I love the friendly people and the help they give you
Very nice inside. Amazing look and feel. Service was great.
Awesome experience! Excellent services staff! Loved out week long stay!
The company I work for book rooms for there employees so we could enjoy a Christmas party at the Moshulu at Pennsylvania Landing. Upon arrival the desk clerk informed me that only one room was available. This room was in the owners name. I call the owner and put him on the phone with her. While they were on the phone I was made to feel as If I was not being truthful. I ended up spending over an hour waiting outside in my vehicle with my wife. Only to find out that the rooms were available. Not by staff coming out and telling me but me having to return to the lobby. This delay forced me to valet park due to time restriction to make it to my event. They did give me a complimentary executive breakfast pass. This was another disaster. The food was cold. The silverware was empty. The tables were covered with dirty dishes and no staff in sight. Other than being on the 19th floor and a Beautiful view. The stay was a desisted.
We stayed there for a long weekend. The price was very good, I assume because it was off season. I heard that there are many activities and events happening right around here during the Summer time.
The location was pretty good, not too close to the city center, but not too far away either. A good distance to get some walking exercise. Also, it is easy to get Uber if needed.
The main lobby was very large and spacious with lots of lounge sofas. They had escalator to go up to the event space. It was under repair when we arrived, but it was repaired very quickly as it seems. They had a bar to the right of the entrance, and also have a large restaurant. We didn't do any drinking or dining inside the hotel, but it is always good to have the option.
We arrived rather early in the morning, so we didn't expect to be able to check in to a room until later, but they had a room available at that moment, which was great! I was on the 5th floor, which is right above the gym, pool, etc., so the view from the room was not the best. We still got to see the water and city, which was nice.
The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It also had basic amenities such as refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. The bed was quite comfortable. The temperature in the room was not easy make them stable, since lots of sunlight comes in from the window during the day. It is best to keep the blackout curtain closed during the day if you are going to be out.
The staffs here were all polite, nice and helpful. We had a nice weekend in Philly, being able to explore to several locations at ease due to the location of the hotel.
Beautiful view on the waterfront. Renovations are showing some wear but comfortable rooms. Was surprised there is no hotel shuttle, but most everything (except the airport) is within walking distance.
I would stay here again.
I attended an event outside the Hilton and as I was inside the employees were friendly, and the lobby was spotless.
The staff at the Hilton are great. The view of the river was a nice touch
Excellent experience start to finish. You'll always remember a stay at the Hilton
We've gone to see the fireworks here anually for many years except for last year and so I'm not sure when things changed. My assumption is that by adding the "DJ and crew", the selection and quality of food took a major hit. What kind of bar only takes cash?? I bragged, to the couple we took, about the food and was totally embarrased! I felt obligated to pay for half of the 4 in their party. What was that, sliced roast beef, dry ravioli??? lol, and the kid's menu was nothing short of trash... The nuggets and mac n cheese were so dry, you would've thought it was space food. I could've gone to Arby's for the price of one person, let alone a family of 4... the view of the fireworks was nice. I wish they would "make the Hilton great again"!
Solid hotel where the rooms are nice but unspectacular. The views are to die for (of the Delaware River, USS New Jersey, etc.) and the location on the waterfront is relatively convenient to South St. and various parks.
Place looked great and nice views, customer service was not good. I had brunch there and the wait staff was horrible to the point it became harassing and had to inform the manager . Even when we would ask the waiter a question he was very unpleasant and snappy. The pricing for food was very expensive as well for the small portion and quality of its frozen food items. Will not be returning .
Great. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Best location and definitely recommend it!
I was so pleased at all the employees who were just wonderful
Great staff, great rooms. Very central to all tourist attractions
Dirty rooms, rude staff , computer/printer broken. Do not stay at this hotel if you are expecting a good hotel experience. There is a level of compliancy and a "oh well it is what it is attitude".
This recently remodeled gorgeous hotel is a wonderful place. The staff is super kind and courteous. They are very helpful and attentive. The grand ballroom is a spectacular venue.
I was only at the bar, very beautiful and with good customer service. A cozy place with a view of the river
Stopped in only to eat lunch provided by employer during an event held near hotel. Good food for a hotel and amazing service!
Once I complexly unpacked I found out the phone didn t work. Had to pack everything up n change rooms the next day there was a minor rainstorm and all the direct tv channels were out. They didn t have local sports channels to watch the flyers playoffs. Never cleaned the room. Never even cleaned hallway when people put trash from eating out in the hallway. Never offered new towels or bath essentials. The knob on the hot water fell off on the bathroom sink. Will never stay here again.
A very nice and clean Hotel. In walking distance too many spots in Philly. You will love it
Great place and great location
I will come back
Building was very nice with a great location/view over the water. Food was great, but the bartenders were very rude. Underpoured drinks slowly all night.
I love that they allow dogs so i didn't have to leave my boy by himself! Uhm the beds were comfortable and well made, the food was good too. Only thing was our coffee machine was broken but other than that it was great!
Some of the rooms over look the river end downtown. Staff was accommodating. Rooms were well-appointed and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again
Front desk service sub par and extremely rude. I paid $500 for one night one New Year s Eve and was not allowed to enter the lobby upon arrival. Do not book here
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. They even gave my kids some water. Enjoyed our visit
Clean, super friendly and very professional staff. Perfect for our work event, they were excellent hosts.
Had a couple of drinks in the bar area. Very nice atmosphere, excellent view
We were lucky enough to get upgraded as part of the Hilton honors program. The suite was amazing!
