The company I work for book rooms for there employees so we could enjoy a Christmas party at the Moshulu at Pennsylvania Landing. Upon arrival the desk clerk informed me that only one room was available. This room was in the owners name. I call the owner and put him on the phone with her. While they were on the phone I was made to feel as If I was not being truthful. I ended up spending over an hour waiting outside in my vehicle with my wife. Only to find out that the rooms were available. Not by staff coming out and telling me but me having to return to the lobby. This delay forced me to valet park due to time restriction to make it to my event. They did give me a complimentary executive breakfast pass. This was another disaster. The food was cold. The silverware was empty. The tables were covered with dirty dishes and no staff in sight. Other than being on the 19th floor and a Beautiful view. The stay was a desisted.

We stayed there for a long weekend. The price was very good, I assume because it was off season. I heard that there are many activities and events happening right around here during the Summer time.

The location was pretty good, not too close to the city center, but not too far away either. A good distance to get some walking exercise. Also, it is easy to get Uber if needed.

The main lobby was very large and spacious with lots of lounge sofas. They had escalator to go up to the event space. It was under repair when we arrived, but it was repaired very quickly as it seems. They had a bar to the right of the entrance, and also have a large restaurant. We didn't do any drinking or dining inside the hotel, but it is always good to have the option.

We arrived rather early in the morning, so we didn't expect to be able to check in to a room until later, but they had a room available at that moment, which was great! I was on the 5th floor, which is right above the gym, pool, etc., so the view from the room was not the best. We still got to see the water and city, which was nice.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It also had basic amenities such as refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. The bed was quite comfortable. The temperature in the room was not easy make them stable, since lots of sunlight comes in from the window during the day. It is best to keep the blackout curtain closed during the day if you are going to be out.

The staffs here were all polite, nice and helpful. We had a nice weekend in Philly, being able to explore to several locations at ease due to the location of the hotel.

Beautiful view on the waterfront. Renovations are showing some wear but comfortable rooms. Was surprised there is no hotel shuttle, but most everything (except the airport) is within walking distance.
I would stay here again.

We've gone to see the fireworks here anually for many years except for last year and so I'm not sure when things changed. My assumption is that by adding the "DJ and crew", the selection and quality of food took a major hit. What kind of bar only takes cash?? I bragged, to the couple we took, about the food and was totally embarrased! I felt obligated to pay for half of the 4 in their party. What was that, sliced roast beef, dry ravioli??? lol, and the kid's menu was nothing short of trash... The nuggets and mac n cheese were so dry, you would've thought it was space food. I could've gone to Arby's for the price of one person, let alone a family of 4... the view of the fireworks was nice. I wish they would "make the Hilton great again"!

Solid hotel where the rooms are nice but unspectacular. The views are to die for (of the Delaware River, USS New Jersey, etc.) and the location on the waterfront is relatively convenient to South St. and various parks.

Place looked great and nice views, customer service was not good. I had brunch there and the wait staff was horrible to the point it became harassing and had to inform the manager . Even when we would ask the waiter a question he was very unpleasant and snappy. The pricing for food was very expensive as well for the small portion and quality of its frozen food items. Will not be returning .

Dirty rooms, rude staff , computer/printer broken. Do not stay at this hotel if you are expecting a good hotel experience. There is a level of compliancy and a "oh well it is what it is attitude".

Once I complexly unpacked I found out the phone didn t work. Had to pack everything up n change rooms the next day there was a minor rainstorm and all the direct tv channels were out. They didn t have local sports channels to watch the flyers playoffs. Never cleaned the room. Never even cleaned hallway when people put trash from eating out in the hallway. Never offered new towels or bath essentials. The knob on the hot water fell off on the bathroom sink. Will never stay here again.

I love that they allow dogs so i didn't have to leave my boy by himself! Uhm the beds were comfortable and well made, the food was good too. Only thing was our coffee machine was broken but other than that it was great!

Our room was on the top floor. The view was awesome. There was a loud high pitched noise coming from above that, if I wasn't so tired, might have kept me up all night. I won't ever stay in that room again. But I will stay in that hotel again.

Thought it was nicer in 2017. Our king room had a bunch of issues that didn t need to stay that way like missing art on walks, carpet stains and faulty plumbing. Good location for Penn s Landing but for a Hilton, needs some TLC.

I traveled with friends to Philadelphia to attend the Made In America music festival. Initially when arriving the staff was courteous. I asked the staff if they would provide a roll out bed since all of the double rooms were taken. I was told this would be no problem to accommodate. I checked in around 8 at night and left for over two hours and when arriving back to the room I still did not have a roll out bed. I called the front desk and asked that they bring one up. I was reassured they would bring a bed up right away. I left for another two hours or so and when I came back a bed was there; however, they brought up just a stained mattress with a pillow attached. This roll out bed was not made up at all. I had to call down the front desk two different times for them to bring up bedding and then on top of that I had to make the bed myself. I have never been to a hotel that charges almost $200 and gives such poor service. On top of the roll out bed issue my access cards to my room stopped working on my second night there. Yes it's easy enough for them to make new cards; however, it is frustrating for the guest to have to go up to their room only to have to come back down to the front desk and wait in line just to get new access keys that they should never of had to get in the first place. The parking was a fiasco in itself. It seems that most of the staff didn't understand how the parking worked for hotel guests who were staying multiple nights. In terms of house keeping it was very evident after staying the first night that the house keeper did not change the beds only tidied them up. Other than the nice view that the hotel offers there isn't much to boast about in this place. I would try my hardest to find a different hotel when traveling to Philadelphia in the future, one that gives great service for the price they charge.

Self parked vallet was a bit pricey. I felt very safe your key card is needed at all times to navigate throughout the hotel, even to use the elevators. Everyone was super nice and friendly, very clean and inviting. The room and view was absolutely amazing. Ordered room service food was delicious but a bit on the expensive side with the fees, but worth every penny.

Room really needed renovations, the front door was super creaky. The beds were extremely small and the shower looked like it was out of the nineties. The hotel is also inconveniently located, about a 30 minute walk from Rittenhouse and 17th street. The maid came to our door and woke us up at 830 in the morning as well. Definitely would not stay here again.

We love it here, home away from home for us. This past Christmas Time was trip 2 to this hotel. We love it. The staff is so friendly very helpful. Our first stay I had gotten sick, the front desk helped me so very much. Location is perfect to tour around without dealing with center city. Hershey Park is not even that far. Great home base.

Hotel Staff and rooms were nice.

Hotel Staff and rooms were nice.
As far as the breakfast, they need a breakfast chef that knows what the hell breakfast is supposed to be about.
Hash browns on the buffet are cold and raw.
No effort or creativity.
Normally you would expect more from a upscale Hotel such as this coming out of the kitchen, but it's not happening.
Had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich for dinner yesterday. It was supposed to have peppers and onions in it. One piece of pepper, could not find the onions. The meat was good and plentiful but still no effort went into it.
It's a sandwich for god sakes !!.
Also have the Chowder for dinner. That I must say was pretty good.

I was at a work event. The conference rooms are very nice and up-to-date. The snacks/meals provided were delicious and offered a good variety. The hotel is right on the Delware river and offers a great view of downtown Philly. I didn't spend much time in my room, but it was perfectly fine. The bar in the lobby had a nice nautical theme.

I visted this location as a friend was staying here. I did not enter the rooms but waited in the lobby which was very clean and well presented. I also used their bathroom while waiting which was also very nicely lit and clean.

Good.
