Definitely the worst hotel in Paris. We had reserved 5 rooms, we arrive at 12:30 am, our rooms have become 3 rooms ... but with single beds so it is possible to sleep 6! (incredible explanation from the receptionist!)
We therefore had to share 1 room between 2 collaborators, a last one having been found at the last minute. The separate beds were not really, of course, and from a non-smoking room, you end up in a smoking room!
For one of us, the assigned room was finally already occupied, a monumental fear for the occupant who was sleeping peacefully and who saw a person enter his room.
A customer at the reception at the same time complained of an incessant noise under her windows, response - "go back to bed, they will go to bed eventually .."
Another complained of redness all over his body - reassuring, are there bedbugs. etc etc ..... and it was 12:30 am!
In the end, out of our 5 rooms, finally 4 will be invoiced, obviously the 5th having been allocated to someone else (totally inadmissible overbooking), no commercial gesture, debit on the card used to reserve. A shame! The assistant manager and his manager find this situation completely normal, no listening and no effort.
A word of advice, if you are looking for a hotel, go your way, this place is not recommendable at all!
Ibis had accustomed us to a sense of Customer, on this hotel they are poles apart!
