The service was amazing - the staff were very helpful towards us and I could not fault anything in their approach. On the locality side, it is close to Bencoolen MRT and some great food outlet options exist on the surroundings (as well as great food on premises). Overall I would definitely recommend this place for any fellow Singapore travellers!
Was there for the nasi lemak buffet.. service was excellent at the in-house restaurant. The dishes were replenished quickly and was delicious.
Very nice and clean, 7Eleven is near. But transport is too far and we had to use taxi. Breakfasts are too simple like in 2*. Reception is best!
We slept so well in your comfortable rooms. We loved how close the hotel was to all of Singapore's main travel destinations. By far the best feature was the use of the mobile phone which we used to create our own personal hot spot for our internet usage. We would highly recommend your resort to future travellers.

Quality Hotel at a reasonable rate. Rooms are quite small though. But staff are quite friendly. Buffet menus are quite exhaustive. Excellent location.

Great value for money. Customer service is not bad.
A convenient hotel as it is about 30 minutes away from the airport by MRT and there are several stations around it. Correspondence of the front desk is very good. The rooms are clean and Wi-Fi is connected free of charge. The dissatisfaction point is that there is only an outlet on the bedside in the twin room and amenities such as mineral water and slippers are not provided (in other words, it seems to have been enough). On the way back, I put the key in the FAST CHECK-OUT box and returned home as it was, but I was billed properly. I think that I will use it next time.
Although I stayed only for a night I felt the warm hospitality of the hotel. The staff were very helpful especially the check-in/check-out counter. The rooms are wonderfully maintained and has all the necessities. In addition, you have safe to lock away your valuables. The wifi speed is second to none.

Great budget hotel in a best locality! I have stayed twice and have enjoyed the stay. Some of the rooms are small for two people but overall it's nice. They serve Indian cuisine in buffet breakfast. Accessible by all transport Bus Metro Taxi. Great location around for shopping and eating out! Great location.

The location is good and the rooms are fine too.
However, the statements of the staff are contradictory and it is not possible to take a shower in the evening before a flight. Everything very complicated and ambiguous.
Rooms meet the typical Ibis standard. Tiny, tight. But very clean. Appropriate. Staff tried very hard and friendly. Breakfast is served in the large hall on the ground floor, canteen flair. You could also compare it to a train station ... mass processing. It resounds, is loud. Relaxed breakfast is not here .. moreover, the quality of the food is solala. However, the selection is very large, because everyone will find something for themselves. but you ve eaten much better somewhere else. Price / performance does not fit here. The elevator in the house is also very loud and the rooms are noisy. We'll rather choose another accommodation next time.
Very close to NAFA campus, bus stop is right in front, clean room, free wifi, modern and simple room interior. Just need to upgrade lift service, it is slow and created unnecessary queue.

Friendly staff, rooms as booked, were ok, varied breakfast buffet. At the bar you can fill up the water bottles for free. The luggage will be stored until the departure and the reception will order the shuttle to the airport.
At least for the one night I stayed at the Ibis Bencoolen I did not find anything to improve. Check-in, Check-out fast and professional. Room as usual ok. Only the design of the room (1022) in Kindergarten style was not really appropriate for me. Families with small children might like it.
Overall it was good. Though when I arrived on the first room, the toilet door is not able to be locked. And the water clogged on the sink plus the air-con was not cold. Luckily the response was fast and we were changed to another room. Our friend on another room suffer in silence as they did not voice it out on the air-con.

Staff were welcoming, enthusiastic & helpful. There was a bit of a language barrier (we speak English) but we got there in the end. Having online checkin is a great time saver.
My second time staying at this hotel. The good thing is that it is in a good position close to Bugis, Little India, Bus stops and Little India. The hotel is starting to show a bit of wear and tear. Having said that staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and a good size for Singapore.I have not eaten at the restaurant as there are many good eateries in the vicinity.
I arrived at the hotel early 8am but they gave me an early check-in 10pm which was much appreciated.

They don't provide water to their guests and also don't have room service even if you are willing to pay. Holiday inn express is like heaven.

Room is small is expected, but very clean with good service here. Very nice location which easy to downtown. Only two downside is that huge traffic for elevator during rush hour and no complimentary drinking water (tap water is drinkable but I don't like it)
This hotel is located within walking distance to Bugis Street and Bugis Junction. Nice food, shopping centers and public transport are closebl by. Very convenient.

though I only come back to sleep, a good sleep totally make my holiday become much better.. the staff were really friendly and give out great explanation with my broken english haha.. the room and necessities also satisfying and comfortable.. the location is totally convenient and so close to 2 MRT stations, also near a lot of place to visit.. I am totally coming back for my next Singapore trip :)

The loaner smart phone with preloaded maps and free international calls was great. Check in was relatively hassle free. The room was a little small and the bathroom was cozy. More towels would have been nice, and it didn't seem like the kind of place where I could call for it to be brought up. Location made up for it, there's a temple market and shops all over, a very interesting part of the city.
