Have stayed here a few times, have loved my experience Everytime!

Lovely conference space, wonderful catering, and amazing staff.

Nice looking hotel. Great interior with lovely dry bar near the gym. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Delicious breakfast and overall food.

The I Hotel is a great place for a party. The staff is very kind and attentive. The facilities are very modern. Great place for a reception or event.

The chocolate martini is delicious but very expensive

First time being in the I Hotel and Conference Center for a work event. It was gorgeous inside and the people were very nice when I asked for help on to go where I needed to be.

I went to I Hotel for my spouse's birthday and the service and consideration was excellent.

Hotel itself is nice, but I was first assigned a room next to the ice machine that was pretty noisy, had to ask them to switch the room.

Although I was attending a semi large conference at the I Hotel, parking was not a problem and finding my way to the rooms was not a problem. The rooms themselves were quite pleasant to sit in and catered meals are fairly good. Plenty of attentive staff are positioned around the hotel and answered questions and concerns quickly.

Amazing value for the price. The dining and bar on-site are decent and convenient, and the customer service and amenities are much more than expected. Great attention to detail from the the top down - and it's pet friendly and you would never guess it. Definitely recommended!

Visited the Starbucks for coffee. Small Starbucks but great for a quick coffee or food.

Nice sized conference rooms. Nicely decorated. Comfortable chairs. Friendly staff that appeared out of nowhere when needed. Great restaurant/bar.

Attended a conference and the workers were incredibly helpful and accommodating

Do not order the fish tacos from the restaurant! All the soups are excellent!

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast here! Prompt and friendly service and the bacon is awesome!

We were there for a wedding reception, very elegant. Staff were helpful, polite & respectful.

We just stopped in to check out a wedding venue, and we were amazed by the service and attention to detail! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't even have an appointment, but the wedding coordinator was pleased to meet with us and give us a tour of the facility. Unfortunately, our date was taken, but this place is so beautiful and the service was so excellent that we are considering changing our date!

Good food. Great staff. Have been here for conferences and an event. Never lets me down.

We came in at midnight after having car troubles, we weren't planning on stopping. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave us water, toothbrushes, combs, and phone charger. All while being very kind. The hotel was beautiful and we had no problems at all.

I have a good friend that works here, and I have to say that my experience here was amazing. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, and the service was out of this world. They offer a shuttle service, which is great if you don't know the area well. Prices are high, but that is to be expected out of a business hotel. The conference center looks amazing as does the rest of the place, it certainly has a sense of style.

Everything is fabulous about this hotel. The staff is top notch, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable.

The I Hotel is a fantastic place to meet with friends, have meetings or seminars or other activities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure to visit the I Hotel!

While the food was good, the service was lacking. Granted, it was while a basketball team was visiting, so I expected some delay, but our drinks weren't refilled until we got our check. The staff was extremely friendly, but the delay was just too much.

Probably the flagship hotel on the Illinois campus. Attended an awards ceremony at the conference center. Very clean and modern.

Great reception, has a fancy restaurant in the hotel.

Need more communication between sports facility and Hotel. Swim meet was scheduled and unable to use pool must make hours aware to Hotel guests, so there is NO CONFLICT or confusion scheduling work out time.

Projection and food services were great for our training event.

Excellent service. Receptionists are friendly and willing to help. Free breakfast, but I've had better. Rooms are comfortable nothing special though. Overall good experience.

They had super nice people, good beds, and were very conveniently close to the UIUC campus, all around a great experience.

We had a conference over here. It was a good place to have a meeting but they set the temperature too low! I was freezing! The bed is very comfortable though. Very clean.

While I have not used the hotel side, the conference side is top notch! Staff are very respectful and responsive. Everything is kept clean and neat. A great addition to the community!

When catering, they do great foo and accommodate special needs.

Attending a 2 day conference at the IHotel Conference Center. Great layout to accommodate a large crowd. The area is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Both breakfast and lunch are served as part of the conference and the food is good and presented nicely. Parking is free and access to the building from the parking lot is convenient

We truly enjoyed having the Memorial of Jesus Christ death there. Nice Staff!

Workers were professional but somewhat poor at getting around the room. This could be due to being understaffed though.

This is easily the best hotel at which I've stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rate was half what I would have expected to pay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. 24 hour fitness center, ample parking, great location. The WiFi was the fastest I've ever used at a hotel. Highly recommended and I look forward to staying again to enjoy all the other amenities offered!

While the food was great, the service was awful. We waited almost an hour for our food, and when we finally got it, many of the orders we're incorrect, and one never got corrected.

Great venue for conferences. Right next to memorial stadium/State farm center.
