This agency has the best website, I opted for them because of everything I read on their website and because when I called, they are very friendly in the deal, but they have not given me the service for which I have hired them (and I have hired this same service in other agencies other times). In my case, I hired a selection agency - apart from finding domestic service professionals - to have coverage in cases of rotation or substitutions and I have not had it that I have not had.

Either they have few candidates or they manage their business that way, but they only send one person instead of sending you several options to interview. You cannot choose between two. And when I ran out of a girl in December, it took more than 3 weeks to send someone to interview me. I planted myself in mid-January.
Currently I need a 2-week substitute because the girl I have has to be absent and they have not been able to get me anyone even though I paid for a 6 month coverage service that has not yet ended.

The same day that I put this review with 2 stars they called me to convince me to put it 4 stars even extending the warranty. I did, but today I change it again, because I do not want any more guarantees with them, they have only called me so that they do not put negative comments on Google. I am still under warranty and they have not called me once to worry about the replacement that I had to find on my own and that today is giving me a lot of problems.
