One of the biggest IT park in Bangalore. Good infrastructure, maintained well, many big IT companies are here like IBM, Nokia, CTS, ANZ etc. two big food courts available with various veg and non vag items. Overall best place to work here.

Too much traffic to get to MEBP, Internally traffic is managed but the surrounding roads are unplanned and unmanaged. Internal roads are bad and too much construction all around. The pavements are not ready and always some repair work going on. Not a peaceful place. This place is always crowded.

Good connecting road. Good trafic control. Security is good. Unauthorised parking is avoided. Little tight on official parking also sometimes. Overall good place. They are trying their best to maintain. Hats off to all those security and trafic persons working day and night in Sunday's, rain and culling nights. Great doing guys keep it up.

The environment is good and well maintained, there are dedicated people to take care of the greenery around. One can rent a bicycle to commute inside the park or just walk. There are shuttle services too which begin from the entrance.
It's a home to very well known IT firms, IBM, Cognizant, Nokia, Cerner, Target to name a few.
The worst part about the IT park is the roads which have not been taken care of for ages, the construction of new buildings which makes your travelling experience dusty, traffic congestion during peak hours due to mismanagement of traffic.

The fastest growing it park in Bangalore City and they claim it's biggest it park and best. However, always some or the other work keep going on roads always with no proper roads inside and outside across various gates. Itpl has better footpath for pedestrians I feel than this.

Worst Tech park it's situated in Bangalore but most people working here are from different states. First give priority to Kanadigas... Then other.... U people are the reason for the unemployment..... Don't mess with the job seekers...

I am working in Microsoft in manyatha tech park. Perfect to tell as tech park lots of company. And the place is clean and tidy.

Tech Park with two common cafeteria Escape and Dockyard. With Manyata Embassy's own shuttle free services running all day. Four entry gates Two front gates and two backgates.

It is one of the nice tech parks which is located in Bengaluru and nice infrastructure

Lacks proper planning even though situated nicely on outer ring road. Traffic is horrible, mostly because alternate gates are not developed properly. Back gate and roads need to develop for entry/exit from Hebbal side which can solve traffic to a good extent. Also food courts are too expensive to eat. Bus service is also expensive. Ambience was good initially, but it has started deterorating with too much construction and small canals inside the park turning into frothy & sludgy ponds.

Workday at off was great.. Completed most of my pending tasks.

IBM, philips, cerner, nvdia, lowes, nokia, target,nxp semiconductor, cognizant and many more has their offices here. They even provide free bus/shuttle facility within the embassy. Well maintained with good security

It is unfit to be an IT PARK as they always do some renovation lot of uncomfort while driving inside.pathetic roads. No security at all any body can come inside.

Well it's an IT hub, the campus is huge and some kind of construction will be going on throughout the year. There is a ground inside where IT guys play cricket once in a while. The residential are behind the tech park is just great! You won't feel like tech park at all. Gets congested in the evenings especially at 4.30 onwards and Friday evenings you better carry a snack before leaving office. They are constructing a flyover which will end inside the tech park and no wonder if u can see it closing in to the office door soon..

If you want to experience all the emotions of human life(anxiety, desperation,joy etc), please travel to Manyata. 3 hours will be the minimum travel time. You will attain the sainthood once you reach the summit

I think they should provide Clear indication on whereabouts of companies that are present in tech park. Entry and exit is confusing, people who are new might have problems in commuting.

Life here is like heaven. Amazing atmosphere and a great place to work.

Way away from all other Tech parks and companies. Congested entry and exit road. Everything else is fine. If you like meetups then you should think twice before choosing companies who are in Manyata Tech park because everything is far from here.

Too much of traffic and pollution plus never ending construction. Night time not safe.
