It was very friendly and comfortable. I enjoyed it very well. I enjoyed breakfast and the room service, but there were lots of restaurants around. If you walk for a while, you can also go there for a big shopping mall. If you go on a bus for 30 minutes, you have to get a lot of people to get on it. If you have a lot of baggage when you go shopping, it is easy to take a taxi when you come back.

Very clean and modern. Room very large with bath tub and shower cabin. Great service e.g. valet parking service for rental cars. When checking in, rooms subject to a surcharge were offered directly. Bar should offer better cocktails. You feel safe in the hotel. Gladly again. Unfortunately, the Champagne Bar was not yet open. Huge breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Gluten-free dishes abound. The evening buffet was varied and extremely large. In the event of gluten intolerance, the buffet will be explained personally.

Good service, comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere, plans for the nights, varied and abundant breakfast. It would extend the hours of the pool and drinks in that area

Only a couple of nights in so not fair to down star.. but really just wanted to warn people about the All
inclusive option.. we took this option and hadn t budgeted to pay extra. All Inclusive here means; you are allocated 3 drinks at lunch in the restaurant with your meal and again at dinner within the restaurant.. and this is only beer and wine. All other alcoholics drinks at bars and any other time of day are payable.. apparently this new legislation came in in January. Gutted as we were looking forward to relaxing during the day with a few cocktails .. hotel is beautiful.

Excellent attention We were attended by many of its employees but above all I remember names like Manuel, Jackson, Evelyn, Jenny, Anyani and Seven. Very polite and attentive people. I would repeat without a doubt !!

Super nice hotel. The roof terrace is just a dream. Here you really know what you get for your money! The staff is super attentive the food is delicious and the rooms just lovely. With a good conscience I can recommend this hotel!

A beautiful and well-kept hotel. Large and comfortable rooms. The sound of the sea is heard from behind the window. Delicious and varied breakfast. Polite and smiling service.

Relaxing hotel to stay. Great service, really enjoyed staying here. The best part of the hotel is the location which is close to the beach and airport, and the rooms were spacious, had everything including mini bar, bathtub and a balcony with nice view.
There are 2 restaurants and outdoor swimming pool and bar.
Unfortunately the spa area is a bit small and the maintenance is not so well, some facilities were broken and the water of spa was a bit cold during winter. There were not too many options for the breakfast and dinner, but the food was nice. Overall it was still great :)

The staff was very friendly, our room was awesome and with a nice view. We only stayed for a weekend, wish we could have stayed a bit longer :) Definitely coming back!

Formula all in expensive but excellent ...

All in all, this is a very solid and nice hotel. I really liked the fact that environmental protection is respected here (eg paper instead of plastic straws).
It was rather the little things (and a few more substantial things), which is why I would declare this hotel more as a 4-star hotel. Our room was on the first floor at the very end of the hallway, which I think is good, because then not everyone on the floor over the room. The room was clean and nice, with sea view's on the 1st floor but nothing.
Extremely disturbing about this room was that on our balcony the loudspeaker for the lounge music, which underlined the pool area, was. First, it was just too loud and second, it ran from 7:00 in the morning to 0:00, so in our room we actually had 14 hours of background music a day. Of course, as soon as we opened the balcony door, it was intensified. When we asked the front desk, if that would not be different, you were at first not sure which speaker we talked about.
But the absolute killer was the fact that from 5:00 am to midnight we heard relatively loud noises that sounded like a permanent dislocation of the furniture in the floor above or below us. Either we had extremely furniture-crazy-happy neighbors, or, after our room was directly above the kitchen and the dining room, I would assume that we have heard the noise of the kitchen work.
We solved these problems with a room upgrade (4th floor, away from the kitchen and speakers), which of course tasted accordingly. However, I think that a 5-star hotel at least 7 to 8 hours should ensure reasonably undisturbed sleep without extra charge.
The food was good, nothing special, sometimes cold. When the tables were uncovered, one or the other forgot. I did not have cutlery, sometimes no salt / pepper. There was also no cutlery to catch up, which one would have needed, as soon as it was with the table was dirty and was cleared.
The staff both in the bar and in the restaurant seemed to be understaffed, which would also explain the above points regarding table laid. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the premises was fine, but I think, there is still room for improvement.

