Have attended several conferences here. Great location downtown, restaurants, and bars. Rooms are nice as well.

Mae we parked in the garage for the saints game and let me just say this, DO NOT bring a truck in the garage.!! Wwoooooo that ceiling low.

It's kinda confusing the connection between the 2 hotels and just over all to spread out with it's several levels of random places.

My view is 5-Star. I m annoyed that I didn t get the room I booked and it s a special weekend for me and my husband. Our first time here and this is the issue when run into off of the plane. The lady at the front was very kind, but not solution oriented.

Very nice hotel for conferences. Starbucks inside is convenient. Somewhat tricky to find your way around the angled walls but signs are everywhere. Courteous staff, clean environment.

Completely High-end Upscale Impeccable Quality, Service, and Scenery with Grand Halls full of life bustling without being overwhelming!!!!
Beds were phenomenal for hotel quality! Checked for bed bugs too and Nada, no signs of that whatsoever:):):)
The hygiene products were top notch to the point of taking some home to Google and try to get them for my home!!!

I got two drinks from the bar. It was very crowded but the bartender were quick enough

The entire staff here are stupendous. The accommodations left nothing to be desired. Beautiful views. excellent location recommend this hotel anytime.

Overall good experience. Close to French quarter and WWII museum(20mins walk). Not many business around though.

The hotel is ideally located next to the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center. You can quickly get to the French Quarter also.

Very clean and great rooms. Stores and restaurants saves you a walk in bad weather days. Access to rooms are just too far from the entrance. Super long walk to get to my room.

Beautiful, neat, clean. Few elevators when you have an event because it is too congested. Guidance plates of the rooms are scarce and the plates of the numbers of the rooms are small that leaves the elevator

Great atmosphere if you enjoy the boujee aspects of life.

Room cleaning was frequent and good. Rooms were okay. Fake drawers (?). Most of the food was good except for the questionable cheese pizza and uncomfortable cheesecake. Staff were helpful. It can get a little expensive.

Good environment, good location, in the city center, it is very convenient to go to many places, that is, the elevator is a bit slow, and it is a lot of time to live up and down the stairs.

Dirty!!!! Dirty outdated room. Though I asked few times for a nice room for my bday trip. Coffee table had sticky stains as if it was never clean and it s during COVID !??? And they state they sanitise rooms twice!! Before you check in. I wouldn t trust that. Also curtains, lamp stand and bed skirt had stains all over

The hotel was beautiful, clean and what I expected. I didnt give 5 starts because there was a mix up at the front desk and I felt they could have been a little more accomdating. And the bed was avlittle firmer than expected

Room clean but small bathroom. Comfy bed, great views of the city. Really appreciated multiple electrical outlets in convenient places throughout room. New touchpad elevator system seems to be confusing guests and there's not really any instructions displayed. Did not use enough guest services to provide comment.

Visited hotel for a small meeting. They were helpful and got us up and running. Stopped at Vitascope Hall for a burger after the meeting. Definitely recommend.

Everyone here is so nice, didn't stay in a room. Came here for a convention. Bar is great. Restaurant on the 3rd floor is A+++

I'm a Hyatt platinum traveler and absolutely love the Hyatt brand hotels. My husband and I have stayed in Ziva hotels and other Hyatt properties in a number of locations.

However, our Regency NOLA stay was underwhelming to put it kindly. The PEOPLE were wonderful and helpful, it's the hotel itself that was less than the usual Hyatt standard we've become accustomed to.

Our room was clean, but both the heater and AC didn't seem to work well at all (in Nola during the winter you often have to run both). The electrical outlets on the desk were also broken and didn't work, and if you're a woman who needs to fix her hair and charge her laptop, you need more than one working outlet.

The worst was there is no heater in the front lobby, so while waiting to check out and in, my husband and I were so very uncomfortably cold even in coats (30 degree weather in NOLA feels so much colder due to humidity). The poor staff had to wear full coats and gloves, so for them I'm sure it was much worse.

Overall I don't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay again, even if the convention we're attending is there. The Hyatt French Quarter was much nicer.

The staff at the Hyatt Regency were all absolutely wonderful and made the trip as nice as it could be, so a big thank you to all of them.

