Software is good but no flexibility from the company. They have fixed time support. We you face any issues after 6PM then you have to wait for next morning. There will not be anyone to help you. If there are any updates on the software you have to shut your shop and update it, because they will do this only from 10AM to 4PM. Which is shops business hours.
