Triple T Transport, Inc Review

Book a load with Jordan. I was kept at the shipper from 5 pm till 1:20 AM and then again 2,5 hours at the receiver. There was total of almost 7 hours of detention. I kept updating them via phone and email and those issues. When it came to billing they just came up with the idea that they will only pay 150$ where reefer was running non stop. DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THEM, they are robbing carriers.

I guess sometimes people have a change of heart. Manager of Triple T called us to apologize for the issue we had with that load and he offered us 250$ to make up for our loss. We received Com Check which we cashed no problem. We are not sure what happened but we got compensated with our loss.

Have dealt with a lot of brokerage companies this is by far the best people are amazing very friendly very helpful would also like to send a special thanks to Taylor for always going out of his way the make sure that we have everything we need and to put a smile on our face

James and Levi are time savers, great attitude, easy to work and really open for detentions, rescheduling and helping with fast load/unload.. if you need a reload or stuck they will help, recently started working actively with Travis as well, really glad that I have already 3 brokers in the same company that takes in mind to take care of carrier!!! GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

7 hours at the shipper
8 hours at the receiver because they lie about appoitments time.
Very unorganized company.
They never call you back, they only call you at 6 in the morning to wake you up.

It's a pleasure to have a business with Triple T. They're paying fast and great communications, good rates, no worries about a detention pay.

Not a reliable company to work with. They cut off your rate once you deliver their load.

This is the best office / brokers / company we have had to deal with.
We have been working with Triple T since 2018 and I never had a company that made us feel part of their team, especially Team 31 and the most EXCELLENT broker Tony Schmidt.

Truck drivers beware of this company. They tell you one thing then when you pick up a load it s a whole different story. Hold on to your pockets tight because these guys are worse than Uncle Sam

Been in business for 8 years as an owner this company is a good company to work for very understanding when it comes to detention and layovers the driver was happy with there decisions and how they handled our load would recommend them and would be more then happy to work with them again and again. love the fact that there dispatch team will call and check up on the driver if not you can just text them and let them know what s going on big respect.

Great company, especially Travis Smith, he is available any time, he helps you with everything you need in terms of informations and he is on top of his game.

These good reviews are there own employees. They lie and have no respect towards trucking companies. Telling dispatchers to go F** themselves. They just want u to pick up the load after that they don t care if u can make delivery or not.

Warning You might be robbed if you book a load thru them. Thats for sure. It is better to stay away from them. Thats what happened to us.

The best broker out there! No question, always fair and honest. They treat you with respect and will work hard to solve any problem quickly. Never have to worry about detention time, always paid without asking. Team 31 is amazing to work with. Tony, Kristen and Ben are amazing to deal with along with Matt and John Mahle. You guys are truly one of the good guys in an industry of bad apples!
