It's quite big tech park. It consists of many IT companies . Nice place to work.

During leaving the park, right is not allowed from gate 1 and gate 2, you have to take u-turn from nagawara. So if you are near to back gate then better to leave from there

Entry to the park is big hassle. They could have made the entry wider considering millions of vehicle entering everyday.

It is one of the biggest park with many companies and the maintance was good

In Peak hours very difficult to come out of tech park or get in to tech park. Horrible traffic, but anyways everywhere we are seeing traffic in Bangalore

Backside and front gate.. either is peaceful to travel but in rainy season the traffic near ring road is hectic and brutal...

One of the best tech parks in Bangalore. Well maintained. Great place to work. Plantation across the park keep the surrounding cool. There are many food courts where you can have good food and sit and relax.

Best tech park wrt commute time as compared to any other tech park in bangalore.

Problem in exit way. No easy way to come out. Always cluttered with traffic.

The security is the literal worst I've ever seen or experienced
I went there for an interview walk in
And the security personnel there were treating everyone with such rudeness
Even after showing an email call letter for the interview
They were not allowing inside
Their entire system needs some work
If a company is having a walk-in on any particular day
The security should be aware of this and cooperate.
No one wants to visit ur business Park for no reason
People come there for interview and with hopes to get job
And this is the treatment they receive at the front door
Lowering their morals and good vibe is lost
You need to train ur security personnel better.

Well organized inside but during peak hours it's a mess..so come well prepared and keep time in hand if you are coming in peak hours

Good place for IT companies. Should have had more gates for entrance/exit. Some times you see more traffic due to the limited gates for entrance and exit. Anything to eat is very costly. This business Park should give some concession in rents to the outlets so that outlets reduce the price of food.

Visited once not explored much.good cafeteria but felt expensive.had chicky in one of the small store.it was good in taste and shape

Safe. Make proper appointments over call and get the conformation that all things are working fine. Then only stepout.

Very big a well managed tech park. Wide roads so no congestion inside the tech park.

The entry point is a little bit of a Mess as construction work for the flyover is going on.
One good work is placing of securities at intersection to control and manage traffic at intersections, roads are a bit bumpy. Though managed pretty well with security is in-place, random pedestrians suddenly appearing on the road is a nuisance.

Good place with inbuilt facilities to the employees

A traffic nightmare. Built on a wet land (god knows by what means) near a lake bed. Over crowded with few exits. A ticking time bomb .. Just wait for the rains to come or a truck to breakdown and the entire entry{/exit becomes a pain.

Roads are in bad shape. Hopefully it gets better in the future.

Good tech park , need to encourage more buses and shared drives than single occupancy cars in Manyata to reduce traffic jam in and around.

Lots of software and business companies Inside the campus well maintained roads. Main entrance is well maintained with full pledge security. But other entrance from back not up to the mark, mud roads.

Big tech park. Lots of companies. Security guards are well trained and helpful. Place is very clean. But morning time difficult to enter because of traffic and evening time difficult to come out.

Big IT park . Good place to work if you stay nearby. Security guards are doing great job here. Helping transport inside tech park.

Always there will be haste but thats fine thats how we love to be there while working.
