I have just spent 7 days at this hotel for the second year in a row and was very disappointed I will not be returning. The staff are very unfriendly at the reception and in the evening. It shows they are not happy to see tourists with COVID. The meal is anything but good because you find the same dishes 3 days later and it is only German food. No way to have a real paella or seafood. Avoid the all in inclusive which offers unlimited drinks. False only 3 per service and the planned snacks are non-existent. Be careful if you are young (20-25), we won't pay attention to you and your cocktails will turn into simple fruit juice or syrup. Be careful during the meal to never leave your table without someone because it is cleared for you barely 10 minutes after your arrival and then you are criticized in front of everyone. Lack of deckchairs at the pool unless you are German then you have the right to everything. Unfortunately we were Swiss .. at lunch if you ask for 3 croissants you are only given one or two at most and don't be surprised to find yourself assigned a Le Matin schedule. We were supposed to be at lunch at 7:30 am: nice holidays. Otherwise the hotel is always very clean, the surroundings beautiful and I thank Stefan and Laura as the waiter who were just wonderful. Hotel to avoid unless you are German then we will do everything for you. Thank you also to the head of the hotel who was able to find my blanket (3 days later) was mistakenly stolen by the cleaning lady because no one at the reception wanted to do what was necessary to find it.
