It has great facilities within the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is free WiFi in the hotel. Hotel is posh and modern. The hotel is located near a famous temple in bugis. There is also an IT mall that is within 100 metres.

This is a 3 star hotel in the city area. Was there to meet some guests for business. Convenient hotel to stay if you want to stay near the shopping belt of Orchard Road. Bus stop to MRT is located in front of hotel. There is a good food court within 50 metres walk and many interesting shops nearby. There is a also a large mall selling electronic goods across the hotel.
Rooms quire well done, AC working. Variety of meals are on offer.
It is the ibis that has the largest room ever for 3 countries / clean rooms / good service / walking distance from the train / with a bus sign in front of the hotel.
Great service, clean room and conveniently located. There's a bus stop right in front with buses that go directly to Orchard. All the 4 MRT lines are within walking distance. They let you borrow bicycles too.
Staff were fantastic and I cannot fault them - If needed anything they attended to it right away. The facilities were pretty good too and a very clean room. Unfortunately the guest in room 1610 chose to speak loudly through the corridor for 30+mins on Saturday morning that I had to let her know that she was bothering other guests and she chose to repeat that action again the next day again (less than 30mins this time). The other disappointment which is not the fault of the hotel was that we saw an ad about Singapore food places on one of the channels - specifically Wild Honey on Orchard road was mentioned - we thought we would give this place a go but had a very unpleasant experience(overpriced, slow service and 2 badly cooked breakfasts). If we hadn't seen that on the hotel tv we would never consider have considered going there...

We arrived late at night, but there was no problem with check-in at reception. Room has a feeling of cleanliness and thinks that it is more than hotel of the same price range. It is convenient for transportation and is a hotel that I want to use again.
A bit old compared with other ibis. Service is very good. Sometimes you can meet some flies and mosquito.

Good service, room simple but exactly what you need is there, cleaning ladies do a great job, price is right, bed are comfortable enough, centrally located at an MRT station so everything on foot or by MRT to reach. Unfortunately, only the climate is sometimes a bit noisy in the room and there are only shelves no cabinets in the room, but that is complaining at a high level.
Check in and check out process is quite fast. Room is quite spacious for hotel in Singapore. Location is strategic, 2 bus stops in front of hotel, 7 eleven and hawker centre nearby, MRT station in 5 mins walk.

We've arrived earlier than the Check-in time and they have allowed us to leave our bags while we went out for lunch first. Location is 20 mins away from the airport and it is just a 5-minute walk to Bugis Shopping Centre. While the room is a bit old-fashioned, I still love how clean it is. Amenities are complete- safe, iron, hair dryer and etc. Glad that they care for the environment by eliminating the usage of plastic bottles for drinking and toiletries. They will provide you with a tumbler which can be refilled in the bar area at the 1st floor- you can even opt for sparkling water!! Buffet area is also spacious, providing you with a wide selection of foods from western, indian, asian cuisines. They also have pastries to choose from. In my 4-day stay though, the foods are consistently the same everyday, but it works for me as I am a creature of habit. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Bencoolen area is generally a quiet place, but should you want to roam around, there is a bus station just in front of the hotel and mrt is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommended if you want to go for business trips. If you are to visit for leisure, this might not be the place for you!:)

This is a good and safe place. Good budget option. Location is a plus point. Courteous staff. Good spread for breakfast. Rooms are small but every small necessity has been taken care of. Ac has manual control only.

The place is clean and well taken care of. The lobby is spacious and have multiple resting/waiting area around for tourist or visitors. It is accessible as a bus stop is situated right outside the hotel, which is wheelchair friendly with ramp installation. The location of the hotel is near to a few malls (Bugis Junction, Bugis Street, Sim Lim Square, OG and Bugis +, just to name a few) as well as the national library of Singapore. There are tons of local foods from the Hawker Centre nearby, which is really affordable, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Other point of interests are also nearby, if tourist are feeling adventurous, they are able to travel by foot to City Hall, Esplanade and further down for photo taking with the Merlion.

I arrived at Ibis at 11 am and the executive there didn't hesitate for second to offer me a hospitality room to get fresh, since their standard check in time is 14 pm. Standard rooms, great staff and good restaurant......best location.
Just visited the function room. Banquet service staff was excellent and attentive. Ibis is running the clean plate program which they will donate a dollar for every clean plate that patrons return at the buffet in the hotel in support if less food waste movement.

The stay was good and comfortable. The only hiccup faced was breakfast which I had opted for during check-in but I was told at the restaurant that my room number was not listed.
The check-in and check-out procedures are very quick and the staff at the hotel are very helpful. Breakfast is average level and there is a good variety. The location is good for its proximity to the malls and the city center. The supermarket is very close to the hotel's art ships

Internet unreliable and complained to hotel staff several times about it and nothing done to fix it. Elevators a disaster taking 5 mins to go up or down. Breakfast is good but watch the crowd

Friendly service, fast internet. On-site bar, internet corner. Nearby shops, restaurants, pubs and a subway station, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Cheap taxi from the hotel to the airport (cheaper than Uber and Grab). The hotel could use a light renovation of the rooms. The service, however, could be a little more to clean the rooms - in the shower I found someone's toothbrush and used toothpaste. I doubt anyone cleaned up after the previous person in the room. Which is a bit disgusting.

I chose this hotel when I was looking for a cheap hotel with breakfast in Singapore.
I think it was about 5 minutes on foot from Bugis Station.
This time I was lucky I had a good view in the room on the high floor.
What I thought was also the best was that the room was very clean.
I think it was good to have various types of breakfast.

Great location with walking distance to MRT. Near Burgis Junction which is a nice mall and across the street has more of a local clothing mall with cheap goods and foods. Rooms are modern and clean. There are free extra hygiene amenities and front staff service is excellent.
This hotel provides us a handy smartphone and we can bring it everywhere we go in Singapore.. free calls and wifi tethering anytime.
