Conference rooms were very clean and professional-looking; the staff were alacritous. The entire building's interior design was simple and elegant.

Food at the restaurant was great, drinks at the bar were well poured, and the room we were in was clean, and the included refreshments were a welcome surprise.

Service was great at the event I attended; very nice and spacious venue.

Pretty decent hotel. The staff leaves a little to be desired though.

I work here, but Google rewards asked me to complete a survey to receive credits. I would recommend staying here. The staff does their very best to be friendly and accommodating and it's location is within walking distance to state farm center and the Illini football stadium.

Great venue, except for the acoustics, which suck. Put up some drapes and dampening!

Nice conference center, OK wifi, near the university.

Great big and open room for parties. Staff in the open bar didn't know how to make a single cocktail, and I mean the basic ones too. Not sure if they were hotel staff or not, but that could have been better.

Attended a professional event at the Conference Center, and it was lovely! The staff and the building were wonderful. The room's acoustics were a bit off though, with all the people in the room I had a hard time having a conversation with my friend next to me.

The service at Houlihans was slow but the food made up for it.

Has typical conference centerl issues of overly subdued lighting & too-cold temps in conference rooms.
Be sure your phone is charged (for using the flashlight) & bring a sweater/wrap.

The staff here is always so friendly. I really appreciate the workout area with the Peleton and the rooms are quite comfortable and accommodating. I even got a card the last time I was there thanking me for staying there. Thanks!

Lovely experience from reservation through checkout. Staff is very attentive, lobby has nice, clean vibe and visual perks (chess, art, books, quality magazines). Also, the spa massage is a treat that I will return for!

This hotel is upscale for average cost. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a free bottle of water and was finished with check-in within 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Room was on the 5th floor and the views were average. Nothing special to look at. The room was standard size for a hotel room. Bathroom was as well. The king size bed was very comfortable. It's soft but not so soft that it's not supportive. The sheets are soft and not cheap like some hotels. They dont make a lot of noise when moving around. The room overall is updated/new.

This place was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a bit of a disappoint but the fresh fruit they provided was excellent. The staff was professional and quick.

The staff is very attentive, real person calls to confirm and ask what time they could expect us to arrive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Whenever we go to Champaign we stay here. This is real hospitality.

The Working Women's Expo at the I Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is one of the best I've seen, and the staff were very friendly.

Pleasant Stay
I had a very nice stay at the I Hotel. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is very professional and Sam Santhanam, the General Manager went out of his way to ensure that my visit was excellent. I look forward to my next trip to Champaign and stay at the I Hotel.

I am extremely satisfied of my stay. The rooms are neat, clean and disposed of helpful amenities. The staff is Friendly and very helpful. The bar at the hotel is good too with a pleasant ambiance.
A good point is that you can also take advantage of the hotel's shuttle to get to the airport or the train station.
Bottom line, I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great touches like fruit flavored water every day. Was a little pricey and the breakfast wasn't great for the price we paid for the room. But, very comfortable and clean.

Went for a wedding. Service was good. Food was good. Staff was not completely knowledge of the menu in regards to what was vegetarian.

The hotel lobby is dope, as is the restaurant. All I did was deliver a sandwich there but 5/5 great experience

Very nice modern hotel. Their catering of the conference was also exceptional.

A breakfast bar was provided. It wasn't bad. A member of the IT staff greeted me and ogfered to help with setting up our laptop. The service staff took our empty plates promptly. I liked the iHotel.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected it to be. I assumed that there wouldn't be wifi or breakfast, however both were provided free of charge. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room itself was generally modern (excluding a 32pin alarm clock dock). There were more than enough outlets to charge a family of three's devices.

The room was very cozy and well-furnished, there was no noise from the rooms around us, and the location had a lot of great restaurants nearby. We had a great stay, my only gripe was that the bathroom had no fan so every noise in there was as loud as the city streets.

Definitely not worth $179 a night. I've stayed in way better hotel's for far less. My advice is not waste your money on this hotel. There are nicer options available. If it was not for my friends wedding being at the hotel I would have never stayed there. The customer service was great. The furniture looked like it was from the Salvation Army.

I've never stayed here overnight. I'm frequently at the conference center for work and at the restaurant/bar. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are good. My only knock is that it is slightly overpriced.

Best place to stay in the Urbana Champaign area. The facility is peaceful, lovely, and comfortable. The amenities are ample, and the staff are top-notch, professional, and attentive to their guests' every need. Sam the manager is especially wonderful. This is always our first choice when we stay in the area!

The nicest, cleanest hotel that is not a Four Seasons. Excellent service. Best bed and pillows in any hotel anywhere. Would definitely stay again!

We were just driving through, so there wasn't a college event happening. The hotel was excellent! Comfortable with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and the internet was super fast. Breakfast was good and included Starbucks coffee. Not sure how many people were also staying there, because it was really quiet too.

I was at the hotel for a career fair as a corporate representative looking for u of I students who want part time positions at the nearby reseach park. The event was in the Illinois Ballroom. I thought the event was very well organized and staff/volunteers were friendly and helpful. The University also offered a boxed meal and drinks for the recruiters in a room near by. Everything was clean and felt like a high end establishment. I would definitely consider using the space for other events if I was organizing

Great place! Was there for wedding reception, new, modern and would stay there if I needed a place to sleep!

Amazing hotel! The room is comfortable. The resturant and breakfast were delicious. The meeting rooms we used were so spacious and worked very well for the conference we were attending. Also, I love that they had gluten free options at lunch! It made it so nice for everyone in our group to be able to enjoy lunch all together.

My mother in law had her wedding here and the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious and they even opened up a free room for me so I could breastfeed my daughter.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast was good, and all the employees were very accommodating. The food in the banquet hall was amazing as well.

An excellent place for meetings with a hotel conveniently attached to a first class convention venue. Located on the area of university of Illinois in Champaign. Facility and staff are commendable.

The venue was really nice. The location is easy to find. The place was nicely lit and the staff were very helpful for the event. The food was a lot better than it her hotels I've been to. The facilities we're kept very clean too.

We ate dinner at the restaurant, Houlihans. Our server was pleasant and our food was excellent.

Everything went great. Only used one of the conference rooms but it was very nice.
