My hotel would be canceled can not say a bad thing a very cramped pool on top of the roof a pool but in the select 6 and 7 floor book costs 1000 euros more would not book again

I have been in this fantastic hotel for about a month. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, about ten kilometers from the city center. There is a sea front, a long beach and a walking area. The staff of the hotel are smiling and sincere. Their food is delicious, varied and does not repeat itself. Pool and spa available. Hotel is active in all seasons in summer and winter.

Loved the location of the hotel and access via public travel. The check in was delayed which was compensated with upgrade to privilege level. Rooms were spacious well laid out.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was great and diverse. Rooms were very clean and spacious. One thing to note if you are travelling out of season is that the champagne bar and pool bar were closed. However, staff were happy to help and offered to bring drink to the poolside. Overall this hotel offers a great experience

Although I was here for just one night, this is not just a hotel, but really an experience. Will definitely come back. The rooms are overpriced, but the restaurants and other services have very reasonable prices.

It leaves a lot to be desired as a 5-star hotel, we have been in much lesser-star hotels, the spa leaves a lot to be desired, in the case that it is working, since when we went the jacuzzi was cold and the steam bath off, we they differed that the maintenance would come and in 15 minutes it did not pass. We decided to leave and when we told the reception the answer that we could not enjoy the spa told us that it tasted bad. The food is not worthy of a 5 star hotel. I don't know if it is this hotel or does the entire Iberostar chain work like this.

I have just spent 7 days at this hotel for the second year in a row and was very disappointed I will not be returning. The staff are very unfriendly at the reception and in the evening. It shows they are not happy to see tourists with COVID. The meal is anything but good because you find the same dishes 3 days later and it is only German food. No way to have a real paella or seafood. Avoid the all in inclusive which offers unlimited drinks. False only 3 per service and the planned snacks are non-existent. Be careful if you are young (20-25), we won't pay attention to you and your cocktails will turn into simple fruit juice or syrup. Be careful during the meal to never leave your table without someone because it is cleared for you barely 10 minutes after your arrival and then you are criticized in front of everyone. Lack of deckchairs at the pool unless you are German then you have the right to everything. Unfortunately we were Swiss .. at lunch if you ask for 3 croissants you are only given one or two at most and don't be surprised to find yourself assigned a Le Matin schedule. We were supposed to be at lunch at 7:30 am: nice holidays. Otherwise the hotel is always very clean, the surroundings beautiful and I thank Stefan and Laura as the waiter who were just wonderful. Hotel to avoid unless you are German then we will do everything for you. Thank you also to the head of the hotel who was able to find my blanket (3 days later) was mistakenly stolen by the cleaning lady because no one at the reception wanted to do what was necessary to find it.

Beautiful location, elegant and well equipped, swimming pool and solarium tempt you irresistibly despite the beautiful beaches of the island. The 'spa area is very intimate and enjoyable. Beautiful and spacious rooms, with a small terrace overlooking the sea (beautiful sea view). Super buffet at breakfast there is really everything!

Clean great hotel, large selection at breakfast, helpful and always friendly and funny staff, right on the playa, nice pool, on the roof the pool is small but adequate, the view is fantastic. In the evening always with entertainment
Music or show. Good guests, no assis or Ballermann people. You will find peace and relaxation here. Next time we will book all inclusive. There is a star deduction for the bad Wi-Fi that has been offered as a premium.

The hotel service and eveything else is great. Having no coffee or tea in the room is the only problem. It comes with a charge.

The hotel is amazing, very nice and the attention is 10. We have to thank xose, vicky, natalia ... and the rest of the staff who made our short stay enjoyable. To put a downside we would put the new regulations that the hotels in the area have that do not allow you to consume alcoholic beverages during the day, only 3 drinks in the comdias. We were going to disconnect from the world and relax, without knowing the 2 months of confinement that would come. the truth is that when we entered the hotel we felt like another world because everything was calm and beautiful. We will surely repeat and stay longer to enjoy.

It is very quiet for the older people, the breakfast is very good and the staff is excellent.

We were now for the second time in the Iberostar Playa de Palma and were on the whole content. Our room was very nice, the view and location TOP, the cleaning of the room perfect (thanks again to Cristina and all the other ladies) and the food (actually) very delicious. I pull off a star, because the food was not very hot (unless you have freshly prepared it) and there is still a total of air up for the service. Especially at breakfast the service is not optimal and also not always friendly. Whether we go back again I do not know, because this time the guest structure was partly very hard to get used to. Since this was also and above all other nations, I would not go into it. Only so much ... This did not correspond to a 5 star hotel. The hotel management is anxious to keep the level high and works accordingly.

We were the first time in the Iberostar Playa de Palma and were very satisfied !! Breakfast in buffet form everything available! Dinner also very good! Spacious modern double room with partial sea view, clean and quiet !! Staff all very accommodating and nice !! At the pool the drinks are served to the sandy beach you have to cross only the beach promenade !! Bus stop directly in front of the hotel if you want eg. In the capital Palma, (1.50 per person) We can only recommend the Iberostar Playa de Palma and will definitely be back!

If there is a hotel where I will return yes or yes, without any doubt it is this ... but it will be where they are ... (now I explain it in detail) but I want it to be clear !! I will not return for its wonderful infinity pool on the upper floor, nor for its incredible rooms , much less for its majestic Jacuzzi on the lower floor , nor will I surely return for its perfect location on the edge of a beach in dreamy , it won't be because of the quality and variety of their meals . But I will return and I sincerely recommend you meet their staff because the mixture of the two cannot be described in words. I am dedicated to service and I know what I am talking about !!! Thanks to Seven, Antonio, Laura, Jackson, Sole, to the person who leaves the room impeccable every morning and to all the staff at this hotel. I have felt at home and all thanks to the incredible staff they have: Seven fights for everything to be perfect. Antonio and Laura because you do not lack anything. With Jackson you will never miss a drink in the pool on the deck and always with a smile (I can assure you that it went up a thousand times). And Sole because the kitchen she designs is incredible and unbeatable. I came for my honeymoon and I want to thank all the staff for how well we have been by your side.
