Gilmore Global is fantastic. I order training material from them multiple times a week. Shipments are always on time and they fix my mistakes the same day with the utmost professionalism. I will always take my business to them. They are all fantastic but Megan Goode is especially good at saving the day. Everyone there is alway positive and extremely helpful. Highest recommendation.

I find Gilmore to be very efficient and the final product is excellent quality. We regularly order workbooks (both coil bound and 3 hole punch in binders), as well as name tags, tent cards, and various ad hoc print outs.

I am a first time customer with Gilmore Global, recently adding a Dash 8 to my fleet. Without question, Wendy Dubue has demonstrated the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. Wendy was quick to respond, whether by email or phone. She provided quick answers to my questions and even during a system wide outage, Wendy was able to provide me with exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. This was the best experience in customer service. Wendy has set the bar very high and demonstrated that true customer service still exists. Gilmore Global is very lucky to have Wendy on their team!

Megan with support was amazing! I am now using my eBooks. I ordered 4. One I reviewed during a recent training and it was great. I look forward to digging into the other books based on the amazing coursebook I've already received/reviewed, and the extremely high level of customer support/obsession displayed by Gilmore Global. There hasn't been an "escalation" to another team, or a "we'll have to check with ..." type of response. The requests are handled right away and with great accuracy. Outstanding Customer Service!

I was in a conundrum as my employer had been give the wrong advice when ordering the text books for the ACLS course. He had a very advanced copy of an ASCL manual and was nervous about taking the course given the materials in the text book. I hadn't been involved in ordering the wrong text book and was somewhat confused given the instructions on the Heart and Stroke portal. I contacted Gilmore and Gabrielle got back to me within a few hours and we were able to straighten everything out. She was extremely helpful and very professional.