A lot of tourist singing and making noise. The personal of the hotel was ok. If you go yo enjoy, no problem, if you go to work it's not your place

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, staff very courteous, we will definitely be back.

Amazing experience with the freedom to do what you want when you want. The breakfast, lunch and dinner style buffets we fabulous. The staff were very helpful and polite the whole time and if you needed help they were always there.

A great hotel with great facilities, more than friendly staff (special thanks to Nick :)) and fantastic breakfast. A star deduction is unfortunately due to the saggy, squeaky bed in room 604, which a hotel of this class does not seem worthy. Otherwise, clearly 5 stars!

We were at the hotel in August and it was spectacular. We had reserved a room at the Iberostar Cristina hotel, but they wrote to us from the hotel explaining that they were closing and that if we accepted the same contracted conditions but in this hotel.
The attention was absolutely exquisite and cared for by the staff. The best of the stay.
Variety in the buffet and very good food.
The rooms were beautiful, design and decoration of ten, absolute cleanliness.
With the COVID-19 issue I felt very safe because there are dispensers everywhere and the safety regulations were respected.
It is a deserving five star hotel.

At the food it lacks a few things!

That may be 5 star in summer, unfortunately not in winter. The area is not well maintained, the buffet is plentiful, but a little confusing. The staff is good and friendly, but not above average attentive, rather tried to meet certain requirements.
We took a break over the weekend and that's okay!

Great hotel, lovely service. Valet. Breakfast. Upgraded to honeymoon package. Room view was stunning. 8th floor Infiniti pool and tapas. All great!

The Iberostar Selection Playa D Palma deserves the five stars in any case, the service is excellent, especially the waiters read your wishes from your eyes, the roof pool is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are excellently equipped and it is also the request of read from the eyes whether it is a new towel, a bottle of water or something else.
I can easily recommend the Iberostar to others!

A wide selection of excellent food, all clearly labelled. The hotel is easy to find and access stepping straight off the beach. The steak, ribs, fruit was beautiful prepared and fresh.

A real disaster! To have access to the rooftop pool you have to pay an additional 90 per night and I am not even talking about the "dress code" imposed for men, pants required for going to dinner, we were refused because we were in shorts! And so we were forced to wear pants, not having them we were entitled to nice waiters pants! Also some of the staff are extremely rude and do nothing to fix the problems!

Very good hotel with direct beach location.
The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The service is right.
We had half board and were satisfied with the food.
But not a classy hotel which you might suspect now at 5 stars.

I give only 4 stars because I find the facilities and the space in the gym not appropriate.
And the separation from the toilet is simply the last. Since you can put the toilet right next to the bed. Something does not work.

One week of vacation in this hotel is enough to leave the stress of the whole year behind you.

Breakfast and dinner are very tasty.

Brilliant hotel it has its own small water slide, I remember chucking one of the lifeguard in the pool rooms are lovely burger king and McDonald's near by right next to the beach. Becareful when in sea because I saw a jellyfish that looked like a phisalea phisalus known as the box jellyfish you can rent slide boats near by. The rooms are lovely. All staff there treat all customers with respect. All over brilliant hotel I recommend it very much.

Rooms and services were excellent, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could, or rather, should be better for a 5-star hotel. Plates were quite often dirty at the buffet, which kind of put me off eating, despite the food itself being excellent and the hallway carpets were covered in sand, especially in front of the doors. The rest of the hotel, though, were quite nice and the entertainment quite satisfying. The pool were nice and clean and with staff gathering the towels left occupying the sunbeds, there was never really no issues getting a spot.

Great hotel, which you can recommend in good conscience.
