The treatment by the very correct employees, especially the waitress named Antonia, has made me feel at home.
None amenities, you have to bring a toothbrush, combs etc ... because in the room there is nothing but soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Good food especially breakfast
The tasting menu of the Marea restaurant is correct but unpretentious. The Catalan cream is very good, the regulin meat, but the invitation is a nice touch from the hotel.

The concept of prestige class is for me a discrimination. We were guests who didn t book that prestige upgrade and were not allowed to enter in the rooftop bar which includes the swimming pool. There is a division between two classes. Also in these dining room you can find close area which is also just available for prestige guests. I went to many different countries and stayed in 5 stars hotels and I have never seen something like this. On the other hand the room was clean, the spa great and the gym 24 hours.

Very poor customer service. So disappointed from the Hotel management. We couldn't stay in the hotel to the coronavirus and they didn't answer any of my at least 20 emails and probably 20 calls. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Have been to many hotels around the world but this service is more than ridiculous!!

Friendly staff. Large and clean rooms. The view is breathtaking. Room has speakers with Bluetooth, so you can connect your mobile, great sound. The food is amazing. The pool is awesome, very clean. Only trouble is guests saving chairs by the pool and going to the beach. They could also have a beach service, since it is in front. We bought a sunshade and used the hotel towels.
They have a show every night from 21 to 22, kinda cool. Many shops and restaurants around.

At first we were skeptical, because we were transferred to this hotel due to the COVID-19 location & and the location directly on Playa de Palma was not really suitable.
Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised and had a great time in Mallorca, the staff has been friendly throughout, and the food there is really unbeatable.
Every evening there is fresh food with a varied selection. Everyone will find something there.
The rooms were kept very clean every day and the area made a very well-kept impression. I would visit the hotel again at any time if it were in a different location.
So for those who are looking for a great hotel on the Playa probably worth 5 STARS!

Perfect location and great rooms. Loads of space. Nice buffet and pools. Only downside was only floors 7/8 can use the rooftop pool.

Super staff, they offer delicacies that will delight the palate of all those passers-by who decide to rest their legs and the soul of a beach day.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We loved everything & ever moment we were there. Incredible breakfast, service, rooms & poolside drinks. Fantastic value for money in this high quality resort. As nice as the hotel and the rooms are also so bad is unfortunately the service in the restaurant. The waiters are either completely overloaded or take a break.

For supper was later at 20:15 clock almost no table available because on each table dishes of the previous guests was.

Although the food tastes reasonably good, here are between the food at the Riu hotels, the Hipotels or the Llaut Palace worlds. That should not be so because this is the most expensive hotel on the Playa and the hotel actually carries 5 stars

Unfortunately you can completely forget about the wellness area.

I celebrated my birthday at the Iberostar from January 14-18, 2019, a beautiful hotel with a few prints.
First of all: very friendly reception with cava for check-in. Underground parking is chargeable, but you can also stop in front of the hotel and hand in the key at reception, they will then park the car free of charge in the side streets.
The rooms are very bright with white and mint tones, beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a free bottle of water in the room per day.
The breakfast buffet is large, all drinks (including latte macchiato & Co) are included in the price. You will definitely get full in the house, but we missed fruit salad and salmon on the buffet. Instead there are many fruit baskets with whole fruits that you should have cut yourself at the table and instead of quark there was a selection of Danone yoghurt cups. On the whole, however, a good breakfast buffet, if not perfect. Again: the cava is available for self-service.
In the evening a big buffet, which we didn't try. At the entrance to the restaurant there was cava for everyone again. So nobody goes home hungry or thirsty.
For my birthday my companion organized a "birthday table" for breakfast with the restaurant manager. The table was not decorated by the hotel, only the champagne was served. You could have made more effort (candles or flowers, for example).
As a birthday present from the hotel, there was a cocktail in the bar.
Very negative: we had rooms 201 and 202, which were beautiful, but unfortunately smelled of drains and cat urine from the first day. The hotel cannot do anything for the cats that pee on the street, but we informed both the reception and housekeeping 2-3 times a day that the rooms smelled so bad from the drain that you couldn't stay in them can. Unfortunately nothing happened. The maid explained to us that she had already poured something into the closure and also showed us the large bottle, but unfortunately occasional dumping into the drain did not help.
On the penultimate day, the entire hall smelled of drain, so that over 10 rooms would have to be affected.
It's a shame, because in the evenings you fell asleep badly with smells and woke up again from 6 a.m. when you smelled. The smells came in bursts, but strong.
It's a shame that the hotel couldn't do anything about it.
We asked twice for a house technician to look at the whole thing. Unfortunately, he didn't come. We bought a room spray ourselves in the supermarket to make it more bearable.
Still sad, because returning to a smelly room every evening can also ruin your vacation.
Actually a very nice hotel, but due to the disgusting smell we won't be back.

Completely exaggerated rules about corona. Disinfect your hands every 3 meters while eating, even if you weren't even allowed to touch the food .... No recommendation

I don't understand all the good reviews at all.
The only nice gentleman who works there is the one who took our suitcases. The room is nice, clean and the view is great too, however
you are not allowed to go to a restaurant if you are not wearing long trousers and you are simply asked to go out.
Just because you haven't booked first-class you can really feel it.
The pool is also much too small in relation to the hotel.
Very disappointing for a five star hotel.

The staff are wonderful and the most helpful of any hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are very clean and very large, with a full size bathtub and a separate shower. The buffet selection often leaves a bit to be desired, but the food that is provided is very well prepared. The hotel is right on the beach and the surrounding area is full of bars, restaurants, and shops of all kinds. This hotel is a wonderful place to spend a holiday and I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was terrific from A to Z. Above all, the service and the precaution of the lady (Cristina) standing next to the front desk, was outstanding, if every employee was so attentive to his customers, there would be no bad hotels more. Thank you and see you next year!

1. While eating, at least two people (staff) watch you very closely and closely, we felt harassed, very ugly. You should be able to chew in peace.

How were 5 days at the Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma and it was perfect. A great hotel from A to Z. Starting with the staff (all friendly and courteous, a special compliment to Georgina) to our room. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. We will be happy to come back.

Your light your style your cleaning your restaurants

Not worth the 5 * neither at the level of the services nor at the level of the reception of the customer! Housewives who just change towels in the room never seen when you spend your day at the beach and you come back full of sand. And to top it off you get out of the room with two children 3 years and 1 year early in the morning while your flight is at night without you offer a solution for their comfort ...

Mega hotel, very nice staff, here you feel more than at home.

Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Lovely large swimming pool. Only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning. The buffet dinner was exceptional.

Everything would be fine if it were not for the frosted doors to the toilet and bathroom, somehow not comfortable

I went to see the Rapport Show, it was amazing. They are incredible singers and it won't be the last time I go there to hear them. Drinks, bar and waiters were awesome. Very nice attendance.

Goods for coffee drinking there. The cakes and pies looked very delicious. Location of the terrace right on the boulevard overlooking the sea class. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly.

Very good location. Excellent staff. But all inclusive is too complex to administer. If you want all inclusive so you relax 100%, this isn't the best option.
