Limited parking, Rented vehicle not allowed for parking

Concrete jungle. The workplaces are good but there is no air space. Rampant deforestation which has reduced the quality of good air.

Awesome inexpensive food, awesome beer, awesome music!!!

No proper road for going office and leaving office. Too heavy traffic always.take 45 mins to reach out gate.

As a business park, this is huge with lots of corporate offices and campuses. It is well connected to most places in Bangalore with the special MEBP bus service by BMTC subsidised by the companies. This makes travelling here faster and easier for daily commuters. Public transport might not connect it well to most residential areas in Bangalore.
The irony about working here is that, the buildings are named after trees, so you have buildings like Pine, Rosewood, Teak, etc etc. And you get to work in the concrete jungle, quite literally. Obviously you talk about the environment inside the Park as well, amidst concrete trees.

Biggest IT park in Bangalore located near Hebbal on outer ring road. More than 50 companies have offices in this tech park namely IBM, cognizant, Philips, Nokia etc

Landscape and its maintenance is good but flow of vehicles is often changing and more traffic at evening time.. also pavement for walking is small...

Is good but they really need to work on their entry/exit plans. I did recommend a combination of grade separator and underpass for traffic to move in and out and merge with the outer ring road traffic.

Went a couple of times. Roads are clean and well maintained. You can catch a bus too from near the entrance to the end of it.

Neatly maintained place and greenery, roads have pot holes, Maintenance is very slow. Securities are strict at unwanted times and not always.

Manyata Embassy Business Park is a good gaint IT Park, It has many multinational companies, It is located near nagawara circle, Bangalore. Only challenge for employees is that to travel to this tech park, Its very far from core bangalore city.

Amenities are good, Campus has strict security, good multiple food courts, many ATM's facility for employees, nice parking lot structure in each building basement and also campus has multi storey building for parking, nice pavements for pedestrians, it has shuttle service for employees as the campus is very big to walk from one end to other. Business park is coming up with a 5 star hotel.

Ambience of tech park is quite good compared to other tech parks in Bangalore. Food court and a mini mall is available within the park. However, there is traffic problem to move in and out of the park.
Columbia Asia and aster clinics are available inside.

Huge companies it,s spread in large area many companies are here in some companies interview is hard n they will give rounds after rounds n it will take 2 months n u should have patience if u want this job r else u can apply in some easy company u have many options

Located in North bangalore and well planned IT Park. Away from all traffic and pollution. IT Park itself have everything from restaurants to Saloons. Everything available in dockyard. Have been worked in DLF chennai, DLF Hyderabad and sisuseri in chennai. None can be compared to this.

One of the largest technology park in Asia. Hundreds of IT companies are situated here. One can switch companies and work till retirement in this tech park itself. It has got kindergartens, hospital, saloons, restaurants, play area and many more facilities.

Great workplace. Very well maintained interior roads and controlled traffic. The only major drawback is that the entrance gates are right on the service roads, leading to major blocks during peak hours.

one of the largest tech park in Bangalore. Greenery work environment with world-class security system.We can find 20+ mnc's here such as IBM, SAMSUNG, COGNIZANT, LEGATO, L&T, etc. For freshers this is all in one place to find a better job when there is a requirement. Only worst thing is traffic at the peak hours due to construction work.

Its a good campus where all the MNCs are placed. This place also got good restaurants and other necessary things like clinic, banks and other things.

Traffic management is very poor. However management seems trying to take care of it.

Poor and narrow entry and exit. It's daily struggle to commute by car.

Tech park with wide roads but the entry and exit lane connecting service road is mostly crowded.

I work here. Among the other business parks I have visited, Electronic City tops the list in terms of accessibility followed by Manyata.

It was my workplace for 1.5 years. The greenery all around is simply amazing.

Still getting constructed,would take another couple of years to become a 5 star tech park

Good tech park, but it should have more on IN and OUT gates,

Ignore the parking and traffic, and you get a great place to work.

Very crowded. Well maintained. Has shuttle service. Great food courts.
