good muslim travel..really recommended.. turkey trip is the best package..

DON'T USE IBC SERVICE, !!!
Travel companies are VERY bad. Please do not book with this company. Their travel packages are VERY VERY bad. Don't be fooled by their attractive package.
I book a 5-country (14dis-23dis) Balkan package, 5 days before departure, they send me a FREE email. NO PHONE CALLS are made. Then I was offered 9 packages by Rizal. The day before departure which is December 13 I still have not received any confirmation like flight ticket and so on. On the afternoon of December 13 I went to IBC and RIZAL just bought a flight ticket. We have three groups. Group A (47org), and Group B (27 org) departed using the Mahan Water. Group C, the company (48 org) departs for airlines. Group C set off slowly and upon arriving in Milan we can only enjoy the sights of Milan FROM the BAS. we went straight to the hotel. In the morning for breakfast, we bumped into groups A and B so imagine 122 people scrambling to have breakfast at a place that only accommodates less than 70 people. OUR 122 ORDERS HAVE BEEN A HOUSE OF TRAVEL. toilets, prayers, meals.

-Enjoy, REMEMBER, PRAYER takes a long time because 122org needs to queue.
- time spent eating, toileting and praying.
-In the morning bus takes about 8-12 hours, arrives at the tourist destination DAY, CLOSED SHOP, and only 2 hours sight seeing.
- Sight seeing is just from the outside,
- Lunch at 7pm. (the program is not well organized)
- The place of prayer is not well managed.
- Insurance policy is not given to participants. While we make payments.
- PARTICULAR too many because it is a combination of MAGHFIRAH, SHUHADA, IBC and NUH TRAVEL.
CONCLUSION - DON'T LEAVE WITH FOUR travel agents, you'll regret it.

I went on a group vacation with ibc tours to Iran. I recommend it to you because his service is excellent and satisfying

Worst travel agency ever. Not well managed and packs 58 person per trip in one bus. Primary school trip way better than this. Avoid it.

Very poor management from the office. Too big of a group makes so many things go out of the planned schedule. Time. Seating. Etc.

Not complaining about the TG/TL/drivers. They are awesome.
Not complaining about the hotel/food/places of interests.

Bad service by both ibc and zamar. Booking time matta fair bulan 3 but now seminggu before nak fly cancel kan everything. Dengan tukar airlines without our consent. Janji fly with Emirates then sendiri tukar with air arabia. Though dah dapat full refund but I hope everyone please avoid using this both company sebab last minute cancel kan everything. I hope nobody have to go through this bad experience from ibc and zamar

1yr ago service was good when i dealt with Nazir. Went to turkey n Kashmir. Now i dont know whst happen. Seem to be busy as an excuse. Staff dont reply yr call. Balkan trip in Aug 2019 generally ok but tour leader not pro. Itinerary n route change. Could not go Grand Bazaar in turkey as it was close..bad planning. Not a muslim tour as one hotel we stayed serve pork.

I went to 5 countries with IBC TOURS .. everything went well and it was fun. Before I went to turkey and iran with IBC..everything was good and have lot of improvement from management / service and so on..thank you IBC TOURS

I just got back from the water .. group of 20 people thank God the trip was all smooth and dull. although there is no tour leader but the guided tour there was very helpful, this is my second trip with my family with IBC TOURS. GOOD JOB IBC for providing an exciting experience throughout this course

I went to Balkan 5 with IBC TOURS and was very satisfied although in a group of many tour guides and tour leaders were very cooperative as well as other participants .. IBC TOURS staff and staff.

i go to korea winter season..all is good as plan in itinery..proper prayer time. in our group there are non-Muslims but they are very helpful and understanding us. for me the management part needs more change to improvement. but everything was good and really recommended travel agencies especially for Muslim..thank you IBC TOURS

Unprofessional... Cheap yes!! But not worth the experience.. Poor service.. Follow ups on baggage almost 1 year still nothing.. Overall I wasn't satisfied..

