I Hotel and Conference Center Review

Last weekend, we stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. We arrived 5 hours ahead of the actual check in time but Nathaniel, the gentleman at the counter, arranged for one room to be ready for us so we could check in early and get some rest after a long flight.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The large, and well lid, lobby is very inviting. Restaurant offers variety of delicious food and beverages.
We had to catch a 5:40AM flight back. I asked Nathaniel if their shuttle will be able to take us to the airport at 4:30AM! He said shuttle does not run that early but he, himself, would come and take us to the airport! This was clearly above and beyond his normal responsibility, but he did it anyways. What an amazing experience!
I have been to many hotels, but none come close to the service that I received from the personnel of IHotel.

A fantastic tset up close to campus you wanna do an event Add the university of Illinois this is the place to be. The venue allowed us to use everything Was upscale and intimate having houlihan's there made it even better...

Very nice hotel with clean and efficient rooms. Rooms even come stocked with books to read and a reusable tote, which was a nice touch.

Clean rooms, nice staff, perfect location for a show at the State Farm center next door. Weird small ponds on the back patio, how often do people fall into those?

Nice hotel, rooms have plenty of space and overall everything clean. Has a houlihans for food, the free breakfast is decent. Nothing incredible but just fine for a hotel. Location is great if you are going to a football game or research park but is a bit far from campus town so walking isn t viable to there.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Courteous staff. I enjoyed staying there.

Good place for conference. Served good food and was good for presenting.

A fantastic stay, as always. Clean, friendly service, comfortable beds, great water pressure / temperature / showerhead, convenient parking, nice breakfast option. Walls were perhaps a tad thin, but not too annoyingly so.

Extremely positive experiences working with their conference center staff. We've held several meetings there and they are a well-oiled machine! Right after booking, people from each department reach out to see what type of support you'll need (catering, technology, etc). The execution is seamless. Thanks I hotel!

High quality well-maintained rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. It's a bit far from most of campus, but there is a nearby bus, and it's very close to the stadium
