Best Location. The suites are spacious. Quality of furniture could have been better. Luxurious Bathroom area.
There is limited breakfast option for vegetarians. TV channels are also a challenge. Near the subway and bus station. The orchard street is around the corner which is the best part.

Ossis, an outdoor pool side restaurant. The BBQ buffet.of small selection of seafood on ice, BBQ items and salad bar with three choice of dessert with soft serve ice cream. For the price and environment. Hmmm.

Grand Hyatt is a very good place to stay in. The prices may be steep, but it is very much worth it. With its location comes many great services and malls to explore while also being in the city area of Singapore. The rooms are well kept and the lobby is very responsive.

I was over at Hyatt's bar for drinks with friends. The ambience is classy, and soothing. Wait staff are friendly and professional. The lychee martini is a must have. Smoking room available and always kept in a clean state. Great place to hangout and catch up with friends and family.

Grand old lady of Orchard Road..home to many a rabid and raunchy tale from its underground " meat market"bar to its incredibly well executed Straits coffee shop where the local food is to die for ..or to the legendary Italian Petes Place which has withstood the test of almost four decades..rooms are a bit faded but the human traffic through its various well patronised F&B outlets and the sheer size of this Brunei Royal Family owned hotel will forever make it a landmark in Scotts Road..rumours of an entire floor dedicated to housing members of the royal family abound as does the fact that it boasts of one of the most expensive eco friendly air conditioning systems in Singapore ..of only the walls could talk

When visiting Singapore the Grand Hyatt is one of the best hotels to choose from. It's within a short walking distance from the underground train and from many shops and restaurants. The hotel has several restaurants including a very nice Italian restaurant. The spa and swimming pool area is just amazing.

Great hotel in a great location in the heart of Orchard road. Great treatment of their loyalty members as well and the lounge and service standards are top notch. Will definitely stay here next time in Singapore.

The Straits Kitchen at Grand Hyatt is a buffet serving local cuisine. Familiar local favorites suck as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Char Kay Yeow, Satay, Laksa and Roti Prata are just some of the few things served buffet style. There is also an assortment of desserts and ice cream(durian/coconut anyone?). Quality of food is pretty good, although if you're looking for the best value you're better off going to a local hawker centre. However it's definitely a must try if looking to have local cuisine in a more upscale setting, and would probably be a good place to host overseas guests as well. Overall a pretty good experience!

The halal a la minute buffet offered during this period is a smart option for people who want to eat their hearts out while maintaining social distancing! In fact this is the only place offering such an option! And the food is delish!

Attention! All discerning business travellers and guests with medical conditions! It s imperative that you heed my advice! DO NOT STAY AT GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE!
They would not provide any medical assistance to the physically challenged individuals with underlying medical problems nor empathise with your difficulty. As for the business travellers, they would absolutely NOT PROVIDE any guests services which they perceive as beyond the perimeters or boundaries of their job scope! DO NOT EXPECT SERVICES FROM THE HEART! It doesn t exists here! I was the victim of such horrendous and vilest of treatment by the Duty Manager- Mai. I have suffered a mild stroke a decade ago on the right side of my body and am also suffering from Gout Arthritis. I require some assistance for the delivery of food (similar room service) to my room but was met with a cold, condescending shrill tone of NO from her. She adamantly and indignantly stressed that she or her staffs are NOT FOOD HANDLERS ! When asked about why she was being double standard by willingly delivering all the groceries and food for the SHN guests but not for the Hotel Guests?!? Her senseless and illogical rebuttal was answering a rhetorical question for a question: Are you a SHN guests? She made it extremely clear to me that as long as I am not an SHN guests, even if I had to literally crawl down from my room with my gout arthritis to retrieve my food everytime, it s not her prerogative to be my food handler, is how she put it!
She made it so personal with me, it s not so much of what she said but how she said it! And it sure felt very personal. She even stopped the concierge Colin from delivering the food to my room. She argued insolently and told me she would get the Concierge Manager to send me the lists of restrictions and protocols laid out by them which I as a guest has to adhere to!
In all my years of Globetrotting and gracing numerous hotels, I have never met any staffs as vicious and vile as Mai, the Duty Manager from Grand Hyatt Singapore!
It s so repulsive, I implore all my travellers to stay away from this particular hotel!