Just returned from a 7-city Turkish tour for 10 days and 7 nights (19 - 28/10/19). My comments are as follows:

Pros:
1) All the places mentioned in the final itinerary are met (including hot air balloon in pamukkale & bosphorus cruise) except university kirsehir ahi evran & bhgn in hagia sofia.
2) Prayers & halal food are kept up.
3) Comfortable hotel accommodation (although some hotels do not have kettle and have to pay to get hot spring water).
4) Friendly and patient tour guide entertaining the participants.

Cons:
1) Change last minute itinerary without prior notice. Our time in the new capadocia was informed that the stay in capadocia was 2 nights from 1 night, while in Istanbul it was changed from 2 nights to 1 night.
2) It is not clear in the itinerary that a visit to sophia hagia is external and inward. No university visit kirsehir ahi evran. Just a visit to the kirsehir city.
3) The Turkish bus driver only travels over 2000km. May harm passengers.
4) The first day of our tram bus was detained for more than 2 hours by police for lack of documents. Eventually it wasted time and had to change to another bus.
5) The size of the troupe is too large (39 org) to be led by an experienced tour leader (third time to turkey and first to turkey in transit in Tehran). Tour guides byk depend on tour guide.
6) The schedule is too dense to make the visit in one place too short and to chase after each visit. Not satisfied with visiting historical sites. Itinerary can be further simplified.
7) Communication with delegation participants is unclear. Many participants were fooled into the details of the program. There is a question asked when x receives or is slow to respond.
8) The quality of wifi in the x bus is satisfactory. Always disconnected within city limits.

i try so many time to email and whatsapp the outbound guide or the company itself for more than one month waiting but this company still not respond me..really disapointed with their services...

We thoroughly enjoyed each and every item on the itinerary that this trip planner put together for us. Each hotel was top notch, and every driver and tour guide was reliable, informative and professional, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable

Not customer focused. Selfish travel agent. Do tour but dont have tour leader. Not recommended.

Balkan Trip 9 countries 21dis 19- 2jan2020..Almahdulillah His permission ... matters are simplified and smooth ... with 35 new friends who are sporting / cooperating / tolerance..lucky tour leader Aysel dri mecedonia help / watch out for us all..becoming / attraction..things/hotel 4str / food / prayer room and comfortable bus.
Thanks to the early management of the xx that helped with the trip information to the last minute ... thank goodness everything went smoothly .... sharing the wonderful memories with the rest of the world.

It's hard to get in touch with the special staff to arrange a trip. Every time my call is busy with matta fair etc.Calling my trip to the Balcony 07 Dec 19 this is the best part of everything and everything is easy.

planned a beautiful trip to BALKAN 9 COUNTRIES for our family. . We could just relax and enjoy our time in an incredible place. I would definitely recommend IBC TOURS for all your vacation and IBC TOURS is the best travel agency for muslim...

I was too lazy to review it because I had a bad experience .. I just wanted to comment really hard to contact ibc..lps it was hard to accept apc's apology ..
Btw. Sy dah whatsapp jaja, regarding refund of money and travel insurance which ibc x bole handles for foreigner. From the 15th, the 19th declares a refund, but as of yesterday 29th no reply. And whatsapp jaja tp no response. I just want to know the status of the refund since there is no refund of his money. Can contact me via jaja. She knows this issue. Tq

Plz don't get excited with the offer given..they will just cancel everything free and ask for an additional payment for optional visit...they don't bother about customer satisfaction but rather a money oriented only.For a muslim country visit they just ask you to pray in the restaurant prayer room without proper wudhu' site for women eventhough there is masjid for every 5 minute travel.I don't suggest for anyone.

My family and I really2 enjoyed the 10D 07N trip to Turkey on 15-25NOV 2019 The hotels and restaurants served all are in top service. The tour is very elderly friendly hence, it is suitable for my parents who cannot walk that fast anymore due to knee pain. The group that I joined only comprised of 35 people. Therefore, in my opinion it is not that crowded. All the best to IBC TOURS. In syaa Allah, we will travel again with IBC TOURS ada rezeki
