Lazy folks who play games with injured parties worker's compensation matters. That's good for the insurance co, who are also "lazy" and like to drag their feet at the expense of the injured worker - but goo for the insurance carrier who are equally lazy trying to spend as little as possible - even when they know that the requested treatment is not just warranted, but an "absolute" per the applicable governing statutory laws - but they still play their games. And that 'fact' comes directly from the lips of two TDI employees who are 'in-the-know'. If you're an insurance company - this IS the place for you: RENY will drag their feet all day long and stall your claimants treatment. It doesn't save you money necessarily - but then again RENY is hoping, and banking that a claimant will tire, give up and just walk away. THAT'S how they save money. ~Rick Clark
