Four hours of standing under the ramp before someone is kindly interested .. The time of notification is probably only virtual .. Waiting time for documents after unloading about an hour .. They do not respect the company and drivers!
The only plus for parking in front of the company .. :)

It is waiting for loading, but when it starts it will be ready in a few minutes. Export documents are ready. The problem is the lack of parking and I recommend everyone to wait in Belgium, Germany or somewhere on the highway in the parking lot.
