Visited yesterday by 10.30 am to the Kadavanthara office to discuss with Shinto about my upcoming project at kochi. While entering that office one lady wearing a mask told me to wait there. I had been waiting there till 11.30am unattended. Then i moved out of the office for not getting a proper response.
I came back to my office and contacted the customer care and explained this incident. The lady who attended the call replied that without having an appointment they were not attending any clients and from my attire they felt that I'm a worker and not their client.
I was so surprised by their reply.
Is this how to run a business?, A business that has enough projects in the market. Are the clients always to be identified by their costumes.
Anyway, I have the calls recorded in my phone.

I consulted Shinto at a stage of my house construction, where everything was going out of my hands. Being abroad, I was unable to make sure that things went the way I wanted it to. After Concepts took over, everything changed. What was half constructed as an ordinary house, was turned into a stunning contemporary house by Shinto. On seeing some of Shinto's earlier projects we got attracted to his designs and approached him to build our Dream Home.
We gave him our requirements and added that we wanted a minimalistic design and slope roof. He takes into consideration every small points that we add and implements it in such a way that everything is at the right place and is more comfortable.
We wanted our home to look spacious and elegant. Even though we were visiting the site every day during construction, on completion of the work with interior it was looking amazingly beautiful than we expected. The colour combinations of interior, even though it was simple as we requested, was perfectly blending.

Concepts, the word I can offer for better living experience. I have been part of many house constructions in the past. The usual old ways of house construction, and not seemed to be ending up with a proper goal achievement. The way, Mr. Shinto deals is something different from all others. I have consulted Mr.Shinto with some vague ideas about the new house and had some self drawn plans, that also after consultation with many others. On seeing the plan Mr.Shinto, from his experience, re-designed the plans and next day delivered an amazing design of the house. There I realized that my dream home which is on my way and started the initial development on papers.
Shinto and his team, approached me on a timely manner on each development stage like structure, flooring, painting, landscaping, elevation etc and I saw the development of my house on every aspects. As an experienced architect, Mr.Shinto had all the answers to my questions. Answers for each and every minute details of the house.
