This is one of the best and big IT parks in Bangalore. We have IBM, Cognizant,Nokia,Target,ANZ,Cerner,Philips,Fedility and so many other company located here.

The best tech park after prestige shantiniketan. However, this place being almost 10 times the size of Shantiniketan, is always under construction

One of the best Tech-parks in Bangalore. It is very big with a lot of big companies having their branch offices or head offices. To help the public or the employees to cross the busy street in front of the tech park, there is a escalator (stairs powered by electricity), i think it is functionally only during the peak hours.

One of the most high rated IT park of Bangalore with lot of top companies residing together. Connectivity is good over here for commuters, once can find PG, flats in near vicinity.

One of the biggest IT parks of Bengaluru. There are many companies that have office space in this tech park. IBM and Cognizant are the major ones. Well maintained.. but not enough greenery apart from fee show plants and tress.

They spent extra money on speed bumps, always nice to have your bike touch the speed bumps and damage exhaust.

Very clean and neat. Management is nice. Traffic is a bit high in peak items. Saturday and Sunday it will be very pleasant.

Being an IT park still it is heavily traffic inside on peak hours. Apart from regular working staffs others could find other timing than peak hours to go in.

Very well maintained workplace. But to get there, is very tough in rush hours. Amd with constructions going on, the wait time in signal is very high.

Its one of the biggest IT park on the ring road, near hebbal. Lot of MNC are already in this company and its still growing...it has free bus service inside the campus and also cycles qre available as a new initiative by the embassy's management to support go green......

A vast and beautiful business park, that houses several MNC. It has always been a pleasure working in Manyata.

One less rating because it's really far from main Bangalore. Rest everything is fine. It's well maintained. You will find many guards to guide the vehicles. Nice clean area. There is a lot of places to hangout if you are taking anyone with you.

Good navigation, Ample car parking with good restaurants.

Perhaps the cleanest and safest IT park I hv seen.. it feels so safe walk through the park even at dark hours of the night

Complex is spacious but entry and exit has lots of traffic during peak hours. Especially entering the IT park from Kalyan nagar side takes more than 10-15 minutes with u-turn from outer ring road into the service road is always clogged.
Food court is decent but needs better caterers for good quality indian food.

Another big IT Park on ring road with well transport connectivity.

Lot of companies present inside this tech park. But they really have no sense of traffic management.. And I don't think they will improve either so we need to learn to deal with it
