Unbelieving poor service provided. Extremely disappointed with their service. The authorized personnel do not even bother to pick up the call. It has been 4 months since I have installed this software for my organisation but the issues are too much that it is affecting the daily activities. They promise to be at your side all the time but once you pay, they completely forget you leaving you at mid-sea.
