I spent one night, for my birthday, at the hotel. The hotels grounds are beautiful and walking into the hotel you are greeted with a beautiful look and smiling faces. The valet and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The experience was great. The room that we stayed in was good, but the shower was a little dirty and could have used a scrubbing, the bathroom light switch was located outside the bathroom which was odd, but other then that everything was great!

Rooms were very clean. Service was too notch. Food was great. The one issue is that there are tons of people milling around for Disneyland and other events. It is a tourist area though. Overall a positive experience.

They tried to give us the worst room possible...I called front desk to ask for a better view and they said they were booked on all kids suites for the night. I said ok, hung up and went in to the bathroom only to run in to a roach. I walked down and told them wth? They gave me another room after they said this kind of room was booked. Pretty shady...

I attended conference at this hotel in addition to being an overnight guest, so my review will be about both experiences. First the conference experience: I am a nursing mother. I made it known to one of the hotel managers on day one while waiting in line to check in. The first day the manager found me a spot where I could pump in private. However, the second day the people at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if there was somewhere I could go. They wanted to charge me to use a room. I declined and instead had to pump in a bathroom stall. Secondly my room: The bed was REALLY uncomfortable and the bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned well. There was hair in the sink and dirt in and around the tub. The whole experience was very stressful and I definitely won't go out of my way to stay at a Hyatt in the future.

The hotel has a very nice and excellent hotel but my friend got a problem with their booking for a sum of money during the days to be in. Unfortunately, after leaving the hotel, the reservation was not lifted for the amount and the amount is about 300 dinars without a right.

Great

If as a four plus star hotel you can't keep your gourmet restaurant open on a very busy weekend that I am sure that they knew was coming at least month before then you don't deserve any of your stars. I mean come on I am setting in a high end Italian place ordering the same food as the hotel bar. WTF!!! Not to mention that the wait staff seams to have lost their minds.

You'd think for a Hyatt the bathrooms would be a little more upscale. My toilet wouldn't stop running and had to be constantly flushed to shut off. The redeeming quality was the hotel staff and how they made me feel at home. I was in town for a conference and didn't realize I had to park in the lot behind the hotel (paid). The staff waived that fee for me. So, go staff.

I was stuck stuck in the elevator for an hour with my 6 year old. The staff refused to call 911 despite my husband pleading them to because my daughter was in distress. My husband had to call the firefighters then. The staff maintained that they are following procedures and 911 is not in their procedure unless someone is dying. They were rude, not transparent of what is happening and were concentrating more on downplaying the incident rather than helping us. The staff and hotel management were least worried about the safety. This puzzled not just us but bystanders and firefighters who came in and were surprised that hotel staff had not called them. If a concept of -ve stars should be introduced, this hotel should be the cause for it..

We had two king suits. Very spacious and unlike any hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing especially Adam. He made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately due to Covid we could not have room service or maid service, but we expected that during these difficult times. We were in LA too celebrate my sons 18th birthday. The valet guy (I can t remember his name) talked to us in length of all the things we could do while visiting LA. WE HAD THE BEAT TRIP EVER!! Thank you to the friendly staff and the cleanest hotel (and of course the fanciest) place we have ever had the pleasure of staying. The grounds were amazing and beautiful and you knew being there that the staff cared about you. Now the $28/parking fee was a bit excessive. That really was the only down fall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! I hope to be back when it s a bit more lively after this pandemic passes and we can enjoy the full treatment!! See ya soon

The hotel was amazing. We stayed after attending disneyland's Halloween party and the drive was less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.

My wife and I were visiting Orange County for a convention and stayed for three days in this hotel. The hotel itself is pretty big, well maintained, relatively clean (more about that later) and our room was spacious (family suite). The location is about 15 minutes walk to both Anaheim center and Disney. The staff was accommodating and helpful when we needed them.
There is a Starbucks, a pub and a small gift shop on the entrance floor, slightly overpriced as any shop in a hotel would be.
But here comes the "but":
* On our first night, when we were already in bed, we noticed that the bed covers were dirty (big spot, hard to miss really). It was immediately replaced, of course, but just made us feel slightly uncomfortable.
* There are two pools in the hotel, one was closed for maintenance, the other was booked for a private event which was supposed to end at 9:30~10pm. At 10:20 it was still closed for the event, and we couldn't get in (us in bathing suits, while people in a formal dress are drinking wine. Felt weird to barge in).
* The next day, at about 9:30 pm a speaker announcement was heard in every room regarding an electric malfunction in some of the elevators. While I'm sure it's helpful information, especially for those who needed these elevators, I could only imagine how scary such a sudden loud voice was for children and those who were already sleeping.
In fairness, these are relatively small things which I'm sure a hotel of this size deals with every day, but for us, it was a small, new "but" every day. Bottom line - Good place to stay, be ready for some surprises.

I was only here one night while my wife was working at a conference but it felt unfortunately very average. Nice lobby and I like the car driveway approach outside but I'd say that's the only highlight I remember. Rooms on par with much less expensive hotels. Bathroom small and nondescript. No complaints but considering it was a work trip and we did not pay anything, there wasn't anything memorable here. If I had paid the listed rates I would have been upset.

The staff is very courteous and accommodation. They reached out to us before our stay asking if we needed anything. My husband jokingly asked for a rubber ducky. Sure enough there was one in our bathroom with a lovely note on it. Great place to stay! We will be back.

Our room was spotless, and the bed (Sealy Posturepedic) was very comfortable.
Nice grapefruit water at the front desk.
The only thing missing was a shuttle. That would have simplified things so much for me.

Room overlooking the wall ... For $ 260 ... Seriously? Bottled water costs $ 3 if you are not a member of an elite club. That's just funny. Could not include drinking water in the room rate? High price for a tiny room with scary old furniture and a creaking wardrobe. No bathrobes and slippers. Is this exactly Hyatt?! .. never come back here and advise anyone. I would put half the stars for this hotel.
P.S. the hair dryer in my room is just disgusting, covered in dust. He is nasty in his hands
