Very nice customer service. The service was personal, not chain-like mass. The dog was allowed to take at least Ikaal to the hotel. You could get out of the room directly with the dog which was awesome. Rooms a bit old in decor but clean. During our stay outside about -15 frosts and the floor in our room was pretty cold.

Breakfast was really varied and tasty! One of the best hotel breakfasts. The gym and spa are neat although the spa is a bit old. Still working. Ikaalia from the hotel about 300m walk to the so-called. breakfast and spa facilities in the building.
