Having to pay to watch recreational basketball. This my last year to attend any games
Loud annoying instrumental music. Bathrooms smell like port-a-potties. Staff is not accessible or willing to help much. Horrible atmosphere. Parking is a joke. Sometimes you have to park 3 buildings over. Refs are horrible and are VERY inconsistent. Never again will my child play here.
Not very good lighting, officials are not licensed and don't work very hard (most, not all), no parking.
Local facility with great leagues for indoor soccer, Fotsol, and basketball
Location is great. The Ref's for soccer are ineffective and are letting kids get hurt. You pay to play the same amount all other teams pay, but after 9:00 PM on most weekends the concession stand is closed and no staff members can be found, even though games go past midnight.
The soccer field is also poorly lit.
We are hoping these things are addressed but so far they have not been.
Was the first time I've been there. Took my nephew for baseball training. Couldn't believe how big it is. They also have basketball, snack bars. It was really nice.
Great place! Good food and service. Clean and entertaining facility.
Every time we go it's a total zoo. The areas inside are simply too small to hold the number of people that attend basketball or soccer games. The parking lot is so undersized that even during the week you have to line the streets to go in. In my 5 year old's soccer league we have had to self referee almost 50% of the games because the refs no show constantly. If you can avoid this place I would.
Good indoor sports facility. Has multiple basketball courts and one soccer field. There is very limited seating and very noisy.
5.00 a person over 17 to get in or buy a pass (5$ cheaper then going everyday and paying) hard with big families to no whos going where!!! Parking is limited air kev is amazing wish all the coaches was as hard and loud as him!!! Im there to win not be fair who is at practices should play we drive over an hour one way refs dont no what they are doing half the time!!!!! And court 4 is a joke!!! Played on it most on the season i do not care if we are young we pay the same as the big boys!!!
Expensive door fees for all games and tournaments. Place is run to make maximum money by spreading games over multiple days, ie more entry fees. 3 day tournament guarantees 3 trips even if you do not win a single game. Games are kept to 1 hour or less by using a running clock and most referees simply do not make quality foul calls. This hurry up system does not help teach or improve a young players game as blatant fouls frequently go uncalled. Most referees do not hustle or even break a sweat as it seems they are there for the money not to do a quality job. We like the fact that there's a place to play off season basketball but the Kingdom leaves room for improvement. The facilities have not been updated in the 10 plus years since our oldest son played there. In conclusion if you enjoy street basketball where the most physical team usually wins whether talented or not then you will like Kingdom Sports.
They do not care about customers at all. Money is the only important thing to this place. Some of referees seem to be pulled off the street with no experience at all. I would recommend to go two exits up to the field much better facility for soccer.
Very well run and organized. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. No complaints.
Imagine the state trying to shut this place down and taking away yet another activity that both kids and families can enjoy together.
Shame on them!
We will give Kingdom our full support.
This is an awesome place for children to participate in sports and other activities. My two daughters just participated in a basketball camp hosted by Coach Murphy with Hoop through Life organization and they thoroughly enjoyed the camp.
Great place, well maintained, coitus user some more parking spaces but what place doesn't. With the number of kids moving through on tournament days, suggest the concessions take card for more business.
Parking is a disaster!!! Expensive to get in, an aging model of a truck stop, whose bathrooms are horrible and smell atrocious.
The ref's?....what a joke. Fat, blind and biased.
We are asking league coaches to book at a different location.
For the amount money being brought in the place looks very bad.
The place needs upgrades bad. The bathrooms smell awful, the walls are dirty and nasty, the ceiling is torn up and the basketball floors are so slippery you cant even play a game. The owners must pocket all the money instead of keeping the place looking nice
This place has 5 indoor basketball courts. Many games playing at 1 time. Roomy with a good concession stand.
Nice courts but it is overwhelming to hear buzzers and whistles from other courts.
The courts are fine for futsal. They have loud music playing, which is a little annoying. There is also a rotten egg smell when entering the building.
For the most part a good facility, definitely shows the wear and tear. 3 good courts, 1 in the back with tiles instead of wild floor needs replaced, so many dead spots. Very convenient to get to (right off I75) but parking is far too limited.
Great place to go and watch inside soccer, basketball or whatever.
Nice place to play tournaments. Most times they are run well here.
Nice place for kids ! Not so good for older people grandparents!
Has lots of space for kids to play ball. Had food concession and comfortable seating for adults
Imagine suing the state so that you can put kids in danger during a pandemic so you can run your 3rd grade rec basketball tournaments.
