Well located. Comfortable, good value for money. The reception is nice. I will return with pleasure.

Hotel that bears his name. Ibis budget decoration summary, distressing view on the other windows of the other rooms: we are therefore obliged to close the awning permanently to have privacy.
Very correct home and the room is clean.
Breakfast limit in terms of choice.
The restaurant to help out is ok.
Ideal, not expensive, well connected by traffic (bus-Pantheon), metro towards the center of Paris. Spacious room, food ok, waiter Yamadou very pleasant and helpful. We spent a wonderful week in Paris .. we will definitely be back ..
Worst service. They asked to wait even after check in time
The room was clean, the bathroom, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there is a route that passes almost opposite that takes you to the center where all the preparations are. But for what I give the rating of excellent is because the staff is very friendly and I especially thank the night staff, who helped me and were very kind in a time of need.
I would definitely go back.
Very nice hotel with easy access by transport from the east station and close to Accor arena
Clean but poorly equipped for a red Ibis. Not even an electric kettle.
For the price I paid I was satisfied with the room, the bathroom comfort was even higher than I expected
Very badly located. Very basic rooms, poorly equipped.
Good, clean, free underground parking. Recommended for transit.
It is amazing that the hotel has not been renovated. The rooms are ok but the cleanliness may leave something to be desired.
Rough receptionist, but the others were friendly .... about a 15 minute walk you get to a subway station. Seemingly safe place.
Horrible service, the room is ok but too small,
The Manager of restaurant is very very impolite..not friendly...I don t know his name.!..
never come back to this hotel again.
Comfiest. Bed. Ever. Great location. Nice part of Paris. Cheap too
Simple, a little noisy, paid parking and not kept! (Accessible to anyone on foot)
Reception average at the reception, room overheated and noisy, small nothing to say except the breakfast room too noisy for a morning.
The cleanliness of the rooms is debatable. No toilet brush.
Clean room, friendly staff, among which I highlight the Receptionist Mr Mohammed always available to help ... We liked the stay, although not being close to the metro, we easily took the bus number 24 which takes us to the Arena or Gare de Bercy and there we have the subway.
Bad service, I had to deal with the ibis chain, but this hotel is not in comparison I booked with booking, but the final price was not the site price but I paid 160 euros more.
How to summarize in a few sentences. Drill from 10am. Home casual, if you need anything you ask them. Prices for old rooms not renovated at the same price as the new ones. 36 euros of parking on 3 days so that they take 10 minutes to open the grid. No change of towels in 3 days and when you ask for it, you are told that there is no more but at no time does the reception note your request to remedy the problem. Short bad stay for the nice sum of 240 euros
Very gud. When I booked I thought it's close to the tower. But actually 40mint by train.
The 1st and 2nd floor are the Budget Ibis, further up the "real" Ibis. We were on budget. For the price it was very ok, everything simple but clean. There is no closet or chest of drawers in the room. These aren't too big either. What was really missing was a brush for the toilet and a hairdryer. The breakfast is very good value for money, but there may not be everything you want. The croissants are really tasty though. There is a shopping center next door with Carrefour. The connection to the city with public transport is only possible by bus.
A good option for flexible and price-conscious people
rooms are ok mostly but the stuff in most of the cases gives out the rooms whenever they want especial warning about an arabian guy
I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, January 26, I was charged two extra breakfasts, it had to be refunded within 10 days, after 15 days my account has still not been credited.
To be continued
It was not bad I kind of liked it, I expected it to be less luxe
Mixed impression. Service (breakfast and bedding worthy of a 3-star Ibis) and quality staff, but dilapidated premises (bathroom in particular) and sound insulation to optimize ...
I frequent Ibis hotels. For those who do not stay at the hotel, the room has good facilities for their well-suited accommodation. I missed the minibar, but when I used the weather it was pleasantly warm it was not missed. Now the breakfast is unbeatable compared to the other Ibis hotels, the diversity of breads, juices, cheeses, fruits, very good. The restaurant at night is a good option, reasonable prices. A beautiful view the place provides.
