I booked 6 rooms by phone the reservation is validated but I am asked to send an email to confirm 2 days later I receive an answer to tell me that the hotel is full!
Not serious for a penny!

Noisy doors slamming corridor noise A4 motorway noise
DIRTY shower and sink clogged with a leak!
Rather central. Ask for room giving on place de l'Europe for more silence
A night in the IBIS part budget. Room very clean but bedding uncomfortable. Using the elevators a bit complicated ...
On arrival, the welcome is warm and modern.
But when the elevator door opens, it s the first cold shower: the hallways are dated and when I open the bedroom door ... it s shabby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Slamming doors all night long ...
Finally, I am well received on my arrival, the staff are pleasant and polite. Unfortunately the team the next morning is different.
A garden gnome calls me in a bad tone to indirectly ask me to hurry to leave. Basically, I paid, I spent the night, now I have to get out.
There are so many other ways of expressing yourself ...
In addition, I am a guest who often occupies rooms and I have had a room in a condition that does not make you want to.
A hotel that gives a pleasant atmosphere for the staff but not the customers ...
Turn your heels
Clean newly renovated we could store the bikes in the advisable room
clean room (housekeping) full breakfast nothing to complain
Hotel noisy, badly placed, incompetent reception staff. To flee
Well decorated, quiet rooms, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed
Excellent breakfast (especially madeleines and pancakes)
Nice view of the Seine from the bedroom and the dining room
Easy and quick to reach Paris by bus at the foot of the hotel
In summary, very nice stay at this hotel!
Nice rooms for the price. Location not the best but public transports near by
Ideal place for those who are passing through Paris conveniently located and indoor parking for us drivers Car on and regulars of this hotel since we tasted .. The whole team and really welcoming and friendly
The hotel left a lot to be desired. The rooms are very small and do not have furniture necessary for daily life (wardrobes, bidets, etc.) We were unable to leave the rooms due to some of the staff pressuring us not to do so. The walls were not soundproof and I could hear what was going on in continuous rooms.
The cleaning was the most disappointing since not only they did not make the upper bunk bed but the hygiene of these was very doubtful, we found remains such as pubic hair, snot and others, emphasizing that they most likely did not change the sheets of the previous ones customers. Not to mention the general dust and dirt that accumulates under the bed.
The buffet was poor and had no value for money.
Aside from the very nice reception guy, the rest of the unclean rooms screams and laughs all night from the adjoining rooms, barely clean bathrooms without soap and shampoo. For breakfast we went to the restaurant on the top floor, and paying 10 each we ate a lot.
If you want to stay in Paris for little money it is decent. Everything has been said with that. No subways in the area.
Hotel ok, but near the ring road, the shopping center is empty of shop. On the other hand, the restaurant is good as well the breakfast, and the staff is very helpful
Very cheap and good chambers, the breakfast was really delicious if you took the good food and not the bad food.
The room is clean but lacks space and storage and a mini fridge otherwise welcome and very good breakfast. Parking is very expensive especially when there is more than the disabled place!
This place and a shopping center in the place of Europe where I make all my purchases at the store.
Hotel not the height of IBIS quality. Ventilation did not work in the room. Washbasin almost clogged. The worst ibis I know.
If you can call it a hotel. I would rather say a poorly maintained and very dilapidated hen cage.
The rudimentary room and the shabby common areas.
Very poor breakfast and rude and incompetent front desk staff.
To get out of the hotel we had to go through the back stairs.
The staff are rude and don't care about any inconvenience. Very disappointed to avoid.
You are welcome if you are IBIS customers but not in "budget" mode
Basics of everything. Strategic location, next to a Carrefour and close to the Gare de Lyon train station. Reasonable service.
The standard of the room and bathroom leaves much to be desired
3 stars for the restaurant, affordable, top service and good. Otherwise hotel not great. The +, bed and pillows comfortable. The -, vulgar receptionists see violent with the guests, no outlet next to the bed, bathroom and outdated room, TV off.
Many rooms, but hotel really ok. The restaurant has improved a lot, the reception is nice. A good experience in the end despite the soulless neighborhood of this door Bercy.
We were greeted by Vincent a very nice very helpful Mr and listens to his customers
A flawless hotel, very clean, calm and welcoming, top-notch staff
Good location, friendly staff, slightly dated rooms
