AP Smith from Ideal was wonderful to deal with. My partner and I had such a good experience working with him. We had been seeing apartments with other agents, but none had made us feel truly comfortable. AP was reliable, professional and honest, even when we didn t entirely appreciate the news. AP should be the first and possibly only Brooklyn broker you call.

Andrew from Ideal is a highly educated, great guy and he worked very hard on my behalf this month. He never once tried to convince me to consider a place that I didn't feel would work. He was very upfront with all variety of upsides and downsides of the buying process. He tried exceptionally hard to make sure that I not only put an offer on a condo that works for me, but to find me a place I would love and enjoy for years to come. Great, great broker.

I can't recommend Iman from Ideal highly enough. She is a wonderful broker. I rented my first apartment with her. She is whip-smart and professional, and a really nice person. At all times I felt I can ask her questions and that she was very honest and helpful.

If i could give negative starts this place would get the most but unfortunately it won't let me post without any star. I had the unfortunate experience of working with curtis fuller. after having gone back and forth multiple times we decided the time to view apartment. After having driven more than 3 hours to get there. He tells us the place is already rented. Like how can you not be responsible enough to inform someone who has to take off a day to drive to get there. I would strongly not recommend this agent based on my experience. because when it comes to real estate business you expect honesty and dependability.

Ideal has one of the smoothest rental processes that I have experienced in Brooklyn. Everything went well, everyone had lots of patience, their tech was amazing and easy. Justin was very knowledgeable and helped us rent a great spot in Williamsburg. Thank you!

At this point, I've gone through the New York apartment search process a few times and it's usually a total mess. This time around it was different never has my apartment search gone as smoothly as when I worked with Iman Zahrieh from Ideal Properties. She was responsive, accommodating, and perhaps most importantly, Iman was forthright and honest with us through every step of the whole process. I actually felt safe working with a rental broker in New York (imagine that). Some pieces of our application weren't as straight forward due to various life circumstances and Iman handled these items with grace, assuring us that she would outline everything in full detail for the landlord. Our whole transaction from first showing to final inspection was complete in two days and Iman was in contact with us (seemingly at all hours) to ensure everything happened in the most expedient way possible. Erik is a tremendous broker. His impeccable market research ultimately resulted in us purchasing our new UWS home at a 15 percent lower price than we budgeted as our worst-case scenario buy number. He was able to negotiate points off the listed price on our behalf and taught us patience. I have to say... Erik has nerves of steel! He even helped us during the mortgage process. We were happy to be able to consult with him on everything, small and large. I would never recommend another broker or agent - Erik is it. He s so good at what he does. Was ready to sign but was delayed because the realtor gave us a list of required documents less than an hour before he wanted us to meet with him. We wanted to go back and check measurements for our furniture as well. When I told him it was impossible to acquire a bank check that quickly, nor that I would sign before checking to make sure my furniture fits in the place I'm renting, realtor had a hissy fit. It was such a turn off we walked right out and will never use Ideal properties group for any of our real estate needs.

I worked with Ideal when I moved back to the city. Their agents were attentive and my broker listened to my preferences very carefully and delivered quickly. We went out on 3 different occasions and she found me a great apartment and an excellent deal. Highly recommended!

I've rented 6 different apartments in NYC and I have never had a broker as communicative, transparent, honest, and helpful as Iman. She helped me get an amazing apartment that was under my budget, was super quick with approvals (and communicated with me every step of the way), and was very flexible with meeting times. I always have a ton of questions (I'm particular!) and she was super patient with me and never felt like I was asking too much. She is on top of it. Don't hesitate to use Iman for all your housing needs!

Scheduled a view with Charles. After waiting 10 minutes outside the building I reached out to him and he said that he is still with other clients and even on his way. It's never even crossed on his mind to update me. He said he can be there in 30-60 minutes. I left and send him an email saying I was really disappointed from his unprofessional behavior and guess what he doesn't even care. He didn't apologies .
I didn't even meet this guy but would you want to meet him? I don't think he will make it on time...

It's not the first time a real estate agent was late for a meeting with me but they always let you know or at least apologies...

I had a terrific experience with Ideal Properties Group. A broker from their Park Slope office, Michael, was responsive, very knowledgeable in the area (we just moved to NYC last year and knew very little of Brooklyn). He replied to all my inquiries, whether by text, phone, or email with lightning speed. Thanks to his great work, I rented an amazing place nearby their office. I keep on seeing him in the neighborhood - true mensch.

What an amazing rental experience! Kimberlyn is an amazing agent. She helped me and my partner find the most amazing apartment in Brooklyn that checked everything off all of our boxes. Moving into New York was a really tough time for our family because of its extremely urban aspects - a big change from Illinois. Luckily, we were able to hire a good broker from this agency and she guided us through what we needed to do. Iman was honest with us, fully understanding of our limited budget and extensive needs.
