Ate dinner at Hooligans, service was fantastic, food was great, overal the experience was superb as always.

Nice & clean banquet halls. Service was a little slow.

Beautiful facilities, but never any vegan options at the events :(

We had our wedding at the I Hotel and also spent the night. We couldn't be happier with our experience with the sales, events, and catering staff. They went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect, and were very responsive to all of our questions. They made sure to have every detail before the big day so there were no surprises, and helped us load out our decorations the next morning. Our overnight accommodations in the hotel were top notch, and we will definitely recommend them to visiting friends and family!

Really nice hotel, amazing staff, and solid breakfast options. Also has pretty comfy robes to wear during your stay!

I have been to the i Hotel many times for banquets and conferences. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff members there are very accommodating. The conference rooms are located in the back of the hotel and there's a large parking lot in the back.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food in in-house Houlihans restaurant. I have stayed there before and will probably go back again when traveling in the area.

Good place for the conference. Also, their brunch is relatively good.

It's one of the nicest hotels in the area, no real complaint other than it's distance to campus.

At the I Hotel for a conference and I found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. Loved my experience there.

I've been here for several events. The location and conference rooms are always clean with pleasant staff.

I've attended events several times in the past and have always had a great experience. This last visit was to meet with event coordinators to plan for a future event. Everything was professional and all questions answered.

Had a great stay here. Went for the Illini v Minnesota football game. It was dads weekend so it was packed. Everything was super expensive. But the rooms are really nice. The only reason I subtracted a Star was because there was no fan in the bathroom. All in all we had a great stay and everyone was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cute place, definitely dated. The restaurant is decent, which is good because there isn't a lot close. The staff is extremely helpful.

The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. However there was one major flaw that means I will not be back. The bathroom door does not shut. It wasnt broken, it behaved as installed. The bathroom door is a pocket door, excellent for small spaces, but it was too short for the doorway. Even if the doorway was a bit smaller, the carpeted trim wouldn't allow the door to shut flush. There was 4 adults in our room, and we could hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom. People made the point to use the lobby bathroom, or go to the room when everyone else was gone. Not a fun experience.

Great restaurant in an excellant location. Food choices change periodically ansld are always very good. Staff is friendly and attentive.

This is without a doubt the best hotel I've had the pleasure of visiting. I travel for work and for pleasure, and have stayed in hotels across the country, and nothing compares with the I Hotel! From the moment I pulled up I knew I had picked the right place.

Everyone who works here take pride in what they do and it shows. I felt truly welcome. The staff was great with recommendations on where to eat and what to do, and went above and beyond whenever I needed anything.

Coming back to this room was relaxing after a long day, the room was amazing. Large comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of lighting, good sized tv, and Amazon Alexa. Thick walls prevent any noise from the hall or the other guests. I don't sleep this well at home!

I arrived on July 4th and had an added bonus, a perfect view of the fireworks across the street from my window!

I just can't say enough about the staff. One of my days working in the field was pretty rough. When the staff heard about my day they went above and beyond to make sure my evening at the I was fantastic, and it was. If you are visiting anywhere near the I Hotel, don't miss the opportunity to stay here. (I had originally booked a room 20 minutes closer to my work site, but once I saw the I Hotel rebooked with them and never looked back. Best decision I've ever made.)

No issues with the staff or facility. Staff did an excellent job cleaning and providing food / drink services for the duration of the event I attended.

Here for a conference and as a nursing mother, having access to a lactation room is very important. Not only do they have a lactation room, but the is very nice (not the normal dungeon or broom closet).
There is comfortable seating and a sink. Very impressed!

One of the best hotels on campus. Great location close to U of I. The Houlihan's is very nice and has a great outdoor area if the weather is nice.

Stayed overnight with 14 HS students for a competition. It was awesome. Hotel staff were super accommodating even though I didn't have everything perfectly organized. My kids and I loved the rooms - very sizeable and extremely nice. All 15 of us comfortably fit in my standard king room for a pizza party (yeah, some were standing, but there was plenty of space and we easily spread out 9 pizzas and pop on the desk and dresser). Free breakfast included - not the best quality but hey, it is a meal, and that was my only minor complaint and certainly not worth subtracting a star. The conference center also hosted the event (awesome) and my kids loved the massive comfy lobby area with plenty of seating and a chess set. Walking distance to local restaurants plus one in hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were great, and the room was extremely nice. The room had a nice view of the campus as well. I'll definitely use them again the next time I'm in Champaign.

Little cramped for a career fair but the room is nice

Clean room, excellent amenities at this price point, free shuttle to my event and they even called my room when I was running a minute late to make sure they didn't leave me. Unless they are completely booked, I really don't see a reason to stay elsewhere while in Urbana-Champaign.

I drove the art club here for an event, they had a great time.

I stopped in at the Starbucks cafe and was a little bit disappointed to discover that they would not take my Starbucks card. Nevertheless the coffee was good as expected. Near to the Starbucks cafe was a full restaurant I did not visit.
All of the staff were quite helpful, and I'm happy to say that we never heard a single complaint from anyone who works there.