Our room was on the top floor. The view was awesome. There was a loud high pitched noise coming from above that, if I wasn't so tired, might have kept me up all night. I won't ever stay in that room again. But I will stay in that hotel again.
Thought it was nicer in 2017. Our king room had a bunch of issues that didn t need to stay that way like missing art on walks, carpet stains and faulty plumbing. Good location for Penn s Landing but for a Hilton, needs some TLC.
I traveled with friends to Philadelphia to attend the Made In America music festival. Initially when arriving the staff was courteous. I asked the staff if they would provide a roll out bed since all of the double rooms were taken. I was told this would be no problem to accommodate. I checked in around 8 at night and left for over two hours and when arriving back to the room I still did not have a roll out bed. I called the front desk and asked that they bring one up. I was reassured they would bring a bed up right away. I left for another two hours or so and when I came back a bed was there; however, they brought up just a stained mattress with a pillow attached. This roll out bed was not made up at all. I had to call down the front desk two different times for them to bring up bedding and then on top of that I had to make the bed myself. I have never been to a hotel that charges almost $200 and gives such poor service. On top of the roll out bed issue my access cards to my room stopped working on my second night there. Yes it's easy enough for them to make new cards; however, it is frustrating for the guest to have to go up to their room only to have to come back down to the front desk and wait in line just to get new access keys that they should never of had to get in the first place. The parking was a fiasco in itself. It seems that most of the staff didn't understand how the parking worked for hotel guests who were staying multiple nights. In terms of house keeping it was very evident after staying the first night that the house keeper did not change the beds only tidied them up. Other than the nice view that the hotel offers there isn't much to boast about in this place. I would try my hardest to find a different hotel when traveling to Philadelphia in the future, one that gives great service for the price they charge.
Check in was fast and painless. We were able to use our room key to come and go from the parking garage. Very convenient. Overall it was a nice stay.
Perfect location. Beautiful hotel with nice bar and room service
there was a beautiful view from the room and the service was good. the room however was not cleaned like they advertised. there was hair on the towels and and stains on the bedding
Nice place, good view, walking distance to numerous tasty restaurants
Beautiful hotel located 15 minutes from Philadelphia convention center. The hotel has spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable.
Self parked vallet was a bit pricey. I felt very safe your key card is needed at all times to navigate throughout the hotel, even to use the elevators. Everyone was super nice and friendly, very clean and inviting. The room and view was absolutely amazing. Ordered room service food was delicious but a bit on the expensive side with the fees, but worth every penny.
Nice hotel but outrageous fee to park, outlets in room don't work (worn out), clock in room has wrong time and can't be adjusted. We expect more for the cost of this place!
Had a great stay here on NYE. Service was exceptional and the room was as expected. Also enjoyed the Gold and Platinum HHonors lounge area, nice touch.
well it's very comfortable, but we need mobs in our rooms
Room really needed renovations, the front door was super creaky. The beds were extremely small and the shower looked like it was out of the nineties. The hotel is also inconveniently located, about a 30 minute walk from Rittenhouse and 17th street. The maid came to our door and woke us up at 830 in the morning as well. Definitely would not stay here again.
I only used the parking garage and had some complimentary water. Staff were friendly about an issue where their parking pay system was out of order at some machines though.
We love it here, home away from home for us. This past Christmas Time was trip 2 to this hotel. We love it. The staff is so friendly very helpful. Our first stay I had gotten sick, the front desk helped me so very much. Location is perfect to tour around without dealing with center city. Hershey Park is not even that far. Great home base.
Meeting facilities were pleasant. Parking was accessible but pricey.
Went to meet a friend who I had not seen in a long time who was staying at the hotel. Had a great time at the bar, and thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers as well!
Great hotel by the river and all of the hot spots downtown!
Check-in on 3PM, the room was ready by 5pm!
The staff said go for walk, no coffee, nothing.
Beautiful place. Great waterfront place. Hotel bar, shuttle, brunch, great. amenities
The food was good, but not worth the price. The atmosphere also could've been better.
Great customer service at the stay. The front desk sends you a text to ensure that your room is to your liking. They also answer any questions via text that you may have.
Old building, you can hear people walking upstairs and sound through the wall
Standard room friendly staff. Location close to many sites
Hotel Staff and rooms were nice.
As far as the breakfast, they need a breakfast chef that knows what the hell breakfast is supposed to be about.
Hash browns on the buffet are cold and raw.
No effort or creativity.
Normally you would expect more from a upscale Hotel such as this coming out of the kitchen, but it's not happening.
Had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich for dinner yesterday. It was supposed to have peppers and onions in it. One piece of pepper, could not find the onions. The meat was good and plentiful but still no effort went into it.
It's a sandwich for god sakes !!.
Also have the Chowder for dinner. That I must say was pretty good.
I was at a work event. The conference rooms are very nice and up-to-date. The snacks/meals provided were delicious and offered a good variety. The hotel is right on the Delware river and offers a great view of downtown Philly. I didn't spend much time in my room, but it was perfectly fine. The bar in the lobby had a nice nautical theme.
I only spent a short time at the hotel for a meeting but it has excellent views and the decor I saw was beautiful the ballroom is amazing.
Views great, rooms great, staff great! For the tricky parking lot, just follow Google Map and the signs, it s not hard at all
Super Fast, Economical and Helpful, Excellent Service. THANK YOU!
I visted this location as a friend was staying here. I did not enter the rooms but waited in the lobby which was very clean and well presented. I also used their bathroom while waiting which was also very nicely lit and clean.
Was there for a conference. The facility was fine; nothing out of the ordinary.
Great views awesome hospitality from the crews. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.
