It's really a good POS, I have used many POS softwares so far in my companies, but finally we found a good solution. Also support is awesome. These guys provide support even at 11 in night. Mr. Kuldeep is simply awesome and available to support in any sense.

Unbelieving poor service provided. Extremely disappointed with their service. The authorized personnel do not even bother to pick up the call. It has been 4 months since I have installed this software for my organisation but the issues are too much that it is affecting the daily activities. They promise to be at your side all the time but once you pay, they completely forget you leaving you at mid-sea.

Our firm had a pathetic experience with this company and its leadership team. We had bought the HDPOS smart product to start our business and few months down the line we decided to expand our store with onine shop option looking at the scalability factor.
The details provided on the online shop option, by this company is completely opposite to what they deliver and the team has a destitute technological infrastructure.
Please remember, there is no standard protocol followed by this company; you will have to make the full payment first before your request is considered. you will regret the most once you make the full payment and realize that your requirement will not be supported by the companies poor technological infrastructure and in order to accommodate cosmetic changes, they will demand 2X of the initial amount paid. while you discuss on this matter with the leadership, you are answered in a very unprofessional manner and they will never return your payment which you will have paid initially. Its a completely fraudulent company with immature technology, poor support and rude behavior from the leadership, sales and support team. We have made a mistake by wasting our time and money behind them, please don't get fooled by them.

When i purchased the hdpos easy software ,person told u will get the gst all reports as per gst portal like 3b,2A, etc but in reports there is no option to check ...i hv to download different reports then calculate ,then hv to file gst.
Would request to upgrade the version where u get all gst reports format as per gst portal nd tally .
If the company representative call me , will make them understand there r many small problems which can be updated in their easy software.

The team is awesome, they are friendly and responsive. When there is a problem, they look into it quickly and solve it. While it's rare to have a problem, it's great to know they are around. There are new features and functionalities that they keep adding and the product seems to get better over time. Our staff is very happy with this system.

We paid the original higher cost for the register when it first came out. The price just dropped I heard... Bank's PinPAD should be intergated.

Great Products. Very Intuitive Interface. Good Value for Money. Support Team is very responsive and very efficient. Despite time difference of GMT+5:30 Hours, I always get them to provide help on very urgent issues.
Software is good but no flexibility from the company. They have fixed time support. We you face any issues after 6PM then you have to wait for next morning. There will not be anyone to help you. If there are any updates on the software you have to shut your shop and update it, because they will do this only from 10AM to 4PM. Which is shops business hours.

This is to bring to your kind notice, we have purchased HD POS a couple of months back thinking that it has world-class features and customer support systems. But unfortunately, the kind of support and after-sales services I am personally experiencing is not expected from such an esteemed organization.
We are facing a lot of challenging in terms of using it on day to day basis, except POS and I don t think we have purchased your solution for merely POS. I am intalk with Kuldeep in sales and Manoj in support but in vain.

it is a big torture to sign up with this fake company.. while the sales team picks your call immediately.. and instead the support team keeps on hold for hours together.. and even after the such a long wait. they disconnect instantly.. they dont value our time and effort behind it.. the only time they will call is when they have to collect the amc(annual maintenance charges.) which will not be informed to you at the time of purchasing the software.. they also charge heavily for any modifications or new reports to be made.. dont ever opt for this company ever...

The software is good. The support is good as well. However, the safety features are not satisfactory, as we can't control who has access to what. Came to know that the software is compatible with touchscreen systems also. Will upgrade in future.

One of the worst customer care. Despite repeated reminders and email no one ever came for demo, installation or training. Once money paid no one ever bothered from the company. Now we have a useless license lying for more than a year. Tally is far better in customer care. It's charged but at least there are plenty of people to support it.
We are a 40 years old retail chain & we are using HDPOS since last 7 months.The simplicity to set up the inventory saved our staff a lot of time. We uploaded all items with excel and their team was very helpful. The integration for the scanner, thermal printer and cash drawer was also pretty simple.Their customer supports is also quick to respond. We heavily recomend this software to everyone.
