Impeccable room accommodates very friendly and smiling thanks
Personal professional super kind and very kind good luck
Passage to Paris for a road, the 10km Paris Adidas.
Served by bus 24 to exit and enter Paris.
Very warm welcome and good dinner in the hotel. The perfect room which also overlooks the Place de l'Europe.
Nothing special.
Spacious room but like the rest of the hotel without particular charm and a little clinical.
Very comfortable anyway and we hear little outside noise above the air conditioning that rotates continuously.
No way to adjust the temperature of the latter.
The breakfast caught up with the rest even though it lacked fresh and regional produce.
It's still a good hotel quality / price for Paris.
Hotel falling apart, untrained employees and minimal preparation to serve the public.
Breakfast very weak.
The good of the hotel ??? There were no rats ...
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Paris, the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant! You have new spacious and practical rooms. The panoramic view from the room is absolutely amazing. The place is just amazing. I still can not believe it ! You can go there with your eyes closed! It is an extraordinary and unforgettable experience!
In room there wasn't enough space to keep clothes; I had to do the third bed by myself;no bidet in bathroom;bold girl at the reception not very kind.
Home not at all pleasant, 3 rooms booked by phone not possible to have a booking confirmation by mail after several calls and 2 different email addresses not possible to have an invoice on behalf of a company for one of 3 couples.
Fire alarm that rings in the night, no apology in the morning, no good road or good return just a little goodbye lip service.
When we organize a trip for several couples not nice the day after having remarks while the causes are due to others.
Hotel well placed at the Porte de Paris Porte de Bercy some rooms have been renovated not others you have to find the right for cons for the restaurant I prefer to go to dinner in front of the brasserie Le Petit Gourmet Bercy a very friendly welcome on staff is very nice and very good value
Ok hotel, but be careful parking issue ... Zero !! You have to fight for a place and book it (private parking and paying 14 euros per night) and outside the plum station and the kidnapping. The card system for the giant room has both light and light. Elevators ..... not terrible.
Economic, such as price considering Paris and treatment: convenient because near the center.
Would not recommend. Very worn, look lousy, staff very unfriendly. Bad service.
Obis porte de bercy, not Ibis bercy which is actually across the park and transportation stations. Great room, great staff, good food, above a small mall and carrefour (restricted to opening and closing hours and days), next to a cafe. The hotel is on the highway, which is crowded but you can't get transport easily to and from. Horrible location if you want to be in Paris centre, there is only one main bus to take you closer to the city's main points of interest or any shops, not easy to catch during bad weather or streets closures because the busses also get affected and we had to take uber or taxis back to the hotel, even the metro station is far,it was costly and a bit scary to be lost.
To absolutely review the evening team is really incompetent no experience poorly communicated with a regular client is really inadmissible on the part of the team and the leader of the team the director is absent.
I wait to see these explanations really dice woman of the incomprehensible welcome disappointed disappointed
Nice and nice hotel fine and very basic top location right next to a shopping mall
racist hotel staff, we had booked hotel in gaps for our trip thats why we requested them to keep our heavy luggage so many times, the white fat guy & girl were big time racist, said they dint have luggage policy, we had to spend 250 euro in taxi to put luggage at our friends place & gine through hell in that city. the african guy was very polite the last day & he kept our luggage for last trip, we were shocked when came to know that we purposely been harassed. will never go to any IBIS nor will recommend
Too much restrictions for everything...either it is drinking water or other services
Absolutely value for money. Besides the bus stop. Also adjoining is a supermarket.
Got a family room of 3,easy and early checkin at 11:00 am, which was incredible. Room was as per ibis standard, really cozy with a great view. Locks provided for bathroom and new towels everyday :)
Good reception, /! \ Restaurant closed for the evening because of the covid /! \ Room easy to find, for breakfast there is a very good choice of hotel for a few days.
Very clean. Satisfactory breakfast. Bad soundproofing from the hallway and smell of cigarettes !!!!!!
Excellent facilities. With a shopping center included. Not all staff attend as they should at the reception. I hope you can improve it.
For the price I paid I was expecting a better quality of the room. More 12 parking for one night is abused. Shocked of the price compared to the bad quality.
Simple but comfortable hotel, however a bit far from everything, no restaurant nearby except that of the hotel.
Telephone only needed for communication with reception
Very good hotel. A pleasure to go there to visit Paris for example
Check out a chain tourist hotel on the outskirts of Paris.
Somewhat shabby hotel. Very unwelcoming staff. False advertising on non-existent air conditioning with 35 degrees outside ... To be avoided in all honesty!
Very old, damaged, blocked sink, door panel repaired with a protruding screw.
Rather well maintained, polite staff. Apart from that, the hotel is an aging bunker deserving a serious facelift.
I had a stay there for only 1 night. Everything as per Ibis standards, clean rooms, amazing beds and pillows. The only negative issue was staff which treated me inadequately and with a rude "flavor". Took me 50 mins to get the room prepared. Even though I arrived after 4 pm. But it's ok, for an overnight stay. Train station is like 25 mins to walk.
