Hard for people who have difficulty getting around. There is an elevator to go up to the showroom but you have to go through the whole circuit ... sometimes you come across a "shortcut" but it is difficult not to go in circles.
Otherwise the store is a good size and you can find everything there. After-sales service you have to take your trouble patiently, however, they are overwhelmed.