The North wing is LONG way from the lobby. The location is great but the value for the money is poor.

Was here for a conference, the hotel architecture is entirely screwed up and confusing. The term you can't get there from here applies to this hotel

Nice rooms and plenty of restaurants within the hotel. They also have a Starbucks for those early mornings.

I went for mechacon. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not stay over night so no comment on that.

The elevators are a bit confusing but the property is beautiful

Unauthorized charges to my credit card. Called 4 times and was repeatedly told the charges would be taken off and credited for 3 weeks. Still nothing. Every phone call lasted well over 30 minutes. I will NOT recommend this hotel or stay ever again. There are much nicer hotels in New Orleans with great customer service

You have to pay 25 a night parking or 45valet. No complimentary breakfast other than that you can't find anything wrong with this place. Very beautiful scenery!

I went there for Mechacon and the venue is quite pretty. The place is situated perfectly within walking distance to the Superdome. Much better than the Hilton. The staff is very professional and helpful in helping with the cons attendees despite the kind of crowd we are.

5 star hotel, real comfortable excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Go Saints

I Stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. Rooms were nice, we had dinner at VistaScope inside the hotel food was ok, server was super nice, however just as we were waiting to get our debit cards back after paying, a ROACH fell on our table from the ceiling!!!! I informed the server who was very apologetic but stated she had already ran our cards so there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager who told us that she would have to run our cards a second time if we were wanting a discount! She stated she would refund the first transaction, but that it would take several days for it to process. Instead of apologizing she stated that the roaches appear because of the humid weather! UNBELIEVABLE for her to think I was going to let her run my card a second time!!! HORRIBLE customer service on her end and she was a manager!!!

Duck poppers were incredible! The baked fish sandwich that I had was good, but I'd probably go shrimp poboy or burger next time; those looked great.

Open center and it is New Orleans, party in the bar does not really end.

We went to the Hyatt Regency for the anime convention called mecha con and it was fantastic. The Hyatt regency was an excellent venue to host the convention and very well equipped to deal with the masses of people.

Kinda confusing floor layout for the conference but great rooms. Comfortable beds!

Great hotel be sure to be prepared to pay $50 for parking

This is a big hotel! Restroom far from the meeting areas. Easy to get lost in the hotel!

Loved the staff, hotel is beautiful, and location is great. Walking distance to Bourbon street, and restaurants.

I messaged them on Facebook to ask for toiletries because I hate talking on the phone and they sent up what I asked for right away!

The Hyatt has been great! The Bayou Classic has been awesome! The Parade was right outside our hotel!

The staff was very nice and helpful! Our room was spacious and quiet. We had a corner suite with a view of the Superdome. The Regency Club evening snacks were great for what they were. We enjoyed the pool area. We'd definitely return to stay again.

Everything your heart desires, very modern hotel, you can afford as a "backpacking tourist".

There are several Pokestops inside the hotel which have lures almost every hour.
Minus: The kiosks self check in did not work. Starbuck was hidden and not visible.
Plus: Other than that, everything was great. The interior design is grand. Services went smoothly. Complementary water at front desk.

The place is beautiful. Big as hell, loaded with restaurants and bars. Nice views and excellent location in downtown new Orleans close to superdome. Other bars and restaurants and hotels nearby.
It might be a bit too big for someone's taste. This is like a Vegas resort that God forbid you have to make a few trips back to your room LOL.
The elevator system must be the most discussed thing about this hotel. I had never seen it....it is kind like a smart system that knows your floor and restaurant floor. Some people don't realize you have the choice to key 32nd floor for gym or elite lounge and it will take you there.
Our per night charge during a convention was a bit high but the place was packed for the weekend so I can understand the rate. It would be interesting if on non event nights it stays under $200 nt.
Rooms were ok. Very nice size tv. I am not fan of bathtubs but overall very clean and nice space.
The whole hotel is excellent. Many nice inviting restaurants with different cuisines and ambiances.

Customer Service was GREAT. It doesn't matter how good a hotel looks if the employees are mean. Thanks to all the wonderful employees that made are stay GREAT.

Perfect location for all your adventures. The staff, bars,restaurants were very helpful. I was in town with wife for a hospital conference. Take the RTA streetcar and visit all three sites that make NOLA famous with all the History
