We were now for the second time in the Iberostar Playa de Palma and were on the whole content. Our room was very nice, the view and location TOP, the cleaning of the room perfect (thanks again to Cristina and all the other ladies) and the food (actually) very delicious. I pull off a star, because the food was not very hot (unless you have freshly prepared it) and there is still a total of air up for the service. Especially at breakfast the service is not optimal and also not always friendly. Whether we go back again I do not know, because this time the guest structure was partly very hard to get used to. Since this was also and above all other nations, I would not go into it. Only so much ... This did not correspond to a 5 star hotel. The hotel management is anxious to keep the level high and works accordingly.
