Congestion at the entry/exit gate is the only problem here

I visit weekly once because it's behind my house. Traffic problem we face alot

There should be separate corner for stray dogs so that they don't bite employees . Some pet play area should be built and we can also contribute to run the area . Dogs are so precious animal .they should be treated in a right manner . Other wise it is nice park .

Good Techpark but People are not talking to any one just follow foreign culture.

Great corporate park within city limits without much traffic

Good place to work in. Good parking options. Many dining options too.

Nice techpark. Just the bridge construction is screwing up the traffic mobility

Most of the buildings within this Business park offer parking only for private vehicles. So take care , if you are using a cab, to alight at appropriate places to avoid being shooed off by security

Good maintained have good facilities inside like eat outs medicals photo studio salons.

This place is full of different companies. Awesome .

Good but killing the nature. It was good before now only concrete.

Infrastructure is of International standard and the place has a very good connectivity.

Good and big tech park. And best choice for people from kasthuri nagar, Ramamurthy nagar, horamavu, babusa playa, tc playa surroundings. Inside tech park roads are not good gate 2 road is highly damaged. gate 1 road is better. now some bridge construction is going inside tech park. They are also constructing one 7star hotel in the front.

Hub of cutting edge technology in the silicon valley of India. Better organized infrastructure with nature oriented environment would make it World class.

You will find most of the best companies hear because of the connectivity offered by the Embassy.

Good tech park with lots of prominent companies out there. Outside Nokia, there's a paid play area with setup for basketball, badminton, football. Embassy group keeps conducting fun activities in the tech park. This park has two big food courts ESC and Dockyard, with day care facilities from Klay and one more group. There's a residential area too towards the back gate, and all day care facilities are available there from Klay, Bachpan, vediclore, azeele etc. You will find lots of apartments behind tech park at reasonable rate. Elements mall is within 1.5 km from all gates. There's is an old park (with some wooden bridge/walkway kind of thing)also within tech park residential area, but it needs some maintenance. The only thing, I don't like is : it needs some more greenery with the kind of construction going around. I believe some big hotel group is also coming up at the front gate 1/2.

Pathetically planned roads especially the hard hitting humps, too many vehicles during peak hours in morning and evening. Not the same place it used to be. High time that B'lore divested it's IT parks in different corners of the city than shoehorn them all into few tech parks.

Terribly planned IT Park that everyone are praying to get out of. It is a nightmare in terms of facilities as well. Poor shuttle service and arguably the worst and the most expensive cafeteria you will come across.

Roads are very bad even though they collect hefty rent

Best place work here most of companies offices are here. Well maintained place with all facilities.

Worst roads inside, cheapest business park, they should learn from Hyderabad to maintain such places

The roads are messed up, plus lack of streetlights make it accident prone at the night.....
If you're planning on going into the manyata residential area DON'T DO IT it's very shady at night.

One of the best tech park in India with almost all the famous MNC having their offices out here.

People coming from opposite road need to take a U turn that take allot of time. If the flyover is build we can save a much more time.

Huge place and awesome work environment as there is construction work going on so traffic is really worst in peak hours.

It is one of the biggest IT hub in Bangalore loved the work place. The maintenance by them as such.

They are constructing a flyover which will end inside the tech park and no wonder if u can see it closing in to the office door soon. They have well planned ATM facility, food court , parking places for visitor as well, parking, and other things etc. Sometimes there will be some concerts going on can visit and have a break during working hours.

Food court is really very big with many outlets and can spend few moments and make ourselves relax.

This is my place of work. Well maintained, secure and clean.

Good campus to work around. The location well maintained and good facilities provided by campus. To visit inside the campus even have facilities of shuttles and also for health conscious we can go in bicycles for free . Anyone can use those no restrictions. Very big campus it s located near to Hebbal . The roads and all well equipped. Almost all companies are available. Even food courts are also available. In dockyard Al-bek also available the food is awesome and also taste . They well maintain hygiene. The prices of all products are reasonable every one can afford the prices . Nice place to spend some time with friends or colleagues.

SEZ Zone, with lots of facilities around. Good places to chill our, work and play.

This is a huge campus with wide, well-maintained roads. It's a home to many companies. Was there for Urban Stampede 5K corporate run.

Horrible traffic to enter or to come out of embassy business park, nagawara at any time of day.. no proper road or gate from any side to enter the premisses ..

Very costly and very costly parking for private vehicles.

This business park is very clean but quiet traffic after 5 pm in rainy season
