I was happy with how clean the place was, and they were also customer friendly

Great Hotel in good location for shopping. Staying here for a few days I enjoyed the proximity to the Orchard Road, but also all sightseeing spots in Singapore.
Very friendly staff: housekeeping, reception, club lounge and restaurants.

Close to orchard road, easy access to several places including MRT and malls

The room was okay despite the fact that the entrance light was faulty.
There wasn't enough for two people body soap as well.

Breakfast service could be improved as they were not proactive in attending to their customers.
They got our and other people's orders wrong as well.

The lift when it came to check out was a bit inefficient and there was no social distancing involved (five people squeezed into one lift when the lift only marked itself for three people only).

Visit was for a NGO'S Annual Dinner. Haven't been to this hotel for at least 20 years. Yes. Twenty years. And what a pleasant surprise.

The car park aside, they have transformed the entire public places. Not just an upgrade, a total makeover I would say. Classy and spacious walkways. Almost every floor has some kind of foyer with elevators (in threes) everywhere. Coffee lounges too.

Didn't have time to check out the outlets and lounge. Will definitely go back again. I wonder if they still have those humongous bathrooms in their guest rooms. Hmmmm. Perhaps....

Oh ya. Its public car park has one of the largest lots.

Great location, I was there for a dinner and the place looked posh, the food spread was quite ordinary for a local standard, could be okay for a foreigner. It serves mostly local delights. Pretty crowded for a Friday night.

Best overall Singapore Hotelier experience especially with the cuisine served at the Mezzanine Outlet and ballroom banquet.

Location is very accessible and easy to find as it is near orchard. There are multiple rooms and ta less for guests to sit at including bookable barbeques and much more. The service is excellent with the staff at our event working beyond their shift to help tidy things up.

I dined at StraitsKitchen, where the spread was good, service was fantastic, tables cleared regularly.

Very convenient and located at Orchard Shopping Belt. Great place to shop and you can get almost everything there.

Grand Hyatt is famous for her afternoon Dim Sum buffet. All you can eat with with precious Chinese soup & delicately prepared steamed buns for a reasonable price. Must try!

Food selection were mostly cold. Other than that, everything was great.

Great Hotel. The bar in the basment is very eclectic...you must have to be very open to enjoy it. If you are open enough, could be one of your best experience ever, if not, you may get depress

Rooms need to be refurbished as even the ones that were are somewhat 90s' style and having the Marina Bay Sands in town as competition increases the level of expectations.

Breakfast in the swimming pool is awesome! Cheaper than the dining room.

Dining room breakfast though is very wide in verities but the location is too much indoor with no exposure to sunlight. Pool dining of business lounge dinning at the upper floor are better options

Had the afternoon brunch. The best I ever had. Also the staff so friendly and helpful. An experienced to never forget.

The food was amazing, they have wide range of food, from Asia to American. It is quite expensive though, but worth it
