OK hotel.
Rooms and dining area a bit dated.
Good meeting spaces: Spacious and functional.
Lovely staff but do not be in a hurry at the bar at night!

Hotel in the low category of Ibis Budget that I could attend everywhere in France. The equipment is standard in all Ibis Budget, but this one needs a refresh of the rooms, at least the one that I occupied, in particular the painting in the bathroom, the floor of the room burned and damaged in several places.
In short, the staff is very helpful, but the infrastructure is less.

Cheap and great hotel. For a budget hotel it has a good bed with a reasonable bathroom. The room is a bit tight but that does not detract from the quality. It was also clean in that room.

Breakfast quality is fine. Nothing special but just fine. Is well in line with expectations when it comes to price / quality ratio.

Communication from the reception by this hotel, but certainly also from the lobby-sharing regular hotel, leaves much to be desired. Vague agreements, matters that have not been arranged at first and then anyway. The pinnacle was the loudly sighing employee who approached us about the collection of luggage items while she herself would not have the promised luggage space and later suddenly had it anyway. Rarely experienced such treatment. That was deeply sad.

Bad service, lack of facilities and very old facilities

You can't sleep there. Too much noise from the road even with windows closed. Ask for a different room, they're full.
Ask for extra pillow, not available also, poor service.

I stayed there and I was well received .. I recommend it.

Hotel very good for a visit to Paris, breakfast very rich (at will). On the other hand restaurant with very slow service and the evening step is not worth it if you are in a hurry.

The rooms are dirty, a stain on the double bed, the cot rock hard. The shower was also dirty, some of the windows could not be opened, and the air conditioning was not working in some rooms. The area is also very scary with junkies everywhere. Breakfast is tattered and looks inedible

Located in Porte de Becy, the hotel offers the convenience of dining with a restaurant that serves decent dishes.
The rooms are clean but the whole thing is really dormitory.

Affordable and I recommend for family. Only they allow smoking in the hotel so the smell is a putoff

The air conditioner is cool or the heat settings are all hot, very small, can't reccomend already.

Lovely hotel. Vincent on reception is v. nice. Lovely bathrooms. Ibis Budget & Ibis share the same building. If you can only see the Ibis entrance, go in & Ibis Budget reception is connected. V. good value. Breakfast room, bar and lockers onsite. #24 bus around the corner.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. It has nothing good. Badly located, dirty, old, difficult to access, poorly connected, very dry staff, they charge you up to leave your luggage there, zero intinimity, noisy ... Anyway, I could go on, but I think my opinion is clear.

I can only recommend Ibis Hotel. At the front desk, whether red or blue, nice staff, also spoke German. Breakfast on the first floor and pizzeria in the evening. No noise from the street because the top window. At the entrance on the right next door, very, very large department store. Bus stops at and departure from the house opposite (one minute)

Simple welcome, breakfast included. Clean room room service does its job well. In summary a real luxury hotel. I don't take advantage of it too much because I'm in a work meeting which takes a lot of time. I come home then I sleep ...

I had reserved a hotel room (2 nights) for my relatives, with a "market" breakfast (2 breakfasts for two people) when my relatives went to have their breakfast, a lady asked them to pay. , before having breakfast, they informed the person that they had arranged everything in advance and the latter did not let them enter the hotel restaurant. They immediately informed me of the situation, I went to the reception with the supporting documents for a refund, they told me that it was not possible that we had to go through customer service because the manager was not not here. In the end I was reimbursed a month later, in short an incompetent staff, they were in no way reactive, I wonder why a person as incompetent as this person could work. 0/20

The building includes two hotels, IBIS and IBIS Budget, with two separate reception desks at the reception. Levels 1 and 2 are reserved for budget rooms and 3 and 4 for IBIS rooms. For my part, I live in IBIS 3 *. New room and clean. There is no safe and the toilet is in the bathroom. Breakfast is simple. Its course is parasitized by tourist buses that are invasive. The restaurant is really average and to use only in troubleshooting. However, its formulas are economical even in the evening. The hotel is 5 minutes by bus (obligatory because crossing expressways) of bercy village and the metro st Emilion. The Bercy 2 shopping center is adjacent to the hotel.

not the best jotel, but for a short stay is fine, elevators never work, breakfast is poor, rooms are very small.

