Hyatt Singapore Review

Attended a wedding dinner there. Cosy environment, friendly staff and delicious food. Every dish surpassed expectations!

Loveee the place, the bed was so comfortable the food is lovely but some staff are not that friendly

Nice upscale business hotel rooms are nice but not fantastic and same for the service. Has a bunch of nice restaurants below for casual business meetings and an almost x-rated club to take clients to after

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Excellent customer service. Hotel is located in Orchard city area which is highly developed and full of luxuries.

Food at the Straits Kitchen is quite good but limited choices as it caters for Singaporean style hawker fare.

Good place to relax especially in the executive club lounge. Cold though.

Martini bar is lively, with quick service and a lot of choice.

Horrible customer service! We call to book a room after my wife was asked 10 different questions before the person on the phone didn't answer her questions. That were very simple questions. Do you have child cots, how big are your rooms, what rooms are available, & what are the rates per night. These should've been very easy questions to answer. After they weren't we called & asked to speak with a manager. The manager was able to answer them so we asked if we could call her back directly to make the booking. Her reply was no that's not what I do.
We couldn't be more thankful that was her response because we got an incredible room & wonderful customer service at the Shangri La hotel. They are extremely child friendly, they have incredible food, 24 hour gym. The list goes on & on...
So DON'T stay here! Stay at Shangri La.....

When there for wedding dinner. The place was nice and cosy. The customer were really good. Staff was poliet and helpful and directed us to the correct location. Food was really fresh and well prepared

Great hotel with very Friendly staff. The rooms feel a little dated but still comfortable. Management gave me a lovely cake as it was my birthday.

Becoming a frequent visitor to 10@Scotts where the lounge serves drinks, high tea, buffet and ambience that allows you relax and catch up with friends. Good warm service always.

I was sleeping, did not lock the door, and someone unlocked my room door and walked into my room! Else everything was great.

Went to straits kitchen for lunch. Food was good. They ran out of seafood quite quickly though.

My favourite hotel in Singapore. Great breakfast and located in Orchard so fairly central and am easy cab ride to wherever you need to go.

Superb place for a great and comfortable stay.

Their breakfast is more of a brunch and have, Indian, Chinese, Singaporean, thai, salad bar, western choices.

Not crowded but xmas month can be hell of a traffic jam

Nice ambience and food. Good location, easily accessible.

Could not fault staff throughout the hotel and responsiveness to our requests (Nespresso coffee machine, extra water etc) but some parts of the hotel (fittings in the room) are definitely tired/old. Toiletries (despite the brand name; Balmain) seemed low quality and watery. The gym is also disappointingly limited in space and full of old equipment.

Hotel is very conveniently located along orchard road and lots of shopping and food options nearby. So overall still a great stay!

Visited a friend. Awesome rooms. BUT if someone is walking along the corridor or talking, sound can be clearly heard inside, disturbing sleep. There's movement of people even closer to midnight.

Awesome place for chilling with friends. Pleasant atmosphere, and a conducive place to hold a wedding lunch. Loved the lobby!

Grand Hyatt is through and through a luxurious and grand hotel in the heart of Singapore. It is located on Scotts Road - just off Orchard Road. There are many restaurants to choose from within the hotel - each with its own specialty, but by far my favorite is their breakfast spread. From Oriental to Continental they have everything you desire and everything tastes divine! Five stars all around for location, hospitality, security, food, rooms, amenities, pool, gym... you name it. They have gone above and beyond to ensure you get the best of it. :)

Hold our wedding there. The grand ballroom is awesome. Have paranomic backdrop using your own photo. Food is nice, decoration is nice too

To clarify, this complaint is regarding the Wilson parking at Grand Hyatt and to compliment the duty manager on duty on 4 feb. I believe Wilson parking is contracted by Grand Hyatt, and in any case the parking is seen under the Grand Hyatt brand. Mobile site of Grand Hyatt did not reflect any parking rates.

Note to future customers: Sundays parking is now changed to $24 for full day parking, not $5.35.

No prominent sign was displayed to inform consumers of the change in carpark prices.

Sgcarmart website was showing outdated pricing. I saw the signboard when coming into the carpark and noticed a difference in price. Thus I decided to check with the Wilson parking attendant and she confirmed that it s still $5.35.

When I left, I saw the price indicated as $24. I was shocked and checked back with the Wilson parking attendant. She said she was just informed as well. So I brought her to the hotel concierge to clarify and said I am not prepared to pay $24, but I can pay the rightful $5.35. The hotel concierge wasn t helpful at all and basically said the hotel is not involved in this. I feel that being in the service line, and when the parking is associated with the hotel, the right way to resolve customer issues is not by brushing them off.

Then I had to call out the duty manager and explained my situation, and the duty manager called the Wilson parking manager in-charge to get the parking attendant to collect $5.35 from me.

There were at least a few other people who did not realise the rates were changed and also appealed to pay the original rate because there was no clear sign that it was changed.

It was 30mins later that my issue was finally solved and it was a very unpleasant experience which wasted a lot of my time. I hope Grand Hyatt cab feedback to Wilson parking on having clearer signs, and accurate info dissemination to the staff.

Still, I would like to compliment the duty manager for helping to call the right person to resolve this issue.

Hotel at Scotts Rd that's very near Orchard Rd, the shopping hub of Singapore. Superb location near Tangs and Ion Mall. Highly recommended for its good location, clean rooms not to mention the refreshing smell once inside.

Great food & dining experience , exceptionally a good bar .

My husband and I stay a couple of times a year at the Grand Hyatt Singapore and we are NEVER disappointed! The rooms are lovely and the staff are always very friendly and happy to assist in any way they can. The Regency Club is one of the best we have ever been to, with lots of choices of yummy food and drinks! A special thank you to Carmelita Cruz who always welcomes us with her happy smile! We look forward to our next stay!

Very nice to come here and eat. Try their restaurants. Lots to choose from.

Posh looking. Ballroom dining service could be improved further. Staff feels untrained.
