and the deplorable customer service leads me to go to the store where employees and management do not even consider my problem.

I bought a piece of furniture on Friday, 5 very practical vices are missing!

Ikea, true to itself, it's great, it's varied, we find everything we could look for and even more, the prices defy all competition and the assembly of the furniture remains a frankly funny activity to to do to many!

I love the place where it is located, it can be accessed by tram which is really nice, and it faces a whole shopping area that is really nice!

I felt overwhelmed with products and did not perceive a "red" thread or rather Ariane in this accumulation of articles.
Some stagings and some agreements that or there but I do not got the sense of real intent if n is that of not afford to "miss" any accumulation, no more or less judicious assembly.
Too big ? Too motley?
A nice surprise though: I have not had the impression that it so often seems to want to give us the sign that is submitting articles poorly executed and very poor materials.

Excellent meatballs. Bit of a Krypton Factor to get all the parts for a bed though...

But what a horror !!! RV Telephone taken for 15 days to order a kitchen. 2 reminder SMS to remind me of this RV. and .... NOTHING, I call 2 times 1 hour 30 minutes waiting on the phone to hear me say that there will be delay, but of course I will be called. And nothing. Blocked all afternoon for NOTHING; This morning it's been 57 minutes since I heard their record. Still no response. It's just a SHAME. I have never seen such poor service and such disrespect for customers. These people are paid a salary, our clients are paying to be treated that way.
BEURK !!! 1:02 still nothing ...

Grand ikea classic restaurant with good value for money

The purchase of a custom work plan in this store is avoided !! 9 weeks of waiting and still no goods, the after sales service is incompetent and especially unreachable!

Too little cash so we never buy from you my friends and me. Pity

Large store with a wide choice. The only downside is that you hardly find anyone when you need advice or you have to queue for a long time.

IKEA easy to find, on the same model as other IKEA from France. Advised to listen and helpful. Good experience (visit a Wednesday evening at 18h)

- impossible to have a spoke cart from the start (possibility of having something to carry a child on the other hand)
- to retrieve the objects, two aisles are very badly arranged, or in any case not numbered so difficult to find

Very disappointed big price difference between IKEA Brest and Nantes.

This is not a store but a brothel you proceed to checkout and after it takes your order and the end of a half hour I asked me renbourser because we had to wait again I never set foot
