Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen Review

Nice room , cleaned room , but small room somehow , but well connected with transport , busses, metro and market

Have been to Singapore a number of times and have always stayed at this hotel. I love the convenience of the 7 eleven, Bugis MRT and I hope the Bencoolen MRT Station will open soon.

Good location, internationally oriented and really nice people.

Good place, good food, location is ideal. Perfectly centered between all the local hotspots of Singapore. An MRT station is also located nearby for easy access connecting almost everywhere in Singapore.

It was good stay and enjoyed my family vacation. We enjoyed buffet breakfast served in the hotel.

Good location - walking distance to mrt and bus stops in front of hotel.

Location is great, every attraction is nearby. Rooms are a bit smaller but cozy. Service and staff is very helping and polite. Overall recommended

While staying at the hotel, everything is met quickly, from a location near the center of the food, the shopping, business, religious and even as it was located right behind a pretty famous place of worship in Singapore. Easy to access from the airport only 15 minutes by taxi, and about 30 minutes using the MRT.

This hotel recomen For kan sy krn location close to the food court, Bugis MRT on foot about 10 minutes, close to the mall Bugis junction. unfortunately for the size of the narrow room of only 18m2, for breakfast it's okay. when compared to the size of the room, the price is expensive for this hotel.

The bath room got no amenities and only seen the note after we bought the tooth brush for over night use. Should have been clearly noted that amenities are available on demend when we check in. Bathroom had weird vinegar smell that was unpleasant. The air con is too loud even with minimum airforce. Room conditions were clean and overal service at the concierge was ok. Appreciated much was the staff helped us to organise air port suttle. Five star for the lady called "Honey"

It was a pleasant stay herw.. definitely will consider for next visit

Good location, only a few minutes walking to MRT stations and bus stop right outside hotel. 7/11 also right next to hotel. Got in at 8am and they managed to let check in early which was amazing. All the necessities of a hotel room available with shampoo and shower gel. Comfortable beds and desks. No wardrobe though. But would stay here again!

Small basic rooms in a convenient location in downtown Singapore near to Bugis MRT station

The cuisine covers almost every south east asia cuisines, most comfortably it is located at the centre of downtown area, perfect place to have lunch

ibis at bencoolen is centrally located and a very nice hotel. the vreakfast spread is good and the service is great. there is a 7-11 next to the hotel as well and walking distance to bugis and also close proximity to the bus stop and the MRT.

Convenient transportation, convenient food, everything is convenient, Panyu has less time, the hotel is clean, if you go to Singapore, you will live in this hotel.

Perfect location, near mall, hawker centres and mrt station and nightlife. The hotel room was also pretty good but not so spacious

No thinking on where we're staying on our next holiday in singapore...very clean and neat. The location of the hotel could'nt be better

Strategic location, near bugis street, near seveneleven... food is good also... you can refill mineral water with glass bottle

It's a nice place even though the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The staff is polite and the breakfast is excellent.

The staff is friendly, clean, moderately priced, and convenient. It is close to the subway and bus station, and the Albert Center is just a hundred steps away.

Great experience! Friendly, courteous and helpful staff; fast check-in and check-out; rooms and bathrooms of small size but very clean, well kept and complete with every service; international breakfast was complete enough to satisfy every need.

The place of Ibis in bencoolen pretty accessible to places , from food , shoppings , mrt transportation.
Cleanliness is thumbs up , the only thing that is missing is the BIDET in toilet .For us bidet is very important to our personal hygiene , the crews were so accommodating .
Definitely will recommend to my friends and we will stay again in Ibis .

Very small room but very clean. Varied breakfast to suit all tastes. Close to the bugis metro

It was wonderful to stay.The room was perfectly situated the top floor and the view from the room was superb.The staff was courteous and helped me to recover my bag which I had forgotten in an airport shuttle.One thing they can improve upon is the food menu in breakfast .I stayed there for 6 days and felt the breakfast was the same everyday.One or two dishes can be changed routinely.

We booked 2 rooms for family and hotel has arrange for us connecting room. This is great support, although we did not request.
Location: Near train station, near some restaurant. You can try breakfast in local style at Albert Center.
Room: small as Singapore standard with tidy arrange.
With accor member card, we were offered 5 drink coupon, plus point for hotel.

Average B&B hotel at convenient location. Price was a bit on the high side for a hotel at such level.

Very nice staff. Excellent restaurant, it offers great food at a fair price. Free lugagge store for guests, before and after staying. Hotel offers a room were guests can take a shower for free after check out (very convenient for those planning to walk around the city before going to the airport late in the day).

Location was great. Very accessible to the main sights. Check in was swift. The room was adequate for a city break. Pillows a little soft!

The Hotel is nicely positioned to all amenities (Train & Buss) and local markets.
The Staff were all ways helpful and courteous.
The rooms were a little small but were clean , comfortable & had everything that you need in it.
The staff were helpful in suggesting venues to go to and how to get there.

Great value in Singapore. Nicely located and very close to the centre of the city and have options for early check-in and late check-out. Also comes with a great breakfast spread.

Good service and the rooms are clean. They clean your room regularly upon request.

The location of the hotel is near the shopping districts and malls and the metro station so that's a bonus.

The surrounding area right outside the hotel is peaceful and calm which is good.

Rather nice budget place and good attentive staff all around for a hotel in expensive town areas.

Excelente Empleados e instalaciones. All Staff that i encounter and speak with are well professional and very very polite. To those from the Bar and Front Desk Thank You so much especially to the staff working around 5:00am (Mr.Mahmood) who offer a Hospitality Room as he noticed me sleeping at the lobby while waiting a time to go back to Airport. :-)