I give a 10 to the hotel everything we loved we were afraid because the other comments were bad but going we got a surprise all wonderful from the reception wing clean the housekeeping was done every day and we left the room as the first day of arrival change of towels every day the transport says the subway is 15 minutes but it is not like that in 7 minutes you get to the subway, but outside the hotel you have a bus so to move this perfect I recommend it we stayed 2 weeks ago same we also finished to be in the ibis of Madrid and like everything perfect I do not know to repent.
Comfortable bed. Cleanliness very correct. But a Vmc much too powerful, so noisy.
Nice hotel .. only a bedside table or bedside board would be welcome .. and a few extra pillows!
Comfortable ubd clean but about far from the center
Good attention, with a bus stop and a shopping center nearby.
Very warm welcome, small but clean and pleasant rooms, very good catering, an exceptionally professional smiling waitress Karima ...
Very good stay.
For the shabby Shabbat avoided. Not practical. The 4th floor is equivalent to a 7th floor because there are the floors of the intersection, then when you get there finally the doors of the stairs are locked. Clean. Free WIFI. By cons I asked to be woken at 9 am and it was not done.
I'm staying in this hotel now and it's not warm. Last night, too, I froze cold.
The reception foul !!
Poorly educated staff!
Moldy room !!!
62 for a room with crumpled tablecloths and dirty duvets.
I can be sure that this room is not clean before
my arrival oath the previous customer to leave they have not redone the room,
Mr. establishment manager be honest with what they point out and do your job for your remuneration !!!!
If you want to dive back into the magical, vintage years of the post-war USSR, this is the place to stay
The worst Ibis I've ever stayed at. It took me from 11 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon to get me an extra pillow. The elevator is delayed, and there is one that does not go where I want, forcing a bucket. Housekeepers shout at each other through the corridors while they clean up different rooms and collect personal affairs. No respect to the guest who needs to rest after 14 hours of travel. I hope I never come back.
This place is disgusting, the staff very unprofessional, caught in the act of disrespecting customers, and in addition lie a lot.
To flee, literally.
Hotel located in a quiet residential area and a large shopping center. Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Very welcome staff. The restaurant is ok but nothing more. Difficult access by public transport. Only a bus line serves the hotel. Metro stations are far away. The restaurants of the adjoining shopping center close at 8:30 pm. Tail to the elevators after after an event to accorarena. On Sunday, the neighborhood is empty.
Decent hotel needs to be done again by bedding very good clean room and hearty breakfast
Horrible restaurant !!! Both at the level of food (which is infamous), as staff who is absolutely not welcoming or professional! ...
Stayed 1 night. Room with air conditioning. Clean. Relatively cheap. Good breakfast. But not particularly centrally located. Bus stop nearby, but if you want to take the metro you have to walk a good 1km. And since the metro station was also closed during our stay, we had to walk about 800m. Would stay there again. Bit worse than other Ibis, but price / performance ratio is right.
Very tired and run down needs a freshen up and a paint
If we forget the ants that wander around the rooms, it's okay
Badly located, everything around closed very early, including the mall stores. At 20:30 they don't serve you at the restaurant. Lousy room without details and small for three, about 1 at night, much fuss about the halls of people playing who woke us up and since there is no one at reception, you have to endure. Total, nothing good and not recommended
Terrible service. Extremely small room, despotic staff, nothing interesting nearby.
Car and little cozy, grafitera decoration, it seems a BnB, worse than any Ibis Budget
The staff is nice, a staff speaks perfect German and was very helpful. Unfortunately, our room was a bit older and the walls very dirty. For a short stay it is sufficient, but I do not quite know why I booked the red and not the budget, because I could not tell a difference.
Corresponds to the standard of the mark. Nice restaurant overlooking the Seine ...
Clean hotel, basic welcome, little noisy despite the proximity of periph, near Bercy appreciable 20 min walk + a metro station.
I was quickly looking for a good place to stay the night in Paris and once again Ibis has proved to be a good place to have this stay. Very polite personnel, very helpful, could park my car in this very good parking and have an excellent sleep in good beds. So hope for a quick return to Ibis Bercy. No complaints about the room which was the to the expected standard.
Ok if you just want a room and a bed. The windows have to be insulated, but the room was very clean.
So well just in step.
If you do not fear the hordes of Japanese breakfast, the proximity of the highway .... For the rest, I stay regularly in the red ibis only for the convenience to go to work.
Bercy 2 closes at 20h. I dine in the small brewery opposite the hotel: homemade products, very friendly boss, and reasonable price.
I still wonder how the hotel can have 3 stars?
In 1 week, I had: power cut in the morning in the breakfast room, fire alarm at 7am (it was a bug) and more pastries on arrival (the staff was responsive on this point)
No arrangement when accompaniment is no longer available, for cons supplements paid, it lacks imagination to find
no room made very old hotel no information received and no hot water in the morning breakfast tray stays in room what it is wrong to sleep in homeless
Last day arrived 10 mins before breakfast closing time a white guy with glasses at the restaurant desk refused me to take one yogurt out, after trying to get his name he said he was the property manager. What upsets me the most is not so that I payed for a breakfast that was not given to me but the rude way he treated me from the begining
Very far from the center of Paris but with bus 24 at the door you get to many places of interest or to the subway. Good quality / price ratio because it is very cheap.
