Hyatt Singapore Review

Went to Straits Kitchen for dinner. Good variety of food and tasty to boot. Nice place for a family outing.

Went for high tea at 10 scotts. Food is good but spread is limited. Tea and coffee is great.

Very nice decorations and the setup of the hotel and residences is top notch. The ball rooms are fitted with 21k projectors (yes, 21k when our home TV is at best 4K) and all 6 of them covers the left and right of the hall.

It is one of the most fashionable hotels on Scott Road in the center of Singapore's nightlife.

Love the restaurant there. Food is great and the setting is unique & beautiful. Perfect for a date or a business diner!

Attended a seminar on 27 Oct 17. The arrangements were orderly and the food catered was excellent. Staffs were prompt in resupplying the bottled waters and clearing away the uses plates/cups. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Grand Hyatt.

Like your food and friendly service but disappointed that coffee and tea is no longer included in the buffet. The gelato machine was suffering constipation.

Calm atmosphere. It is appreciated that there are several outlets for the room that are compatible with Japan. It is also smooth to have a taxi called. It was good that the lounge calmed down and I could get a morning ^ ^

Location is convenient. Love the waterfall feature.

Went fot the breakfast buffet. Food options were good with a lot of variety.

Spacious rooms with good views. The spread was really good for all meals, especially the availability of vegetarian options compared to similarly priced hotels in Singapore.

Was there for a company dinner for 12 pax, at Mezza9, the experience was bad due to one staff but was then relived by a good one, will only mentioned the good one here, his name is Razif. Thank you for your quick attention when your collegue is so unaccommodating

Martini Bar is the place to go to for happy hour. Don't go too late. Gets crowded and you wont find seat

The food was great and the friendly chefs made the entire experience great. All staff was polite and neat when clearing the table. I love their smiles.

Top hotel in a prime location near Orchard Road. modern and tastefully furnished. I was here for the fourth time in a month and the lady at the front desk said in an aside that I would get a presidential suite until I left the following day. At first I did not realize what she meant. Until I opened the door to the suite. WOW.

It is always a pleasure to stay with you on my visits to Singapore on business. Staff like Isaac go out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. Their attention to the small things makes for such an enjoyable and extremely pleasant stay, and at the end of a long day it so appreciated. Thanks so much and I look forward to staying with you again

Very clean , nice , stylish of its own class, the bar was one of the best experience I had in a long while , it's alittle small but to me it's cosey and the ambience of the place is nice

Very nice but a bit tired inside - maybe needs a refresh. Good location and pool is excellent.

The water fountains in the hotel are simply too nice. Enjoyed the ambience.

Grand and luxurious place to be. Food options are pretty swell as well, including Peranakan food, hi-tea lounges for one to relax and enjoy sumptuous food at the same time.

It's a lovely hotel, big rooms with great facilities, will come back again

I've visited a few times and always found the service and facilities to be first class. Great martinis at the bar. I rarely give 5 stars in a review but this is one of those times.

Why do you need 3 staffs to check in 1 person?

Disappointed as Grand Hayatt is my go to place while staying in Singapore.

Don t put inexperienced staff in a 5 stars hotel! It bring down the quality of the hotel and service!!

I was there for a wedding lunch reception / banquet. The atmosphere, ambience and service were excellent for both the guests and the bride & groom.

This is our hotel room at 10 p.m.
We kept reporting about noise from the ventilator in our room, but the reception didn't seem to try to fix it immediately. When we came back from the dinner (3 hours later from the first call), this was how it looked like. Two engineers were fixing something in the restroom, and the manager let us to stay there with engineers until we called twice again. what made us more upset was the attitude of the man on the phone. He didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience at that late night. such a great service we've ever had.

Grand Hyatt's location is extremely accessible. Service staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

Good, accessible, central location. A good quality buffet spread. Great service and reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit if you are having a small dinner gathering.

Great service by the staff. Had followed up calls from them before our stay as we had requested a number of things due to our kid. Kid friendly place although the establishment is rather old. Remember to book in advance for the facilities (swimming pool only allows 25 people due to COVID) and the highly recommended High Tea @ 10 Scotts.
Damai Spa was good and Gym big with new equipments. Buffet breakfast had a quite an extensive menu and 10 Scotts will open at 8.30am to support Straits Kitchen for breakfast. Excellent Service by the staff - deserves a 6 .

I visited their restaurant and if I got another chance I'll go there again.

Hotel was lovely. The atmosphere was classy and place was really clean and tidy. Hotel staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced for an upscale place.

Had my anniversary stay here and enjoyed a free upgrade :) Breakfast at the Straits Kitchen is definitely worth waking up for!
