Beautiful place right opposite the beach and some nice restaurants along the beach also. Would definitely go back. Stayed in the star prestige rooms which gives access to the roof terrace with private pool, sunbeds free drinks and snacks.

Everything was great. We were angry at the very expensive price the collection of high tourist tax. One would have to be made aware of the travel agency.

I recommend with closed eyes, great service, room, smiling and helpful staff, the buffet is just superb. Lack of activities in the evening and bar that closes too early (sunset champagne bar)

An incredible stay, a hotel with a Mediterranean charm and with very attentive staff that takes care of everything to the last detail, have treated us in an excellent way. Rooms with sea views, very comfortable. The incredible food, both at the Marea Restaurant and at the buffet that is also very fulfilled.

Newly renovated, on the beach (Balnearo 9), bus in front of the hotel (15 min. To the cathedral, 1.50 p.P.). Nice service, but a bit inflexible. Wanted Gambas al ajillo in the restaurant with 24 hour notice; was not possible (without justification)

we were on the bridge of the pillar, very very good, very correct and clean facilities. Breakfast has everything, very very rich, my daughter was treated like a queen. Many thanks especially to the staff, who make the stay even better.
The beach in front of the hotel is not bad, but in Majorca it has much better coves and beaches. we will be back. thanks

A great hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell a pleasant smelling scent. At the reception you will be welcomed with sparkling wine and fruits. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean! The buffet in the morning and in the evening are great! The selection of local and international dishes is absolutely great. If you come early with meals, they taste fresh and like the restaurant!
The restaurant is stylish and the staff always friendly. The chill out area is super enjoyable. The sports facilities given by gym. About the spa offer, I can not comment! The hotel pictures are absolutely true!
Especially suitable for couples and in winter an absolute top hotel!

Hotel: very nice, newly renovated hotel, except for the carpet in the corridors (between the rooms) it was very nice.

Room: very great! Beautiful, clean rooms, modern flatscreens (USB stick with series was no problem), and a Bluetooth system (eg smartphone pair and play music). The bathing area is very modern (great rain shower), but also quite "open", which means that the privacy is a bit limited (concerns freshly in love couples), personally I liked it very much.

Food / Drink: nothing to criticize; varied, delicious on individual requests (one of the best "Manhattan" I ever had, great bartender)

Service: courteous, polite almost completely satisfied, only point of criticism: although the cellars run whom day, you wait at the pool bar partly a bit longer, here could the hotel to staff increase, because the staff can not be reproached

Our visit to the Iberostar Playa de Palma was in November within an almost abandoned beachsite of Playa de Palma. However we enjoyed some wonderful days in this friendly and welcoming hotel. The rooms were awesome and so were all the staff people who took care of us.
I want to emphasize the friendly receptionists, the superb restaurant - Thanks alot to our "very own" waitress Kinga :-) - and the nice team at the bar.
We certainly are going to come again this year, and hope to see all the friendly people of the Iberostar again. Take care!

Have spent a nice holiday in the Iberostar Selection Playa Palma. Very positive was the concierge Nick by very extremely pleasant care noticed. Likewise we would like to thank the "Doorman for his friendly always good mood.

Ideal for families and opposite the beach, each pallet or palapa is worth 6 Euros but this is not owned by the hotel but the government. The morning and evening buffet seems to close a little early at 1030 and 2130 respectively. All the rooms have an ocean view, hence their exclusivity. The pool or pool has lifeguards until 6 o'clock in the afternoon from that time for some reason that I do not understand why they block the entrances to the pool but they tell me that it is open and that it is a criterion to go swimming, maybe it is for that children do not get in after 18 hrs. Several restaurants can be found in the surroundings so the half board or only the included breakfast is ideal. It should be noted that everything the hotel produces is for the benefit of the environment, everything is made of recyclable materials such as feathers and they do not give out straw, which I think is magnificent. The food service is first class and the chefs and general manager are constantly present to constantly check that everything is going well. The staff is charming and very friendly in general, from the ladies who do us the favor of doing the room up to the highest controls, always with a smile and to order. 100% recommended, your investment is safe.

