Good garden visited today after many years.
All trees and more gardens natural places.
Escalator from main road to reach gate.
Such nice Manyata tech park.
Herbal Airport road hectic traffic even after many flyovers in recent year's.
Well organised good Architecture outside city.

The tech hub of Bangalore. Housing major global IT companies with India operations

The Bangalore's largest business Park has the tag line "Where the world comes to work" has best in class companies inside but still this tech park suffers lack of basic aminities. The infrastructure provided by the Embassy promoters have failed to provide the basic aminity of every commuter: "Road".

I have been working in this business Park since 1 and half year, I see no positive changes about roads and traffic management. Entering or exiting from the Tech park is the daily challenge that every commuter has to face.

I wish you could lay a new layer of tar road instead of patching here and there. And deploy some sensible and well trained staff to manage traffic at the entrance gates.

PS. Am happy to change my rating back to 5 *s if I see road and traffic management is handled.

Too many good companies inside this tech park, but it's just too far away from the city.

Well planned tech park with all the amenities available starting from food to play arena.. have bicycle service for the employees working in manyata..

Construction work is going on. These guys always doing "365 days construction". " Todo, fir Jodo. Fir Todo aur fir Jodo" For entrance 2 gates are there from Outer Ring road and huge traffic always. No security in entrance. It's not a planned embassy.

Being a tech park with a lot of mnc s and more than 1Lakh of people working, it s not up to the mark. There are no proper roads and entry/exit from the outside. The road inside also not good, full potholes and dust everywhere. The only good thing that I have seen here is good security and the availability of parking space.

Compared to many other tech parks in Bangalore, this has better accessibility from different parts of the city.
Though the roads leading to this park may get jammed there are alternate routes available

Its an Old and a very big tech park of bangalore.You have common Food court with all varities of food like dominos etc.The tech park is also beautifully nurchured by trees,plants etc etc.The tarffic is controlled with proper signals.

Not at all good place to visit or work tooooooo much of traffic if you work there at least 20%of the time goes only in the traffic

This park is situated near Hebbal and Nagavara. From KR Puram rly station its nearby. Many big companies like IBM, CTS, Philips, Nokia situated here.

This is place where I work and it's a daily affair for me to visit this place. Pretty good corporate business park for IT. It's a well known IT Business park in Bangalore with decent food courts and retails outlets . Only issue that I face is peak our traffic issues.
