You will immediately fall in love with the serenity and ambiance of this place. The greenary and plantation will be a head turner along with sky reaching towers and amenities. This is basically a software park with habitation available....but mind the roads they can be deceptive in rain.

Loved dis place....had a nice expirence in this park.... infrastructure admirers will definitely love this place .....but u don't want to walk through the park.... it's huge(lots of companies like IBM, Microsoft,HCL, Larsen & Toubro...Voonik etc.)....u also have hotels near d park

Houses many reputed software companies. One of the prominent software parks in Bangalore. The road and the entrance is always busy.

Before tech park was the best with nice trees and proper designated smoke areas. Now it's v v bad!! Smoke areas in exact path way and reduced trees. Traffic has increased too.

Lot of conveniences located here along with the big food court that it is.

Beat place and has a good place to sit around. next to this building, there is escape which is the food court

Super place to work u can do shopping u ll get different varieties of food counters, banking - many banks are there, have SPA etc. within the campus.

Very big ,uniform ,good security check and very polite guards

Buildings are very good from outside from inside it's just normal for employees

One of the biggest IT park where I have seen so far. Almost all the biggest IT companies are located here. Very well maintained, organised. Even they are providing shettle service for the employees to roam around the campus.

It's another huge I.T park in Bangalore with many MNC Companies with exactly facilities.

Good amenities but for north indian vegetarian people food is the main problem

Many companies are here , but location near manyata park is not good place

Its a very huge tech park, you can find a lot of MNCs there

Bangalore is known for traffic and here infront of Manyata too, Good thing is flyover construction is going on to enter into Mayanta

Tech park is nice but need to improve public transport from one end to another end .

It takes 1 hour to get in and to get out of manyata around 6pm
Mfar food court is not good

Has a sports academy, food courts, dedicated place for events & fest, well maintained and planned business Park. Constantly raising new building there by employees are making things worse like traffic, constrained resources and free space.

Entry and Exit to this location is clearly dis proportional.. if not non existent. Takes huge time to get in and get out and join the ring road. so if you want offices at least now look for other locations..

One of the biggest IT park in Bangalore. Situated in North Bangalore and has a tag line - where world comes to work

Lot of traffic jam during late after noon and evening hours 5pm to 8pm. Main roads connecting mantata are very narrow.

Very big campus with lots of companies. Management of the business park is very good. There are two food courts with multiple cuisines. There are two foodball grounds (1Rooftop), 1 volleyball ground and a cricket ground which is small.

Very good place but you cannot find autos or local transport till you walk out to the gate which is far away from some buildings

Huge campus, IBM, CTS, L&T, fedility, AXA and so on company's are available here, and shopping mall, hospital, bank and food court. Tech provides free transport facility inside the tech park.

Worst infrastructure... No.of companies and no.of people working here are more but entry and exit are through service road. I don't understand how government give permission and approve these. At this moment , you have to pass through the drainage water river... Such a bad road conditions.

There's a bad pungent smell when you enter the park. Yes, pollution is less in here compared to Bangalore

One of the most strategically located tech park in bengaluru.ease of access not just to the airport but all the railway stations and bus stands.hardly 30 minutes drive from City centre.
Only negative thing is the one way entry and exit traffic which consumes lot of time.