This is our second visit to this hotel and it wasn t as good as the previous year the quality and management have plummeted significantly the buffet is tasteless and cold and not cooked according to a 5 star qualification and to mention the poorly labeled food and cross contamination of pork and other proteins they use the same spatula and grill top for everything which isn t exactly halal friendly plus any 5 star hotel I ve even went to has a coffee machine of some sort this hotel doesn t even have complementary instant coffee last years visit they had a coffee machine and complementary coffee capsules this year coffee capsules are extra so you have to pay about 5 euro for 4 capsules... they claim to be environmentally friendly but in reality they are just cheapskates

The huge selection of food at the buffet is gigantic.
The staff is very friendly and attentive! Barleiter Seven has always made us very tasty drinks. :-) We appreciated his open and kind nature. Great people here really.

Perfect honeymoon destination. Ten minutes from the airport and sits along one of the best beaches in Mallorca. My wife and I loved it and can't wait to go back. The amenities, the super friendly staff, and the rooms are all top notch. As an American, it is difficult to find hotels with everything you're used to back home, but this checks all the boxes and then some. I would also recommend upgrading to a Star Prestige room which gives you access to the rooftop infinity pool with open bar.

Very courteous staff, very well-kept house, breakfast excellent, great location. Room very modern. Fitness room small but well equipped, sunset bar very pleasant. Only the windowless conference room was a bit drab.

My daughter and I stayed here in January 2015, and shared the hotel with the British olympic cycling team who were here to train in the 'off'season'. The hotel is very popular with Germans which meeans that the levels of service and customer satisfaction is very high. A great hotel, with good food and an alarming array to choose from! Internet was a little expensive we thought, but the lobby had a free service so we had nothing to complain about! We would go back there anytime...

Like all Iberostar hotels on the island again disappointed here you just go to the mass

We had been in the hotel a few years ago. The upgrade to 5 stars are justified after the renovation. Breakfast and dinner absolutely rich in the selection and very good quality. Room clean and big. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Great Neckermann the hotel still in the program and we have discovered it again (the name has changed, Iberostar Playa Royal).

A beautiful rooftop swimming pool with a view of the sea. Various afternoon activities. Full professionalism in customer service. I honestly recommend.

It was a very satisfying stay. Very attentive and friendly staff. Perfect cleaning It would improve the issue of ecology and energy and water savings: such as hot water pools in outdoor spaces, disposable towels ...

Very nice hotel, perfect staff, magnificent prestige suite, splendid rooftop pool, magnificent view. Perfect stay.

Pool view I stayed on the 1st floor for 5 nights, but it's really good. The private sunbed is available only here, and the terrace is spacious.
And the service is really great. We booked with a half board, but the first day, due to the delay of flight departure, we arrived after 9 o'clock. Dinner was until 10 o'clock, so we couldn't use the buffet properly.
I used a rental car, but the valet service is really the best. I don't need to use a parking lot. I park myself nearby and prepare a car right in front of the hotel when I need it.
We used the hotel buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but there weren't many varieties, but it was okay.
I couldn't feel the noise at all, maybe because the people in the room next door were quiet.
It's a bit expensive here, so the age of guests is high
If you are a family traveler, I really recommend this hotel!!!

Negative: Apparently the hotel is gladly booked for seminars with large groups.

The Hotel Iberostar is a new converted hotel on the Playa Palma. Already in the hall it looks exclusive. The view into the dining room was also very well maintained and generous from the device-looking. It was very inviting at first sight. Unfortunately, we only looked at everything and did not make any holiday after the conversion there.

The best hotel I've been to, the workers all a 10 especially one, Nick, helped us a lot and super friendly. Not to mention the room, a 10 for everything.

Very romantic place. Good for a weekend getaway. Wasn't able to enjoy the amenities since we were climbing. Nonetheless the place was superb.

Unfortunately not worth 5 stars. The breakfast for the category also very sad. No salmon for breakfast. In the evening not so much choice. The high price is by no means justified. In the old days this house was so bad that we did not like it anymore. Not suitable for families

Great establishment. Very friendly welcome. Nice staff, clean premises. We stayed half board buffets are varied and good, shame that the drinks at dinner are not included. The only disappointment of our visit was the fact of not being able to swim pools and jacuzzi very very cold.