I was glad i only stayed for an overnight.dirty and disgusting hotel
avoid the place unless you have no choice. for the bedroom, the investment comes down to the bed which corresponds to what Ibis gets. the rest is in good condition and dilapidated. my room overlooks the ring road which gives me a sound atmosphere for the night with fairly vintage glazing . I was able to test the restoration ... and there I thought it was a hidden camera . Certainly the low prices do not allow to present the RESTORATION but at this point ?! I'm wondering?! the buffet was a few plates composed of mixed raw mimolette or tomato or Piedmontese semolina or raw chorizo or pickles ... well if no more than 3 people came. 4 waiters and 1 butler rather sympathetic but who prefers to flee rather than to assist you in the gastronomic disaster. I'll pass you the service errors with my Milanese schnitzel which arrived when I was absorbing my plate from the buffet and which returned and returned afterwards; all microwaved. I love to chew veal and I'm still looking for the definition of Milanese cutlet. I stand in the way of dessert and take refuge on the cheese plate. oh the slate plate is pretty but the cheese slices are sprinkled with cooked egg yolks . probably new modern cuisine or leftover cheese collected after breakfast petit.
In short, the catering sector needs to be reviewed or better bet on basics but kept.
Lamentable ... you have to pay before consuming! You have all ACCOR Customer cards, you book with a blue card for the bank guarantee, but that is not yet sufficient, no! You have to pay on arrival. And if you want to have a drink or have breakfast, you will have to pay. In short ! Shabby
2 nights / ibis red: ok establishment, although too bad it was not completely renovated, the room was quite spacious, clean and contained everything necessary. A priori good management of health measures. Friendly and smiling staff despite the two receptions to manage simultaneously and waves of customers. Big up to the morning gentleman who took care of breakfast and reception, sense of service and super friendly in all circumstances. Good value for money in short.
I didn't always like rude staff problems not recommended
The hotel is gone, but the bus is not parked. I'll have a flixbus here.
For a proper room training no more and there was noise because of work damage.
Disappointed !!!!!!!!!
Disappointed !!!!!!
my girlfriend is me we were in this hotel welcomed by vulnerable service women on 04/01/2018 evening
Room 414 on the 4th floor
It is very red
The reception forbids us to "take the courier upstairs? (Supposedly the security service is absent))) blah blah blah !!
Avoid this hotel with these services at 2. Ball and a team of city and not formed by real hoteliers especially that they are passing through here
Don't know how to behave with customers, they know what hospitality means for a customer
Ibis brand hotel therefore rather classic, I only put 3 stars because when we arrive around 3pm we got the keys to our rooms and what a surprise to see that they were in the same condition as the previous client had left them! After the return to the unpleasant personal welcome, no excuses, ...
It is however the first time that I have been very disappointed with the service of an Accord group hotel.
Room Good for the price ... Good location with shopping center below. Good stay at home.
The location was almost at the city fringe, but connected well with public buses.
Good reception. Clean and comfortable room. Price of the breakfast a little expensive. The price of the parking was not indicated on the site.
Reception was not co-operative enough to help us with early checkin while they were willing to do so for other customers.
Bad value for money room not very pleasant to avoid hanging bed very dirty and not redone during my stay welcome
It's getting old ... And the shower curtain ... Poua!
Well placed establishment.
I left a parking card and my cigarettes in the room quickly disappeared .......
Well located hotel with parking, good value for money
Dated concrete hotel next to a small shopping centre. There is a large restaurant and bar on-site but this lacks any sort of atmosphere although the pizza we had was of reasonable quality. There is underground parking but this cost 12. Apart from the shopping center there is little else around this hotel and the nearest bars and restaurants were 20min walk away.
Knowing Ibis, we expected a budget hotel suiting basic needs, and exactly that was provided. Clean rooms, staff was kind and also helpful on questions.
Breakfast was decent and continental choice.
Parking garage directly next to hotel and there's also a shopping mall with few fast food restaurants.
It's about 5km to the centre. Consider using public transport or taxi/uber.