The young lady at the reception did not offer me breakfast and did not explain to me the operation of the elevator with the card to be able to go up while the person just before me did.

Stay from 6/11 to 7/11

Clean hotel and welcoming staff. However, not a coffee machine and very bruillant hotel. Room 243 was on holiday on January 25th. Young alcoholics see drug addicts. Very loud music and wailing and screaming until 5.30 am and no one said anything. Really not saying anything about the silence in this hotel. We tried to report this disorder to someone but no one was reachable. Too bad because the hotel is good .

Friendly reception staff! The bedroom is spacious, comfortable bed. Bathroom a bit old, but still quite clean.
2 caveats:
- access to the room via a corridor from the elevator where there is about 200m to walk (I love walking, but in these corridors, it's not the best place ..)
- ticket supposedly obligatory for breakfast in the morning, the host refused to let me pass without this ticket (it is however written nowhere).
So I had to go back to the 4th floor, do 200m in one direction, 200m in the other, and come back (waste of time). The person showed no sign of compassion and simply said "no ticket, no breakfast" .. (although I had my room number)
Be careful, take your little ticket or you will be asked to go for a tour of the stadium on your floor !! (whatever, it seemed to me to see other people in my case, who were able to pass anyway). In short, format to review.

Hotel to flee, noisy, dirty, incompetent staff, and icing on the cake, following an error on the bill impossible to do refund on the spot and the manager without fout. Unfortunately this is the problem of large groups like Accor.

Home deplorable. 3 nights and I'm still wondering apart pull the sheets and change the towels where the housekeeping. Frankly three stars you went to get them where. The only advice I can give, do not worry about it.

Dare to refuse an English client who pays a bill of 200 euros, a tea bag and a cup of hot water on the pretext that the bar is closed while behind his shoulder there is a private party, privatized restaurant etc. Quiet. Chic and sober. Fantastic breakfast.
Decoration is old wood style but very proper.
I trully recommand.

The hotel is not really well located for getting around by metro, the staff are not rude but we will have seen more smile, the room is clean, the cards to use the elevator are really not suitable, and must be constantly "remagnetized".
The breakfast buffet is ordinary but appreciable nonetheless.
Stay at its fair value which could be improved by little things.

Great breakfast with lots of variety including croissants and crepes, regular and soy milk, yogurts, baguettes. Comfortable bed and nice room, wc looked new. And it is next to a small shopping center.

LOCATION: Easily accessible by car via the A 4, parking spaces are available (12 E / 24h) ..... better reserve via ONEPARK in advance and cut almost 50%. The city center can be reached by bus 24 in about 25 minutes - the stop is almost directly in front of the door. There is a shopping center next to the hotel ...... a bit shabby and gloomy is a bit less fun to stroll there, but the large supermarket is ideal for self-catering.
HOTEL: Ibis, I wasn't expecting more. The building could use some renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
ROOM: Are small but for a short stay, in my opinion, sufficient. The room was in need of renovation and the cleanliness could be better in the corners, the new box spring bed was very comfortable, the highway next to the hotel is audible, but bearable. After all, I'm in Paris and not in the Bavarian Forest.
Meals: The breakfast is very good, as is the quality of the food. Really excellent considering the price. In the evening you can eat very well in the restaurant and at fair prices. Tasty and of good quality with very friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised.
CONCLUSION: Recommended for a short trip if you are willing to make compromises

Ibis hotel in the standards of this chain. Reception correct. Close to Paris. The breakfast room is a little canteen, to improve in my opinion

We were attended by several receptionists, on our arrival one very serious, but in particular highlighting the attention of a blond boy, and two girls who were very friendly and helped us with the information. The clean room smelled great and the bed very comfortable. The facilities are spacious, clean and well maintained.
Right next to a huge mall. It is far from the center but the metro and RER station 15 min walk or the bus was quite close at hand.

It's catastrophic ! This is the first time I've found a dirty hotel! the condition of the room was messy, dirty and smelled like smoke even in the sheets, furniture stoned! it was a totally unpleasant experience!

Ok no more, the bedding is recent that makes you forget the old is my opinion of the room ... a facelift is needed