Shame on you.
This place will never see another cent from us.
Of all the places we've gone to see my grandson play basketball this is the most dilapidated and not kept up.
DO NOT SIGN YOUR GIRLS UP FOR THEIR AAU LEAGUE! YOU PAY $500 FOR INEXPERIENCED COACHES AND PLAYERS! ONLY TO PLAY AGAINST THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE! PRACTICES ARE USUALLY CUT SHORT BECAUSE COACHES WILL LITERALLY SAY THEY RAN OUT OF PRACTICE IDEAS! THE TEAM RUNS AROUND THE COURT WITH NO DIRECTION AND THEY ARE 7TH GRADERS. RHIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN 12 YEARS! #
Don't like having to pay to play and than pay every game we go to, seems like it's all about money $$$
Right off 75, nice basketball courts, impressive snack bar, ample parking, shared space with indoor soccer.
Awesome sports center! Awesome place for family. Very encouraging and helpful staff! This place is great for kids who LOVE sports! This is an awesome place to have a get together or for a birthday! There is a concession area that serves food and drinks!
Awesome place. Clean, great atmosphere. Always busy with leagues and tournaments. Great for families
Need to hire better experienced refs that know the game of basketball and the rules of basketball. Kids get hurt by not blowing the whistle and calling appropriate calls. I watched a red last weekend walk up and down the court during a tournament game with her back turned away from the play quite a bit of the time. Her attitude was that she didn't want to be there or doing that job. How can you make a call when you're not even looking at the players? Then a ref who comments to parents that he sees players walking (traveling ) but won't make the call, even when the parents tell him "Then make the call" ,only to have him minutes later wave a basket off and say that kid is travelling. Now he going to prove a point to these parents that he has the power. What a small person this ref is. How unprofessional he is. The parents and coaches get upset because the refs are horrible. If you run a tournament get some top notch refs in. But don't worry about our team. We won't be back. We should have known with only 3 teams in our division what was up. Now we know. Good luck finding teams for your next tournament. Hire some good refs.
The facility is okay. But the parking is often packed, the staff often missing, and have had bad experiences with management in the past.
This place is garbage. I pay 500 for a league you pay to get in the door every game. Parents have to volunteer to keep score and clock. Not to mention it is basically street ball once your kid gets on the court. It seems like your only going to get a foul call if you are getting knocked out. My son will not play here again. There is a nice place in Mason will really good comp as well.
Watch out! They'll let any ghetto team play here! My 10 year olds team just got done with a game, in which the other teams coach was ejected, wouldn't leave, threatened our teams parents, and eventually was removed by police! One parent from the other team was actually taking bets on the game!
Book your league, or join a league that plays anywhere else! ...or come packing...
My son plays here and my boss donates to the kingdom, I love watching my son Joe #3 for the heat play his heart out
Lighting on courts needs 100% upgrade..the mens restroom couldnt pass a health department inspection..it was horrendously filthy..wouldnt eat anything from that establishment.
Great Sports Center loved there NBA Training program... Coaches were great also... Would recommend...
The indoor soccer field is decent. They still use the rubber infill, which gets in your shoes and everywhere else. I like the low plexiglass windows on the wall, which makes watching the games easier for the parents.
The facility itself is clean & surprisingly well maintained. A lot going on during a tournament time. A large variety of snacks & beverages we're offered @ what seemed reasonable prices to me. Except for the bottled water, why do places try to make such a large profit on plain water. I bring my own for that reason. Other than that, if people would behave like adults it would have been a super experience. Use a portion of my senior admission to fix the latch on the center stall in the women's restroom, and I'll give it 5 stars!!
Great place for kids sports, but parking space is very limited
First time my Kid ever played basketball. At the point of enrollment, the older woman that attend the front desk was very rude and disrespectful, wasn't very helpful in giving any information. Never knew when practice was, there was so much miscommunication with the coach, not enough interest in each child on the team, just the best players , and the only thing the coach was interested in was to win every game. It had nothing to do with building encouragement for the children, and exposing them, giving them skills the right way. I am so frustrated that I spent $95.00 for 8 weeks just to watch my son sit half of the game every single game, and on top of that , I had to pay $5.00 every game to enter. This place will Never Get my money again. worst experience as a new coming parent! I advise any new parents not to waste your time , hard earned money , and energy in this place. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I wouldn't subject my daughter to a place that allows their referees, concession stand employees, and parents call little girls boys. Just because their team lost. If you have aggressive girls who play well find another place to go.
Nice place just wish they had better seating for there games