Staff very pleasant, welcoming and attentive. Bedding but the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms leaves something to be desired ... pity.
Small and compact room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Unhelpful staff. Got irritated just because we asked for help.
Minimalist but clean room. Painting a bit dated.
Noisy ventilation. Correct bedding. No usb socket to charge. Very decent meal. Very pleasant and professional service.
It sinks to feces, the bathroom is dirty and the reception is very slow. 4 stars?? In my opinion certainly not
Odors in the corridors, stains on the sheets ..., More freezing showers on arrival, We hear all that happens in the corridors (door noises, passage, housewives). The door of my room opened and closed very badly, it was necessary to force each time. We stayed 4 days, the first day the housekeeper has redone the beds without changing the sheets (same task as the day before) the second day she did not pass ... A staff lady kindly gave us sheets despite returning home.
In short the only good thing is that the hotel is very close to Paris and there is a mall attached
Avoid as much as possible. Surprised to see that this establishment has not yet been renovated.
The staff are friendly.
Clean and modern value for money hotel. Although far from central Paris tour sites, has easy access with bus #24 linking with the metro and RER. Highly recommended
Great price but far from most points of interest of you're visiting. Seems more suited for business travelers. Walking anywhere other than immediate vicinity is almost impossible with the road/highway situation so plan on taking the bus.
When you ask for a refund or where there is someone on the complexion house there at ibis size or in Ibiza at the Wache in Paris as usual is too much not where is nothing at all where there's nobody my phone or you leave the orders and hours and months of years on the phone that answers do not do anything you do not have to advise me stooges me there's nobody of people so be careful above ground Aeneas yes and maybe send maybe contact other people over the internet or move you talk to see other people to a counselor by chance Thomas in front if are not really kind changed from such thank you see you soon
Hotel to avoid.
Poor condition of the rooms, very noisy because the windows are in very poor condition and the hotel is located on the edge of the ring road.
The reception staff are however very professional
I only stayed one night but I would not stay there again !!! there was a lot of hair and hair on the sheets, in a room next to certainly a room of p **** in view of the noises every hour and in the other room the bazaar all night, I went down to I was told that someone from the security would come but nobody !!!! the only good thing the staff who greeted us was friendly.
Nice hotel for short stay. Nice assistance of the receptionist
Good place
Reasonably priced
Not a luxury place by any means
Shabby, lousy room cleaning, without local knowledge not easy to drive. Good breakfast, hotel bar well run, but too short open (23:00 shut down, no mercy)
very friendly staff ...
Thanks to Amir for this impeccable service!
Very attentive service was fast we were placed with seen on the Seine, no order error and served at the same time we will come back thank you it's nice and more with the smile and good mood. If everyone was like that!
A clean and comfortable hotel, although galley with its system of cards.
We spend a pleasant stay there.
Definitely the worst hotel in Paris. We had reserved 5 rooms, we arrive at 12:30 am, our rooms have become 3 rooms ... but with single beds so it is possible to sleep 6! (incredible explanation from the receptionist!)
We therefore had to share 1 room between 2 collaborators, a last one having been found at the last minute. The separate beds were not really, of course, and from a non-smoking room, you end up in a smoking room!
For one of us, the assigned room was finally already occupied, a monumental fear for the occupant who was sleeping peacefully and who saw a person enter his room.
A customer at the reception at the same time complained of an incessant noise under her windows, response - "go back to bed, they will go to bed eventually .."
Another complained of redness all over his body - reassuring, are there bedbugs. etc etc ..... and it was 12:30 am!
In the end, out of our 5 rooms, finally 4 will be invoiced, obviously the 5th having been allocated to someone else (totally inadmissible overbooking), no commercial gesture, debit on the card used to reserve. A shame! The assistant manager and his manager find this situation completely normal, no listening and no effort.
A word of advice, if you are looking for a hotel, go your way, this place is not recommendable at all!
Ibis had accustomed us to a sense of Customer, on this hotel they are poles apart!
Best value, cleanliness, close to bus station, budget friendly
The staff tries to be as nice as possible, despite being french.
