A very big tech park and has various facilities like shuttles and bicycles to go around the tech park if you want. There's is also a gym. The facilities mentioned above are free. There are two big food courts with various types of food.

Too big. You feel lost sometime.
The biggest problem is entry and exit. It's a bottleneck. You need to take a bad bad u turn to enter here. It takes 10 minutes to get in.
BBMP and the Embassy group keep fighting while people suffer

We'll I have been here for some interview. so from my experience, all I can say is that- it's quite a big space with multiple companies operating in it. All the building have there own parking space and this space is well maintained.

Traffic is pathetic as usual. Not sure what would the management do about this.

Please open the back gate that leads towards Kempapura, Dasarhalli, people going towards Yehlanka won't have to waste time though Hebbal and Nagvara under bridge U turn

Huge tech park, one of the biggest in blore.
But, the entry and exit is congested as there are only 2 gates. Also, there is some kind of construction always going on in the premises.
Recently, the construction of flyover at the gates to connect to the ring road has started.

Very poor management. No bus bays inside. Very poor food courts. On a bad day traffic suitation inside the tech park will be pathetic.

MNC area, top companies function from this location like IBM, Philips and AXA.

You have to walk a lot of distance to identify the block you want to visit.

Very spacious .Lot of restaurants well maintained good security staff

One of the finest tech parks in the Bangalore. More than 10 MNCs are there. Nearest bus stop is Nagwara bust stop. IBM,Nvidia, Nokia,Capegemini, Philips etc. are the companies there. IBM is distributed in 5 blocks. For going inside the tech parks bicycles are available for employees for free, also frequent buses are also there to drop you at each stop, which is good service is provided by the Manyata Embassy Park. Large food court is available inside the park, which has Domino's, Pizza Hut,Subway,McD,KFC etc and other private restaurants are present. For IBM employees separate paide food court is available. One of the helpful things is banks are also near food court like HDFC,ICICI. ATMs are available in the walking distance.

Too much of traffic disruptions due to constructions. Too high dust level/contamination in the air.

Pathetic place, no proper planning for ppl to commute in & out of the tech park. It's a nightmare.

It has all the big spaces in it...And transport inside and outside is great

IT park has premier services and product company's from IBM, CTS,NTT, Philips and ANZ

Internal shuttle is good assist if you want to travel from gate to companies. CTS had it's own shuttles services as well.

You can also get cycle services till Escape from gate.

A very well maintained park with a good eye on green and clean. Embassy group organizes events every now and then, making this a buzzing and exciting place of work.

Heavy traffic and some construction going on apart from that its a nice place to work.

Cafeteria has a good variety of options. Roads within the biz park need repairs.

Have good connectivity and comparitively less traffic than any other tech park in bengaluru. Near by airport

Big place for IT. Good infrastructure, but poor handling in terms of entry and exit. Also the price of anything is too costly

Nokia, nvidia ,l&t company ,microsoft and other big company.

Environment is clean and beautiful.

Tech Park is good but the traffic outside tech park is not well managed.!!

This place is accommodating more business space, it is coming up with hotel. Flyover work is in progress to reduce the traffic.

Ah embassy's business park. Those of you don't know embassy is a building company based out of Bengaluru.
It is well maintained and has proper traffic management.
All the commuters get free AC/NON AC buses to choose from to travel around Manyata.
Traffic outside the manyata is blatant and is cumbersome to pass through it every day.
If you walk here during morning starting 0900 and evening starting 1730 you'll find so many humans walking on the footpaths that you'll feel that you're one of the herd here.

One of the best and first tech park started in Bangalore.

Huge campus with moder multistoried buildings. Well-maintained and managed. Nokia, IBM, CTS, WSP and many other well known companies are there. Inside campus, they have own shuttle bus system, free of cost.

Best and biggest tech park visited in Bangalore so far.

5 stars for the helpful security, they just know everything.

Well maintained and very peaceful place. Evenings are so pleasant you don't feel like going home.

1.Get ready to walk minimum 2 kilometers from the main gate (shuttles are available ,but it will be always crowded ,need more shuttles)

2.Still wondering where to park vehicles at food court (near D1 +Cognizant)
3.Can't bare the smell of sewage path next to D2 + front of ,L&T building.
4.traffic management at evening is the worst part .leave MTP at 4 pm else wait till 9:30 pm.
5.Can't find parking to visit HDFC BANK and SBI BANK branch
6.Getting online packages delivery for IBM employees is worst , u need to goto cognizant office and wait like beggar.

Getting to this work place is like a journey to the center of the earth... traffic jams...white topping... flyover construction... building construction...crazy going in an coming out...

Everything is good and excellent but the food prices are too expensive

Just Simply a nice place. Office. Residences. Convention Hall. Nice Gated township

Huge area. Enough number of guards. Lacking locations signboards of companies/offices.
